Notre condo «Newley Remodel» est niché dans le parc tropical des condos Tiki. Un condo spacieux, avec un concept ouvert et un décor de plage reposant. Récemment rénové dans tout le condo, y compris deux ventilateurs de plafond. La cuisine a une barre de granit de sept pieds avec des sièges pour quatre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils et les commodités pour accueillir quatre personnes. Une chambre spacieuse avec un lit queen-size confortable, une commode, deux tables de nuit et une chaise longue en cuir. Lit escamotable (Queen) dans le salon, cela donne de l'intimité pour deux chambres à coucher séparées. Deux téléviseurs intelligents, un 40 "dans le salon et un 32" dans la chambre. Des rideaux occultants pour empêcher le soleil de sortir par une matinée paresseuse. Les serviettes de plage, les serviettes de bain, les draps et les oreillers sont fournis. Câble (TV directe) six chaînes HBO, ESPN et WIFI. Balcon avec des sièges pour quatre, et une boîte de pont comprenant du matériel de plage (chaises de plage et glacière). Vous trouverez notre condo dans le dernier immeuble le plus proche de la plage, mais pas en front de mer (à quelques pas de la plage). Dans la section photo, il y a une photo d'une carte du terrain de la propriété, une FLÈCHE ROUGE indiquant l'emplacement de notre condo. Buanderie sur place. Nous sommes un condo sans fumée et sans animaux. PAS D'ANIMAL FAMILIER ADMIS!

Beautiful property with green vegetation in the inner courtyard, around pool. Close to beach and pool. Loved being right by the fireworks at Clayton’s. Loved the layout of the condo with the large kitchen island, large sectional with electric recliners, and the murphy bed. Perfect use of space. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and what a perfect stay! This host has thought of everything and keeps in constant contact to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is spacious for four adults with a bedroom and the Murphy bed. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has much storage for food that you bring to prepare. The pool was clean and we enjoyed that it was open till 11 to swim in during the evening. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday were a plus! My favorite part was the 90 steps it took to get my feet in that beautiful sand to experience the water.
This condo and it’s owners were absolutely wonderful. We have found our new getaway place no doubt. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for giving us a vacation to remember. See you soon!

Beautiful condo at the Tiki. Kenny and Sherrie are great hosts. They communicate well and provide everything needed to stay for a few days. There were lots of kitchen amenities we have not seen at other condos at the Tiki, and extra towels! The condo was updated nicely and had a dehumidifier. Hope we can stay again!

We loved the location. It was literally right on the beach. The room itself was amazing and clean. Exactly as pictured in the listing. The property owners were great and made sure that everything was good at check-in. Highly recommend this listing

Me and my family really enjoyed our time in South Padre. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group. It was an easy check in process. We loved being able to go to the beach so easily but yet not too far of a walk after being out.
Sherrie was great when needed for anything and was always quick to respond.

This was the perfect getaway condo on SPI. Access to the beach is just a few steps away, and everything is well-planned out and efficiently designed. The decor is absolutely adorable and the furniture is comfortable- the beds are dreamy! It's so CLEAN. Thank you, Ken and Sherrie, everything was so perfect.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. It really felt like home away from home. The hosts had everything to make a short stay into a fantastic homey experience. They went above and beyond to provide us timely information and recommendations. My favorite part, was that we could walk right up to the beach! Perfect place to stay at for you next trip to South Padre.

Sherrie and Kenny were excellent hosts who were 100% available to answer questions and ensure our vacation stay was perfect. The condo is just beautiful and conveniently located to the beach, many attractions, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if visiting SPI.

Our trip was fabulous and this condo was perfect. Our teens didn’t want to share a bed, but one slept on the couch, which was perfect. Access to the beach was our favorite and we would definitely rent again. It had everything we needed and the owners were accommodating and responsive! Would rent from them anytime and anywhere!

My spouse and I met up with other family members in South Padre Island for short beach vacation. I made my reservations through VRBO while the rest do family made reservations directly through the condominium complex. I had a very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable, and thoroughly modern condo - which was not the case for the rest of my family. It was great to have access to the beach towels and other beach equipment provided by the hosts - it made packing for a long trip that included a flight much easier. There is a very nice grocery store on the island for picking up daily essentials. Note that you will need to supply your own coffee filters (basket style) and all of your own condiments toiletries, other than hand soap and dish soap. I really appreciated that the condo listing was exactly as advertised (just steps to the beach) on VRBO. Also, the hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful.

This condo is very lovely! It has everything you need from dishes and cookware to beach chairs and sand toys. It’s steps from the beach and also has nice pools on the property. The condo was nice and quiet. We never once heard our neighbors. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo
We’ve been vacationing in South Padre for several years now and this is by far our favorite condo. The condo was very clean, super cute and comfy and the location is great. We look forward to staying here again.

This was the best beach lodging I have experienced. Can’t say enough about the qualities of this unit. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that was not as comfortable as this condo, and the nightly rate added to the joys. While there is not a direct view of the shoreline, it is only a few steps away. The balcony provides a great view of the courtyard and the sound of the waves breaking can be clearly heard. And there are plenty of great restaurants/ bars close by if you’re not interested in cooking. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness plus the updated and beautiful furnishings of the condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location close to the beach. Since I am a birdwatcher I booked this unit to coincide with the peak of bird migration. The condo was very close to the prime birding sites. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and right by the beach. Everything was provided. The owners were easy to communicate with. There were lots of fun places to eat and enjoy the weather. It was a quiet time of year which made it very relaxing for us.

Amazing place right next to the beach!
The property was excellent and cozy for our family of four (2 kids) We were there for a week, and spent most of the days on the beach and/or on the lagoon (kiting). Will certainly come back again!
