Venez voir les dauphins et autres animaux marins depuis le grand balcon de 40 pieds x 9 pieds. Le condo est très spacieux avec une grande pièce de 27 pieds x 16 pieds et semble encore plus grand lorsqu'il s'ouvre sur la cuisine.
Gulf Crest Condos a une atmosphère de complexe hôtelier avec d'excellents équipements sur place comprenant 2 belles piscines (une chauffée), 2 bains à remous et une piscine pour enfants. Il y a un Tiki Hut avec un bar où vous pourrez déguster de la nourriture et des boissons au bord de la piscine. Les autres équipements sur place comprennent une salle de remise en forme et une salle de jeux. Vous constaterez que Gulf Crest aura presque tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour de belles vacances.

This condo was perfect! Great location and very very nice inside. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Perfect view and location. Neighborhood was very easy to get around. Parking garage was super convenient.
The only downfall is the bar across of road is loud until the early hours of the morning. It wasn’t enough to keep us up but could make it difficult if you had a light sleeper in your family.

I can’t say enough great things about this unit and the owners. If I could give 10 stars I would. The unit comfortably accommodated our family with kids ages 8, 9, 13 and 18. Communication with the owners was excellent, but we did not have any problems at all. The owners even drove an hour out of their way to make the unit more comfortable for our asthmatic daughter. The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and everything works. Kitchen is stocked for everything you need to cook in the unit and then some. Views are spectacular and the amenities at the Gulf Crest don’t leave anything to desire. This was our 3rd stay there and we will continue our tradition for years to come. I highly recommend for families!

6th time we’ve stayed at this property, but a first for this unit. Condo was well stocked with pots and pans, glasses and cups and silverware. The owner was very prompt to respond and very accommodating. The only minor complaint is that there were no kitchen dishcloths or dish towels. Also there were no cooking spices or seasonings which was a not a major deal as we purchased them when we bought linens for the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Super convenient to the busy part of the beach or St Andrews State Park. We love this place.

Peevious to staying at this, I read the previous reviews. I found once we arrived the reviews did not reflect this property. The condo was wonderful. Very clean, pretty decorations, kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed plus so much more. Not only did they provide 2 chairs and umbrella set up on beach but there were additional chairs and umbrellas in unit for usage. Very spacious and comfortable not to mention breathtaking views. We saw many of dolphins, sharks, and sting rays from the balcony. If i had to come up with one complaint it would be the attitude of the staff on the beach that set up the beach chairs. The person in charge was not friendly and had attitude every day we were on the beach. I am sure they are hired by gulf crest. We will definitely stay here again. We visit every summer and have never stayed in same condo but maybe will change next year since this one was so great.

Great 2 weeks in PCB - condo was very nice - loved the balcony and the beach - owners were easy to work with - nice perk to have beach chaises & umbrellas included for our 2 week stay - condo building staff all extremely nice and helpful

We have been staying at GulfCrest for many years now and have always been well pleased. This was our first unpleasant trip. The owners communicated well, even letting us know when the room was ready which allowed us to check in about 2 hours early. The unit was not clean, We ended up going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. I will say the owner was very apologetic and even refunded our cleaning fee before we checked out. This unit could definitely use some updating. If you stay here you need to bring everything. There wasn't even hand soap anywhere in the unit. So bring TP, PT, Soap, Trash bags etc.
GulfCrest is still a great place to stay.

The owner was amazing at keeping in touch & on point with everything even texting to let us knw we could check in a little early if we were available. The unit had everythign we needed & was very well decorated. Will definitely be staying here again!

Condo just as pictured. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and furniture is very comfortable. The deck chairs are also very nice and the view is spectacular. We prefer the Thomas Dr area of the beach, and Gulf Crest is a great location with a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Very disappointed
Had issues with the keypad to get in the unit for 3 days. Owners finally had it replaced the 3rd day after arguing with me that it was "working fine for everyone else". Check out time is at 10am, cleaning crew shows up at 8am.... pushing us to get out. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for, the bathroom was still dirty when we got there, towels were soured as well. Will not rent again.

Great condo
The reason I gave the property manager two stars is ...We came in late one evening and someone had taken our parking spot marked with our condo number which would not have been any big deal except there weren't any unmarked spots opened....so I called the number for assistance because there's no one there after hours , and was told if I couldn't find an open unmarked spot to call a tow truck and have the vehicle in my spot towed...so I didnt call a tow but waited for them for about an hour to tell me a spot where I could park

Most amazing patio EVER!
We stayed at this condo for Spring Break 2019. It was so amazing. We absolutely LOVED it. The unit was very clean. We loved our time with our kids and enjoyed the sunsets so much. What a perfect view! The location is awesome and we loved walking around the area. The pools and hot tubs are great, too. Patio tiki hut was great and very reasonable on prices! Beds were comfy but the master bed makes a lot of noise every time you move. My husband is a light sleeper and I toss and turn a bit, so this was bothersome. There are a few little things I would say you may want to bring from home such as a hairdryer, trash bags and stuff like that. The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this unit and we will be back!
