Clean room, comfortable mattress, full size bathroom, bigger apartment sized fridge. Yes the Go Karts are right by the room and are noisy, but honestly who stays in the room all day in Red River, the noise never bothered us because we were out having fun! Highly recommended and we will be back.

We had an opportunity to talk to the owner and he is wonderful and went out of his way to greet us. It's downtown so walking to things is simple. If you are a skier, a lift is less than 100 yards away. Being downtown brings small town downtown noises but most everything quiets down at like 8 in the evening. The rooms are a block from main street and faces more of the mountain. Would we stay there again, Yes.

For a brief stay without needing to be in our room a lot, this place was fine and very conveniently located to groceries and restaurants. The lounging chair needs some cleaning, but overall the place was clean. The host answered our questions and was helpful. Being right by the Go-Karts was a little noisy when they were running, but they close early enough for a quiet night of sleep. We were unfamiliar with the TV/cable setup, so struggled a little with it - some printed instructions would have been nice. The shower was great - towels were super soft. The bed was a little soft for our taste, but we slept fine.

We enjoyed every minute over our trip. Check in and check out we're easy! It was very clean and quiet (even though some people said it wasn't). We are near the race trak for go carts but it never ran really late and never bothered us at all. It's central in town, right next to the ski lifts and it's super remote, not a lot of foot traffic. I enjoyed being able to walk straight down and eat really good food and drink really good coffee!!!

We just spent four nights here and were thrilled with our accommodations! They were just as listed online and all details were accounted for. Fridge, dishes, microwave, soap, towels, etc. Rental was exceptionally clean! Location was fabulous and was great to watch torchlight from our room! Easy gear rental downstairs also. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Ski lift half block away. Nice room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Stairway little icy. VRBO site had no contact information or address of property. Location is behind Wild Bill's sky shop in Red River NM. Staff very friendly.

will never stay anywhere else - walking distance to lift, cute room with everything, ski rentals in shop right downstairs with super helpful and friendly staff. Recomend to everyone!

Overall amazing. The only 'thing' was the noise from the go-cart track next to room. This was only an issue due to it being warm and needing to open the windows. Other than that it was a great room! Amazing views!

Very clean room that has been divided into two studios. No AC and couldn’t leave windows open because of loud go carts. They run from 10-10 pm. No sitting outside with your coffee. The lady at the store checked us in and was so sweet and helpful.

Nice clean property, close to everything. Especially the go kart track. Only summertime visitors will enjoy the nightly entertainment below your window. Great place for pet owners that bring their pup. Most everything to do in Red River is within walking distance of this location. Owner and staff are close by and very attentive.

Highly recommend very nice and clean

The room was as pictured, smaller than appeared, but I know they use tricky camera work. What they didn’t tell was that there is a go-cart race track literally inches away from the building. From 10am to 10pm the noise and exhaust fumes is unbearable. We immediately called the manager but he, K Bolen, never returned my call. I finally got an employee to agree to move us to another unit farther away from the go-cart track, but the wanted more money for an “upgrade. “ The other room had no smoke detector, only a half roll of toilet paper, and no hot water in the kitchen sink. No screens on two of three windows, had to shoo a cat away from coming into the kitchen window. Did I mention that the “parking lot” was a mud hole in an alley that was blocked by delivery trucks several times a day preventing access. I doubt if anyone will read this, much less take action.

Loved the cabin feel

Overall a good stay! Parking was very tight especially if you have a large SUV or truck. While the bedding and linens were great the bed could use an upgrade, it slopes towards the head of the bed! It was clean and the host was very nice.

Great place for me and my daughter. Close to the mountain and all the shops in town. Perfect weekend.

Originally scheduled to stay 1 more day. Had to get off mountain due to pending snow storm. Loved the town, everyone was extremely helpful. The location is on the 2nd floor on Main St. Walking distance to restaurants, snowmobiling rental, skiing. The owner operates a ski shop on the 1st floor - easy access.

The place was nice and cozy. Super warm. In fact, we turned the heater off at night because the room stayed so warm. It’s central to just about everything in Red River and just a short couple of hundred meters away from the ski lifts! K and his team were amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice place to stay, will stay here again

The location was right off of main street and the property was well equipped. I would caution people who come during the summer season when go-cart track is running next store. The outside appearance of the property looks run down.

Clean property, as advertised. Bed was comfy. The parking area is very small. Couple small things needed to be fixed, but it was a good place to stay.

The location of the room was good. We parked our Explorer and trailer in the community lot and parked the Polaris in the small parking lot next to the property. The room is right next to the go cart track so it’s noisy. Otherwise it was very nice. Great location to the grocery store, ski lifts, and other businesses.

It should be mentioned that there is a go kart track very close by that stays open until 9pm in the busy summer months. We were unable to open the doors or windows until after 9 due to the noise. The host was very personable and quick to respond to any need.
