The location is close to amenities and hiking. The place itself was comfortable and had everything needed. The pics are very accurate. Host is responsive in communicating. Great stay.

Clean, yard for our dogs, walking distance to pet friendly dining, comfy beds. This might be the best VRBO we have ever rented. Would love to stay here again.

If was a perfect little getaway. Would highly recommend (already gave information to another couple) beautiful fenced in backyard. Quiet relaxing. We had a very enjoyable 6 days. Will be going back. Thank you.

Loved this cozy little apartment and was super pleased with the little back patio. It was the perfect place to unwind and have a glass of wine while my dog had a safe place to potty and walk outside. Will definitely return!

Everything was very good; kitchen supplied with food preparation items/spices, extra bedding if needed, very quiet location. Convenient private entry and fenced yard for dog. Only two small issues; couldn’t locate wash cloths (except one in “rag” bin under sink), and from the one photo I was expecting some grassy area for dog instead of rock garden. I believe the grassy backyard was for another unit, not ours. Otherwise a very peaceful location with easy shopping access!

The apartment was very clean inside. The location was awesome. There were great restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint was outside. You could not sit on the outside chairs near the fountain. The chairs were very dirty. It appears they just sprayed. Roaches were just dying and the residue of spiders were on the chairs underneath.

Perfect location! Close to markets, restaurants, entertainment. Would definitely rent again at this VRBO.

Only minor improvements we suggest is removal of exterior cobwebs and crumbs in between couch cushions. Lovely temporary place. 😊

The apartment was just as advertised. It is small but well laid out and well appointed. The yard is great, especially for a dog. Located in West Sedona, it was close to all our needs. Just off the major road, it was very quiet and serene. Loved the bed!

The location was incredibly perfect as it was in West Sedona one block off the main road so getting to and from was quick. It was a perfect fit for 1-3 people. 4 would be fine too except for seating in the living area which is designed for 3. Everything was as stated and we enjoyed the private “zen garden” area. Beds and pillows were great and we appreciated what seemed to be better bedding than other places may provide. The kitchen was spacious and there’s plenty of everything expected. The bathroom was good size and had a pocket door to close off the toilet and shower making it easy to share the space at the same time. If I come back I’d like to stay there again!

very nice and well equipped two bedroom get away as described. Close to all the Sedona area has to offer but quietly located just off the major highway. Would have taken advantage of nice patio and water feature if the weather would have cooperated! Great location to strike out from and get to key areas, attractions, and activities

Property was in quiet part of town but close to walk to some restaurants. We had to leave early due to crazy weather. Brad was understanding about the situation. Would love to come back when the sun is shining and we can enjoy the patio and the town! Home has everything you need and we stored a bike in the shed.

We stayed here for a week during our trip to Sedona. This place was just as it looked online. It was a great location and had everything we needed. The beds were also quite comfortable. We have a 2 year old daughter and she was very comfortable and safe there. The fenced in courtyard/backyard was a nice outdoor space to enjoy and again was great for our daughter to play in. I definitely recommend this place.

We were im Sedona for the first time. Location m is very convenient Nice place, fit our needs for the trip.

Loved this cute place!! Bed really comfy! Bathroom was great and front room very comfortable! It was a perfect location clise to everything. Thank you for the ease to check in and find it!

We walked to dinner 1st night and would have again (at a different restaurant) but their patio was closed. We also walked to a great deli and to Safeway. Never expected to be close to so many walkable places. Our host was excellent - very responsive, always answered our call and provided good information.

Check in went smoothly, kitchen is well stocked. Needed to call owner concerning the tv, Brad and I weren’t able to problem solve over the phone. So Brad sent over a person who was able to fix the TV in the morning. I would recommend this apt to my friends.

My husband and I stayed for a week. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The bed was very comfortable. We used the private space in the back and grilled out which was nice. The vrbo is in a great location in West Sedona. There are many restaurants close enough to walk to and a wine bar with live music. There is also a shuttle stop at the end of the street for a short ride into Sedona We had a little issue with the internet for a couple days but it may have been due to the rain? Overall it was great!
