Nody's Place est la grande maison de plage classique que votre groupe recherche! Place Nody a beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille à étirer. Il y a de grandes terrasses sur le niveau du sol, ainsi que d'une enveloppe autour de porche sur le deuxième niveau. Lorsque vous entrez dans le niveau inférieur, vous entrez dans le salon / salle à manger. Manger Table à manger peut accueillir 6, avec quelques sièges supplémentaires dans la chambre. Grâce à la salle à manger est la grande parfaite de la cuisine pour faire un grand repas ensemble. En bas il y a trois chambres à coucher; une avec un lit queen, et deux chambres qui ont chacune un lit queen et un lit double. Il y a deux salles de bains salle pleine à cet étage; chacun avec une promenade dans la douche.
A l'étage, vous trouverez le grand salon et un deuxième coin salle à manger, qui se double d'une grande table pour les jeux! Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat et accès à la grande véranda vue sur l'océan. A l'étage vous avez les 3 chambres restantes. La chambre principale est à l'étage avec un lit king. Les deux chambres d'hôtes à l'étage ont chacune un lit queen. Il y a une grande salle de bain complète à l'étage avec une baignoire! Le seul défaut de cet appareil est qu'il est une maison de plage classique, et comme tel il n'y a pas laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité.

Great property and location, late check-in is a challenge and it would be nice to add a key pad to the property so one could simply go there instead of having to stop and get keys (and also return them at departure). Porches are amazing, short walk to beach. In the heart of things make this location great.

In town for sons wedding. Quiet, extra clean, loved the motif. Family had a great time and wanting to come back.

Nody’s Place is was a wonderful spot for our three generation family vacation. There was plenty of space for together time but also spots to tuck away to read a book. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the amazing front porch with terrific breezes and views of the ocean and sunset! Just steps to the beach. It really could not have been better.

Location- great. Porches- great. Kitchen cabinet space and dishes- great.
Property could use just a little updating (paint) .
The property was quite dirty and needed cleaning before the rest of my family came. - the kitchen and bathroom floors had visible crumbs and hair and debris.
The disposal had old lemons and hair stuck in it. The posting says Coin laundry but there was none and for such a large group it was a problem.
The rental agency did not leave trash bags, would not leave enough paper towels and toilet paper for 8 adults. I had to make repeat requests for more and had to pick some up myself from my home on wilmington. That was surprising given the cost.

We stayed in late December with our children and grand children. The house is a perfect location for walking to the beach and downtown Wrightsville Beach and has lots of room for family gatherings. We even did a talent show in the upstairs living room. The porches are amazing and the children loved the hammock. Bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Our family has been going to and loving Wrightsville Beach for 50+ years and this classic beach house felt like "home". The wonderful porch with rockers and big hammock (and cooling breeze every day) was a unanimous highlight for everyone.Our extended family had plenty of space to spread out both inside and out. PROS: location near lifeguard stand and downtown extra refrigerator & well stocked kitchen spacious bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes lots of seating space in living room CONS; Front steps on outside need repairing. Cleanliness could be improved. Another bathroom upstairs is really needed! My family had an outstanding week in this comfortable cottage!

I am STILL waiting to get two blankets back that we left at the house. Two grey fluffy blankets we left in error. I called our agent the day after we left and again a few days later and I still have not heard where and when to pick up the blankets.
