This was our first experience with a vacation rental. We were very happy with the ease of securing the rental and the check in process. They made everything easy for us to understand. The rental was perfect for our family of 5. The location was just right. It was close enough to many attractions and restaurants, but far enough away to provide private family time. The owner provided suggestions of places to see and to eat. We followed most of his suggestions and were not disappointed. Condo was in a great location, right on the beach. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from the screened in lanai!!! Had a great vacation!!!

The view was awesome. The condo was very nice. We had one small issue, which the landlord and property manager were very quick to rectify. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved to stay at this property, it’s right on the beautiful beach, the sunset view from the apartment was stunning. A lot of entertainment, shops to walk and restaurants in the area. The property is very well maintained and the apartment very clean, with very comfortable beds, excellent experience, can’t wait to come back again.

We were very happy with this place. Loved having the grassy area to sit with the beach chairs. It had everything we needed. Having bikes delivered and picked up was also great. Would go back to this place again

My sister and I were pleased with the condo and view; I did not realize though, that going through the condo complex itself would have been quite a bit less expensive; also the elevators broke down three times during our week's stay, which was difficult for my sister who uses a walker and we were on the fourth floor.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at your Condo in Paradise. Smugglers Cove is our favorite place to stay in Ft Myers Beach and once again we weren't disappointed. From the view off the lanai to sitting and listening to the water to walking on the beach, we couldn't ask for more. The condo itself was very well decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy family memories to be treasured forever!
I wondered how this space would work for a family with children, versus just a couple, but figured we could cope with anything for a week - at least we'd be at the beach! This condo was perfect!!! More than one of us may or may not have cried when we had to leave. The views are absolutely unparalleled - we spent SO much time out on the lanai. Ideal for early, quiet mornings with coffee and a book by myself and also plenty of space for family dinner al fresco and card games all together! The condo was also perfectly set up for cozy family movie nights and good nights of sleep for all - very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for cooking or grilling your own meals. We also have never had such easy and quick access to get right onto the soft sand and into the ocean and the kids loved the pool. Our experience was that it was very quiet and not at all crowded. Check-in was a breeze, so that we could get right to the beach, and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful - even leading us to the best ice cream we have ever had (do NOT miss Love Boat ice cream!). The kids are growing up heartbreakingly fast and I'm so grateful to have these memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great condo
Overall, this was perfect for our family. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate enough. It was nice to have a full size kitchen and a pullout sofa for extra sleeping. The mattress on the pullout could use some updating but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The people above were the worst part of our stay as they moved their chairs/furniture around constantly until the early morning hours but this isn’t something the owner has any control over. I would recommend this property especially for the price point and what you get at the price verses other options in the area.

Very communicative
The beach was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the screened-in balcony so we could sit and listen to the gulf bug-free. We had a small issue mid-week, and the owner bent over backwards to get the issue resolved, faster than I could have done at my own house. It was a great week!

Condo was prefect! Beautiful view. In the middle of the strip so not as busy in this area. No problem getting a spot on the beach. Great place for family with teenagers(not as much skin exposure). Found lots of shells anytime of the day. Would definitely come back here. Thanks for a great relaxing week!

Right on beach!
Check in was a breeze, condo was clean and well stocked for basic cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Beach is beautiful, clean, and full of beautiful seashells. Kids loved finding new seashells everyday. Pool was amazing, clean, and cool even in the 90° heat. Parking lot was always clean and close to elevator. Thank you for sharing your home with my family for the week. Hope to rent again in the near future.

Right on the Beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Smugglers Cove and the chance to get away from a Minnesota winter. The location was perfect for stepping out the door and walking the beach or getting a lawn chair to sit on the private grass facing the water. We loved our Happy Hour sunsets on the lanai and tended to stay in for dinner since getting groceries from Publix was so convenient. My only issue was the pots and pans and other cooking utensils should be replaced and added to. But the Kreig coffee maker was great!

Wonderful beach
The location of this condo is perfect - so near the beach and with the screens on the patio and windows and door, we could listen to the surf all night long! It was also nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available to use. Master bed is very comfortable. Pool was heated. Quiet location was a plus compared to the north by all the restaurants, etc. It's one of the best "walking beaches" we've been on. The only problem was they were having difficulty with the elevator our week. We were able to walk the steps but I'm guessing that wasn't true for some of the elderly. All in all it was a great week.

Overall great vacation
The condo was just the right size and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is very unusual in rentals. The view of the gulf is fantastic and we saw dolphins every day on our beach walks. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on Fort Myers Beach.

Beach location is great! The condo was very clean and it is convenient property staff on site.
We saw an abundance of sea life. Washer and dryer are on main level. They are nice, but that is a bit inconvenient. Overall had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
