This was an easy walk to the park and gave our family of five a lot more room than a hotel.

The location can not be beat. The property is as described, but could use some deep cleaning and some repair. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the property. Communication with host and the check in process was very good, everything that was required of us was well documented.

We really enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our time at this house in Anaheim. The space of the home and location were exactly what we needed. While the home was slightly outdated in some areas (ex: we couldn't get a few outlets to work, but nothing of a big deal at all), everything was clean, in place and great for when we were there. All of the important things we were very satisfied with. The management and communication was exceptional. From the emailed instructions and details prior to the trip and then the texts to start and throughout the trip were extremely helpful and great to have easy access to at all times. We recommend this location and will definitely stay here again!

Residence was decent, not as clean as I expected (dishes) carpet in rooms were extremely dirty and smelled bad. Could not walk around without shoes or socks.

This is a great alternative to spending too much money at the hotels and motels on Harbor Street. The VRBO was clean and safe. It was a short walk to the Pixar Parking Lot and/or Downtown Disney. You can choose to take the tram from the Parking Lot, or walk through DTD. I would stay here again.
As with everything, there were some minor inconveniences, but they aren't worth mentioning because they did not distract from the overall experience.

My husband and I booked this location with friends as part of a Halloween Horror Nights/Oogie Boogie Weekend of fun. We didn't attempt to walk to Disney from the house, but it is very close and somewhat closer than a lot of hotels that market themselves as close. It was about a 3-5 min drive to the Pixar and Mickey & Friends parking structure. However, the house was slightly difficult to find initially, especially when we arrived late in the evening. I had to walk around a few times to locate the condo, as it doesn't face the parking lot. The condo area is kind of rough-looking (in need of fresh paint), but it's still fine. We spent zero time outside other than walking to and from cars, so it wasn't that big of a deal and no one bothers you.
Inside the condo was nice. We didn't have any issues with the AC, since it was kind of warm for late October and we used it sparingly keeping the temp at 73 degrees. The condo was clean, had a super easy check-in process, had a good supply of towels available, and fit our needs. There were strollers, games, and a high chair available for little ones, although we didn't bring any kids with us on this trip.
Overall, the condo served our purposes. If we stayed longer than three days, we may have used more amenities, but it was just nice to have a more home-like space to spend time with our friends outside of the parks.

Great place! Close to Disneyland but I had to ask for details on how to walk there from the property. One I received the instructions it was super easy. Over all it was great!!

Very clean. Walking distance to Disneyland. Plenty of bath towels. Pool towels were hiding in a hamper but we found them. Well stocked kitchen and ice maker worked. Blinds in bedrooms could be replaced, and it appeared that some units in the complex have replaced aluminum windows with vinyl windows which might be considered for this unit. We would suggest more nightstands and end tables and lamps. Electrical outlets need replaced since they wouldn’t hold cords securely. Property management was outstanding! We would stay here again.

Place was nice, plenty of room. I couldn’t figure out how to get the tv going but other than that it was pretty sweet and the area is nice and quiet.

We took quick 4 day 3 night trip to Disneyland without our kids or partners. The property was perfect for 3 adult women to have the space to relax and enjoy each other company without being in each others space. The location is a quick walk to DL. The community is very quiet and nice to return to at night after a really loud over stimulating day at the park.

Clearly the biggest benefit for this property is location. Took us 5 to 10 minutes to get to downtown Disney. The property is older and shows it's age. Stairs are steep, we could have used more bath towels and the dining table was super wobbley. We texted about the table and they fixed it the next day while we were out. The Dryer lint trap was full of lint which was disgusting. The directiongs to the actual unit was inadequate and it took us some time to find it. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, AC worked great. We didn't watch TV or use the kitchen much as we ate out except for breakfast. There are a lot of rules but nothing over the top. Overall, we feel it was a good place for our money but it wasn't a highlight of our trip. We've stayed at places that were fantastic. This isn't one of those places. However, it did not add stress to our trip which is a good thing. The management team was good to. Thanks for the stay.

