This was a beautiful pet friendly property that I would highly recommend. My family and I felt very safe and loved the community environment. The condo had everything we needed and was great to relax in after a day out with family.

This was the cleanest and most comfy condo. The 2 bedrooms are very big as are the bathrooms. The property itself is very very well kept and a great location. Very friendly people and very quiet. Will definitely book again.

The reviews are accurate. Small tvs in the bedroom, super loud fan in the master bath, but we knew that before booking. We had a great time. Kim was quick to respond. We were pleasantly suprised to find two fold out cots in the closet and an air up bed. The condo can definitely work for large families or siblings that dont like sharing beds. Pool was so fun for the kids the parking was convenient, having a washer and dryer was amazing. We brought our 14 year old dog. So grateful he gets to come too. Thanks!

We chose this condo because it was close to where we needed to be and it worked out great. The only thing that we didn’t like was the TVs in the bedrooms were small compared to what we are used to. That’s minor as long as a place is clean.

This had everything we needed. Thank you for the coffee in the fridge! Another review mentioned noise, so keep in mind this is a condo. We had a couple of little guys above us that raced across the floor alot, but when they left it was so peaceful! We would stay here again!

The property was excellent for your Branson visit. Close to all the attractions and walking distance to the clubhouse and pool. We would definitely come back and stay!

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen had just about anything that might be needed. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my morning walks - Pointe Royal is a beautiful, quite community. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall we were quite pleased.

Upon arriving to the Condo we did a walk through. The master bathroom still had soap scum in the bathtub around the jets. Kim was very responsive and offered to get someone out there. The bed was so uncomfortable our kids slept on the floor the second night and my husband an I took the recliner and couch. This is like a small apartment- the people above us were so loud they woke us up on the second night at 4am...sounded like a herd of cows.... the checkout time is a little earlier than we liked and you do take out your own trash and wash your towels... which seemed odd to us for other places we stayed as that is what the housekeeper is for. This Condo is more for the older generation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. First and last of renting a condo. I feel it is based off preference for us. It just wasn't very private. When standing on the balcony the neighbors are staring right at you. The most annoying thing was turning on thr light in thr master bath and hearing the fan run the whole time.... TV in bedrooms are really small. Kim was very nice.

I was in Branson area for business. This location was perfect for me and my pup. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is adorable and very welcoming. The master bed is so comfortable, I had a difficult time forcing myself to get out of it in the morning! The location was very convenient for all of our needs and surrounded by beauty...we particularly loved all of the hummingbirds in the mornings!! The kitchen is the perfect size and very well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay!! We look forward to returning!

We loved our stay. The accommodations were awesome. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. We were very close to the pools and close to entertainment venues. We loved the quietness from the hustle bustle of town but were close enough to everything.

We all loved staying at the condo at Pointe Royale!! The swimming pool and amenities were fantastic - along with the location. It was very easy to get to places in Branson. The condo had a wonderfully stocked kitchen and was so nice and clean. It was perfect for what we wanted. Kim was also very easy to contact if I had qny questions!!

Great location and Condo!

We enjoyed our stay, but got an email from the manager (Kim) after we got home informing us she was keeping the full security deposit because, she claimed, our dog peed on a bed. First, we know our 2.5 pound yorkie didn't get on that bed at all, because we didn't put him there, and he's not capable of getting on a bed by himself. Secondly, the dog wasn't even in the room he allegedly peed in, because my wife and I slept in the other room and he was crated in that room with us. After this, I researched reviews, and found many reviews with people having this exact same experience (the reviews I saw were on Google for Nightly Resorts, LLC). As if the false claim about our dog peeing on the bed wasn't enough, there was also the claim that we left a broken glass and too many crumbs in the floor. While I acknowledge a glass was broken, we swept up as much of the broken glass as we could find. Any crumbs or remaining glass should have been easily removed with routine sweeping/mopping and vacuuming. But Kim said this resulted in "excessive cleaning" and caused us to forfeit our deposit. I sent 2 emails to Kim to point out the issues and provide her an opportunity to either refund the money, or provide justification for her point of view. I waited well in excess of 24 hours with no response, and still have no response. There was a cleaning fee associated with this rental, as well as the security deposit. We did not violate the rental agreement and did not leave "excessive cleaning" for them, but we failed to get our deposit back. After reading other reviews, it's clear that Nightly Resorts is not pet friendly as they claim. There are numerous reviews indicating vacationers lost their deposits because their pets urinated somewhere, even though every single one was aware of the rental agreement and would certainly not willingly leave urine for fear of losing a deposit. I also noted that in every such review, Kim leaves behind a very defensive, accusatory response, so I fully expect one here, as well. I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone, especially those travelling with pets, stay in a Nightly Resorts property based on my experiences and the reviews of others on Google.

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was very clean, spacious, and nice. We enjoyed staying close to Silver Dollar City.

Great family place that had all the accommodations of home. We can’t wait to come back in the fall.

The furnishings are high quality, and the surroundings are scenic and peaceful. For our stay it was ideally located for an "away from it all" feeling, and yet having close access to numerous restaurants & attractions. Kim the manager was delightful to work with.

The condo was super cute and clean, smelled good and had all of the things needed to make the trip easy and relaxing. The fireplace feature was pleasing and the location was good for our family to have things to do close by. In addition, the level this condo is on made it easy for our pet to be let out easily. We enjoyed it immensely and the owner made the reservation easy for check in and check out tasks.

After several bad experiences renting a condo online we were happy we decided to work with Kim. This condo was super clean and smelled great upon entry. Condo was comfortable and the only small problem we had during our 10 night stay was the bathroom vent fan which Kim had promptly fixed. This was our 9th Christmas in Branson and will be contacting Kim for our 10th vacation in 2018. She is great to work with and her condos are great! Would definitely recommend any of Kim's condos. Thanks for restoring my confidence in condo renting!!

My family and I really enjoyed our visit. We really like the condo. It was so cute and really clean. The fireplace was so cozy in the evenings after a night of swimming at the indoor pool and hanging out at the bar and grill. My kids enjoyed all the great amenities. Oh and the rocker recliner was so comfortable that my husband claimed it right away. The surround sound was an added perk. We will definetly be back and refer to our family and friends.
