We were so pleased with finding this gem! Perfect location, walk down the boardwalk directly to beach. The entire property was extremely clean. It’s perfect not to pay a parking fee that resorts normally charge! The on-site restaurant was closed for the summer but we look forward to going back and eat there.

Room is as pictured! Has everything you need. Pots, pans, cups, multiple coffee makers. All plates, bowls, and silverware. Loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and the beach cart to tug it all. A bigger fridge would be a bigger refrigerator, but it’s understandable that there isn’t space for it. Great price, too. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the evening and watching the beautiful sunsets! Afterwards we would set on the balcony to relax. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at, some within walking distance and others a short drive away.

This condo provides all that you need for a little getaway. This we'll stocked unit comes has everything you need for your stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the all the elevators were down one night and the building was down one elevator for the entire trip. Other than that, the location and convenience is fantastic!

I loved everything about the location and condo with the exception that I had to replace 4 bulbs over bathroom sink, one over toilet and one in living room lamp. I'm always fixing things so it's not unusual for me to get down and dirty; however I'm facing hip replacement surgery and couldn't get under bathroom sink to relieve drain clog and also get under kitchen sink to tighten the faucet to the counter top. Both need immediate attention. The last thing that I noticed needing replacing was the lock on the patio slider. I took one of the beach umbrella's base pipes and dropped it between the slider and the wall so the door couldn't be opened. Although I do believe those items should be taken care, I felt the condo was beautiful and in an excellent location. The pool area and beach access were perfect and the Italian restaurant attched to the condo property was amazing.

Dated yet very clean property with everything needed to enjoy time at the beach. Very quiet complex near restaurants and shops. Took a long time to get our deposit back but there were no issues or arguments.

Unit was adequate but sluggish bathroom sink and lighting in bathroom very dim. Bed and pillows not very comfortable and bedding wasn't the best. Patio chairs very worn. Overall nice unit but a little tired.Would have lived a ceiling fan or two.

The experience was good but they should let us know that you can rent beach chairs and umbrella. Let us know Restaurants are closed no where to eat unless you leave property. It was ok but will not go back.