Decent older unit in quiet area. Does need some TLC as it is old unit. Ok walking to park area, never felt uneasy with family. Went to grocery to have items in unit which helped out. Nice that you don't get the noise like you would at hotel at all hours

The location of the proptery couldn't be better for a Disneyland trip! I have 3 little girls 4 and under and this place was perfect for us to walk back mid day and relax before we went at night. The strollers that were included made the trip so nice...except the one of the sunshades on the double stroller was broken but wasnt a big deal. We had an amazing time and appreciated staying at this property!!

We have stayed in properties on Walnut street before and appreciate some of the buildings (especially the exteriors ) are in need of updating.
This property met our needs, very close to Disneyland and in walking distance and was well equipped with everything we needed.
Communication was excellent with the property managers and we had no issues with our stay.

The housing complex that this is in is right across the road from the Disneyland parking area. You can't see the house number from the road. Find the parking spot number first, then walk to find the house number. Nice place.

Location was awesome -- we walked every day to the Disney Parks, and Downtown Disney. Having a stroller available was also awesome for our younger kids. Thank you!

Location was the best!! Walked to Disney, beats paying for two hotel rooms since we are 5. Everything was organized and cozy. *haven’t checked for my deposit so I hope I get that back.

We were very comfortable staying here. Short walking distance to the water park. Beds and couch was very comfy. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Pack lightly for clothes. When booking in summer, it was warmer downstairs. Maintenance brought us a swamp cooler. Thank goodness it helped so much. Messages and maintenance was handled in a quickly manner! We had plenty of beach towels for beach. Wish place provided other beach supplies, Like chairs or a beach blanket. Make sure you bring ziploc bags or foil to store food. Place provides strollers but we didn’t need it. Make sure you bring a big beach bag, we did. No extra beach toys or shovels provided. The grill was a bonus. We cooked some meals to save money. Place well lite at night. Felt safe walking from the park late at night. Would stay here again!

Now the bad news:Pool bathrooms non existant or gross, pool showers broke, cookware VERY old and grody, blinds in poor shape, poor lighting, buildings VERY old and falling apart, no dust pan, noisy water heater, dirty dusty fans and air intakes, no towels in powder room, VERY poor A/C, rusty shower curtain, no hooks or dressers for clothes storage,empty propane bottle, garbage under and behind bedroom furniture

The buildings are older. However they’re clean and well furnished.
We loved that Disney was in walking distance. Kids loved the on-site pool.
All in all a good stay.

This was a great place to stay and only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The place was clean and tidy. Washer and dryer was a big plus. The bedrooms were a bit dim, needing a few more lamps. Overall, a good experience. We would book this place again.

This is a nice condo which was comfortable for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The best part here is the location--we could not have asked for a better location for our Disneyland vacation. The walk to the tram in the Pixar Pals lot was quick and easy for our two young children and made visiting the park much less stressful. We didn't need a car while we stayed here because the park was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for Disneyland!! We had the best time and the communication was great with the host! They made everything super easy! At first the contract made me nervous but everything was perfect. They even had a pack n play for our toddler and strollers for the park! 10/10 would stay here again!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Condo. It had everything we needed. My daughter and her family stayed in another and it was perfect for our family. The only little problem I had was I called and emailed more than 5 times to get any early check in with no response. But with LA traffic we arrived on time. Great place! Will stay there again!!

Overall, place was as described and clean, and walking distances to places of interest were accurate. Communication with property management was good. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, dishes, etc. One addition that would be really helpful would be to have a rack or surface to put luggage on. Thanks!

This clean and lovely condo was perfect for our Disney trip. A nice quick walk over to the Parks, and the home had everything we needed. Easy drive to grocery stores, close enough to downtown Disney that we could walk back for fireworks each night! Only thing that would have made it better was a bit more furniture in the master bedroom (ie. 2nd bedside table and lamp, cabinet for our clothes), and needed a bit more light in the bedroom. Otherwise, excellent all around, highly recommend!

We stayed at other properties in this neighborhood but this house was nicer because it had two full and 1/2 bath. The best thing about this property is it is within walking distance to Disney. Loved having the stroller since we flew in for Disney.

We loved the location and updated style of the place. Living space and kitchen on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs. Even with six adults, we had plenty of room to stretch out. Within walking distance (.9 miles) of Downtown Disney.
