The place was very clean, well equipped and easily accessible. The elevator to the room was so convenient for luggage and groceries. The view was awesome! overlooking the well-maintained landscape and great view and sounds of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool but too cold to swim. Very walkable to the pier and lighthouse also restaurants and bars. Savannah was just a 25 minute drive. Fishing out of Tybee Island Marina was convenient Full Send Fishing took great care of us. and Bubba Gumbo cooked up some of our catch. It was prepared perfectly with good sides. Mi Vida was great breakfast and lunch. The deck was less than a block away. Shrimp and fries were good and so were the mixed drinks. The Police were always pulling someone over and by the way don't hold you phone in your hand it will cost you $100 :( . Not a forgiving group. No warnings just handing out lots of tickets$$$$$$
I think the TV may need replacing and couldn't get the iron to work but who really needs a TV on vacation and if not for the wedding the iron would not be needed. Still 5 stars!!!!

My check into the property was not good. VRBO sent me the wrong property information. We arrived at the wrong property. No key were in that lock box. I called property manager she told me someone else have rented that property. Then she looked up my property rental information. She sent me this information throught text and email. We got to the other property put in lock box code and the key did not work to the property. I called her back letting her know the key was not working. She gave me a code to use on the door. We finally got in the property. The condo was nice and had a lot of space. They had everyhting you will need for cooking. The access to the beach was easy. They really need to exterminate I saw a lot of roaches. The condo size was GREAT for a family of 6 to 8 people.

Numerous roaches living in the kitchen cabinets. Dead roaches found throughout the condo. Entry door off of the stairwell would not lock from the inside and had to be secured with a key from outside. Condo owners were accessible by phone on Christmas Eve and agreed to refund our stay. We moved out immediately but had to find hotel rooms for our family of 7 and way over paid to stay in the Savannah area which was 30 minutes from the Tybee beach which was the whole point in taking the vacation and reserving the beachside condo. Couldn’t have been more disappointed.

Listing was accurate, check in process very detailed although i attempted to enter wrong lockbox but was able to reach owner immediately. Condo location was perfect loved the view and the space in condo. Zero complaints.

This condo is perfect! There is so much room and direct beach access! There was 8 of us and we all felt comfortable and had space. The beach access was perfect and pool was amazing. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay on Tybee Island! Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and loved being steps away from the beach and pool. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. We weren’t ready to leave!

The instructions for how to get in to the condo needs to be more detailed for those who’ve never been in this type of place. The “adalyne” sign on the garage wall needs to be better viewed, It’s behind the bushes. The condo well stocked, no need to bring any extra stuff. Would like it to be. a little cleaner. Overall had a great time, location was terrific!

This property was perfect for our trip. Loved the beach and pool. Clean and comfortable. Had every thing we needed except a toaster (the little toaster oven did not work so well). Already talking about coming back.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Location was great. The back door was a little sketchy looking and when we opened it I had my doubts but once we walked through there were sighs of relife and we were very pleased with what we saw but a pait job on that back entrance would help.

Great condo for the family! Plenty of room for all of us and very quiet. We took advantage of both the beach and the pool every day. Good location on Tybee - walking distance to several good restaurants. Highly recommend this condo for your vacation!

Spacious unit and the location to the beach, town, and Savannah were great. Coffee on the deck watching the waves, or a short walk to see them close up. Nice pool but a bit chilly this time of year. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels. There are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed and the cleaning needed a bit more attention. Just a few things to make this an A+ rental. I would return for another visit!!

Excellent property! Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and great location. I love a beach front property and this one was as good as it gets without facing the beach directly. Super close walk yo the sand! Spaces in co do are huge. Every bedroom had ample room and more. Don't miss there are trundles. Highly recommend. Read accessing property carefully. Took us a while to realize there was a lock box. 😊

Great location on Tybee and wonderful view. Very roomy condo and well decorated for comfort and aesthetics. Very clean and well maintained. The elevator opening into your unit was very cool, great surprise, and well appreciated for the senior members of the family. The large deck with view was enjoyed by all.

This property was great to accommodate our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and the Bride loved it! Also, waking up to the ocean right outside your window is a bonus! It’s about 20ish minute from the downtown Savannah but not a bad drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was Easy to rent. But did have issue with checking in, the check in instructions need to be a bit more decisive, we had trouble getting key out of the lock box. We needed to know about taking the stairs first to be able to access our condo.

The property location is amazing, we have stayed in the area for over 15 years. The condo has many pluses we loved the decor and spacious room, but there was not 8 wash cloths, no hand towels and no pot holders which made it fun with the baking that I did! But seriously minor details compared to the view, the courtyard, the porch, and overall space. The people were easy to work with ...getting in and out of condo was a piece of cake. I would stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful week.

The location to the beach was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and check in was easy. The only minor issue was we learned that we had to space out the showers a little more or else the last people get cold showers. Loved having the elevator right into the living room!

Very nice condo, kept well and in a perfect location for beach access. The semi-private elevator going directly from the garage to the condo living room was unexpected plus. We know where we want to stay the next we come to Tybee Island.

We chose this property because we wanted to visit Savannah but enjoy the beach life a little as well.
The condo was nice but for being called a luxury condo I think it didn’t live up to the description. There was literally only one towel per person and no beach or pool towels. The trundle was broken so I had to lift the bed to get the one trundle out for use. The other one wasn’t useable. The furniture was old and worn. And the tv in the living room was outdated and we could not pull it out because the piece was broken in the entertainment center.

Great place to stay!
The only hiccup that happened was when we arrived at our place the key was not in the location it was supposed to be. I called management and they remedied the situation as fast as possible. The condo is beautiful and we were very happy with the location overlooking the ocean and pool. The condo is well stocked. Our family had a great time, felt safe and would definitely stay here again!

The only thing that was wrong was both shower doors were very difficult shutting. It should be an easy fix. Also, one would need a little more info on how to use the elevator. By the time we were getting to leave, we figured it out. Other than these small issues, it was great and would love to return. Thank you

Great location. Easy access to beach. Beach chairs and towels wound have been nice to have however they were not listed as being provided so this is not a negative review but a knowledge statement to those coming to stay
