We have been staying here for the past six years. We come up in both the winter and the summer. We are disappointed to say that management has taken a turn for the worse while rates continue to increase each year. This past winter visit there was hardly anyone at the front desk. The pool and lobby closed at 5pm each day (the pool is a big attraction for our kids, especially in the winter). The pool was also cold this year and there were hardly any clean towels at the pool. One day of the visit, they actually closed the pool well before 5pm. Hopefully improvements can be made so we don’t have to look for a new place to rent.

We had made reservations at another hotel. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and we didn't have a room for the night. They had made a reservation at a hotel across the street. We were very pleased with our accomodations and plan to stay there on are next visit to Charleviox. We were very pleased with our accomodations.

My wife and four teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix. The location is perfect to walk the downtown area and Mt McSauba is just a couple minute drive for skiing sledding and hiking. Unit accommodations were wonderful. No complaints.

Was impressed that not only did I receive an email with directions for our upcoming stay but a phone call on our arrival day to to ask we needed any further information. Easy to find and conveniently located. Walked to restaurants nearby and under 10 minutes drive to the wedding we attended at Castle Farms. Rental had great amenities, like the pot/single cup Keurig, we even played a couple rounds of Connect 4. The only downside we experienced was the king mattress in the main floor bedroom. We may be partial to our own, but I think a replacement is needed. Would definitely stay her again if in the area.

At check-in, we were greeted by two friendly and helpful people at the desk and those two people continued to be that way our entire three days. Our room was very nice, the pool was clean, if a bit cold, and there was absolutely no beating the location. Would happily book here again.

Completely different rental until was advertised as one unit but was a differnt room. VERY DIRTY. Had different amenities, needed to be painted, ripped carpet, very dated compared to what we booked. You could see in the other units and they are much nicer. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Going to try and get refunded.

Beautiful property and we left the car parked for our entire stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we would need. Only small issue was WiFi. It didn’t work and it is needed for the area as connectivity is spotty. Note in the office said the property managers were working to resolve.

A few issues we had, my kids were never able to connect to the wifi, and the upstairs AC unit didn't seem to be very effective. The kitchen floor needs repair they must have had water damage at some point and the plank wood flooring bends when you walk on it. We didn't use the pool.
