Lake Dillon Condominiums 207 est un magnifique condo de 1 chambre, 2 salles de bain avec une incroyable vue sur la montagne et le lac. 6 personnes Grand écran plat HD et meubles en cuir dans le salon, plus une cheminée à gaz, télévision par câble avec ESPN, BlueRay et lecteurs DVD. Wifi gratuit. L'unité a des planchers de bois franc, des portes en bois dur et des salles de bain carrelées avec des comptoirs en granit. Décor sur le thème du lac et du Colorado. Table à manger peut accueillir 4. table de pont peut accueillir 4. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un écran plat et un ventilateur de plafond ainsi que deux lits jumeaux dans un lit gigogne. QSS dans le salon utilise le bain de la salle complète. Complexe dispose de ascenseur, bain à remous, salle de réunion / zone de conversation, table de billard et jeux de fléchettes, laveuse, sécheuse. Idéalement situé à tous les services tels que supermarché, REI, Starbucks, location de ski / planche, articles de sport, restaurants, brewpubs, vie nocturne. Very Nice and clean Condo, Awesome view, 5 minutes walking to the nearest free shuttle stop, The apartment is fully equipped, will be great if you install some light in the balcony .

Only thing I would suggest is that you mention to future guests that there is a drinking water issue. (Water has higher than safe levels of lead)
We would have brought our water filter with us instead of having to go to the store just to buy bottled water during our stay

Nice clean place. Very centrally located in Dillon. Great view of the lake and mountains. A little odd you enter into the bedroom and the balcony is shared with the neighbor. Place was clean, kitchen looked brand new, furniture was appropriate and comfortable. Two bathrooms a plus. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our summer stay at the condo. It was clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable. We brought our e-bikes and biked a lot! The view from the porch is perfect. The deck area is a bit messy right now with furniture from the renovation that's happening in the adjacent unit, but the lounge chairs were nice. Bring bottled water to drink as there is a note about excess lead in the sink water. Safe for bathing, but not for drinking. Not a big deal. Would be nice if they changed out the door handle for keyless. LOVED the unit though.

This rental scared us at first, as from the parking lot this building looks like a big Motel 6. But we dragged ourselves in, confirming our Motel 6 diagnosis when the front door opens onto the bedroom... but then we walked down the hall to the main living space and were utterly floored by the gorgeous front-row seat this condo has of the delectable Dillon Reservoir. The living space is so well-balanced, with a TV that has all the subscriptions we desired (Netflix, Prime, HBO) already enabled (a rare thing in VRBO land), a small but utterly beautiful and heat-spewing gas fire-stove, a well-equiped kitchen with charming cups and plates, we fell in love with this condo, an affection that only deepened with the passing days.

The property was very comfortable, well equipped & as described. We arrived early in the day but were unable to check-in until the 4:00pm standard check-in time which was not unexpected; however, if they had been able to prepare the condo sooner there is a fee of between $70 to $100 for early check-in depending on how early the condo could be available which was unexpected & unusual). Condo was very conveniently located for skiing (Keystone, A-Basin & Breckenridge) as well as providing easy access to multiple restaurants, grocery shopping, retail shopping and other conveniences. The view from the condo of the mountains and Lake Dillon was beautiful!

This is a great condo that is centrally located to many ski resorts/ outdoor activities. The space is great for probably a single family, layout-wise. Very clean, well equipped with everything you could need. Great patio space, though we didn't get to use it given the winter temps. I will mention the space was very warm, 70+'F and did not respond to thermostat adjustments. We did mention it to Summit Rentals and they promptly sent someone to take a look at the furnace. That person said there was nothing else that could be done and we should just open the windows. So we kept the windows cracked in ~20' weather to balance out the very warm condo. If you're someone who keeps a higher temp house, this will be perfect for you.

Our only issues (small)--we brought ground coffee and the unit only had a keurig so we had to go out to buy the pods, and the unit was very warm despite turning down the thermostat. Also we did not have access to the ski locker. Small issues and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view, convenient location, reasonable price
Our family of four stayed at this condo for a Spring Break ski vacation. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay--as indicated in the title, we had a great view out the windows, the location was ideal (close to many conveniences in Dillon and a short drive to skiing), and the pricing was reasonable.
Our only significant concern is that the mattresses (king & two twin trundles) are uncomfortable. Our kids found the twin beds to be lumpy/they could feel the individual springs. The king bed likewise felt hard/uneven. If the mattresses get replaced, this condo would be wonderful.
Only other (likely unavoidable) issue is that it is a condo; folks in other units were too happy to bring loud, barking dogs, which got a bit bothersome.
All told, aside from the mattresses--which I assume the owners will address--this place is a great value for the money.
