Jack is a fantastic host. He is super helpful. The property is super close to magazine st and loads of places to eat and shop, yet tucked away in quiet area. It’s in walking distance to the street car to go in town. Sleeping, lounging and bathroom facilities was just right for me. Love the wood floors and high ceilings. I’d definitely stay again!

Spacious, clean, up-to-date property. Great location. Nice host. Wonderful New Orleans charm with fireplace in bedroom and neat wall adornments. On-street parking, as listed, causes a little juggling but this is typical for New Orleans.

Everything we wanted it to be. Jack is a great guy and very helpful and friendly. The space was perfect for my wife and I. We felt like we were family in the neighborhood. A lot of places close by and not far from everything in NOLA.

This was a great home in a great location -- it was spacious and comfortable! Convenient to everywhere you'll want to go.

Loved the garden district neighborhood vibe, including fling burrito restaurant. Easy trolley or bus ride into the more touristy areas. Apartment fully equipped to relax and cook - including sharp knives 👀. Friendly host too- there if you need anything. Bye New Orleans… we’ll be back

The place is located in a wonderful neighborhood, and Jack was great about staying in touch with any issues we had. Place was clean and well maintained.

This little house was perfect as far as size and location. Very clean, neat and close to where we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is conveniently located to so much of the area. The photos do not convey the amount of charm that this apartment has. There is more space than you think, and Jack is very attentive to what you may need and helping you get what you do need. You are located within walking distance of many places and not too far of a drive from anywhere else. My friends and I really enjoyed this place and definitely recommend the stay.

Overall it was a nice place. The upstairs neighbor’s walking above us was very loud and woke us up. There was no toilet paper and there was smelly garbage left. The owner did address both issues for us however.

Location can't be beat, plenty of parking, and plenty within walking distance. Jack was very communicative and super flexible with the check-in and check-out process.

Went with my friend and had an amazing time. The owner is very kind, answered all my questions and was very helpful. We didn’t require much, as we were out and about each day, but the place had all the amenities we would’ve needed. Clean, big, airy place. Futon isn’t the most comfy to sleep on, but that’s how all futons are, so I was expecting that. The bed mattress was comfy tho! Definitely will come back to rent if back in NOLA. The price and location were great. $10-$20 Uber’s to/from the French quarter. Great neighborhood. Free parking spot out front. I definitely recommend!
