This hotel definitely has one of the best price-value ratio. The building is well maintained and nicely designed, located 3 minutes walk from Rotterman district and the port. Also there is a public parking lot only a few steps away where you can park for €4/day. The check-in can be conducted on a kiosk very swiftly where you get your card and room number. On the 2nd-3rd floor there are public spaces as well such as lounge area with TV or kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, and vending machines. The room itself is perfect for a short stay - well designed, soft mattress (you decide if it is a pro or con), clean bathroom with toiletries and floor heating. Great place to have some rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was modern and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a very decent size. It was also great that they allow pets, though there was a 10e extra fee per night, which was not mentioned here. The location was very convenient, even if it's next to a construction site. There is a common area with a full kitchen, which we only discovered on our second day, one of the downsides of an automated check in. We got a late checkout (2pm) for only 15e extra, which was nice.

The rooms were very minimalistic to a point of being a bit underwhelming. There was no fridge or a kettle in the room, though you could borrow a kettle from the reception. Might not have been an issue if we'd realized the existence of the kitchen. Water pressure in the shower was abysmal.

I thought the food was excellent, good value and beautifully presented every time so keep the chef and his team. If I stay again I would like to have breakfast as part of my stay deal. Its a real pity the restaurant was not open in the evening, my only issue with the food!!

Convenient to restaurants and shopping (old town), excellent restaurant in building, walking distance to just about anywhere I was interested in going. View was enjoyable even with construction.

I accidentally broke the bathroom mirror by leaning on the corner and it cost me 180 EUROS. Very much a box and no way to invite someone over to chat, really

There was a breakfast restaurant at 1st floor but apparently different company. Price for breakfast 15 euros plus additional 3 euros for a coffee !!! Way too expensive......went to some other place for a breakafast.

Enjoy this place while it lasts- I really hope they maintain the current pricing level because they have hit the sweet spot of price/quality. The hotel is in super clean condition and although all the processes from parking to check-in &check out have been fully automated and there is no staff visible, everything works like a charm. The rooms are clean, well maintained and big enough for travelers. It looked like the hotel is almost sold out with a lot of budget travelers. I recommend this place 100% and hope the hotel maintains attractive pricing, it is just enough lower to accept that some services like staff, tv in the room or air conditioning are missing.

A modern hotel but with its own style - lots of concrete, muted colours and plants in the shared areas. The shared (and very clean) kitchen was an added bonus. We paid for breakfast which you take in the next door cafe and it was amazingly good. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean property with all the basics you need. Even had a communal shared kitchen with disposable dishes and cutlery. Really liked the “carpet” which was dirt resistant and easy to clean. Felt cleaner than other carpets. It’s self serve check in and check out but there is staff in the office if you ever need any help.

No kettle in the room but you can use the one in the shared kitchen. Our soap dispenser in the bathroom must’ve been slightly broken and you had to press just in the right spot to get soap.

Excellent location, nice stuff, clean and tidy. Room a little bit smaller. New hotel with nice indoor and outdoor area.

* Modern and clean budget hotel right near the harbor and old town. We really liked it! * Easy self check-in/-out process but staff were also always on hand in the reception office. * Our stay was in summer and the air conditioning worked well in the room and was almost on the too-cold side. I had read in reviews that the windows couldn't be opened, but in ours there was a small window that could be partially opened. We used it to regulate the temperature a bit when the AC got too cold. * It was very quiet, with the windows closed we didn't hear noise from outside. There wasn't any noise coming from the corridor or other rooms, either. * We booked a small double room which turned out to be way too small for two people to move around comfortably, but it wasn't such a big problem as we were out exploring from morning to night anyway. If we stay again will definitely book the next size up, though! The small double room would be better for a solo traveller who wants a double bed. * Extra towels were available from reception on demand, which was great as the towels didn't dry properly in the bathroom. Bathroom had a hair dryer. * Good communal spaces for relaxing and reading. I found a good book on the book exchange shelves (located on levels 2 & 3) which I read and returned before our stay was up. This was a nice touch. :) * Was nice to be able to store things in the fridge, although you can't really prepare meals there as there aren't any cooking facilities, no stove or toaster just a kettle, microwave and disposable plates/bowls/cups/cutlery available. So keep in mind the guest kitchen isn't really for catering your own meals but for making tea, instant noodles, cereal etc. * Closest supermarkets are Rimi next to the harbor and Prisma just on the edge of the old town, they are both a short walk from the hotel. Rimi is much bigger but has regular opening hours (maybe 8:00-22:00 or similar).

* Horrible-smelling bathroom - the smell was coming from the shower drain (but we kept the bathroom door closed to isolate the smell, so it was ok in the end, just unpleasant when using the bathroom). * Overflowing communal fridges in the guest kitchen - the hotel ideally needs to install another two fridges somewhere to accommodate everyone's grocery items comfortably during the high season. There were families storing more than just a couple of items here and there, who instead had big grocery bags full of food that they would then have to jam into the fridges, taking up lots of space and making it hard to close the fridge doors. * There was hip hop/pop music constantly playing in the guest kitchen/common area which was often quite loud and couldn't be turned down or off (at least not by the guests themselves). Not ideal when you want to relax and have a quiet bite to eat. However, on one occasion during our stay I went down to reception and commented on it. They were really helpful and immediately turned the volume down and changed it from hip hop to smooth jazz music. This was much appreciated and we could then enjoy playing our board game in a relaxing atmosphere. :)

The beds are so comfy! Self-service check in was simple and quick (there were staff around if we needed any assistance though). The room was great; clean and bright, with the comfiest beds of our whole trip. Good shower and bathroom, hairdryer, and soap/shower gel provided. We checked out very early and appreciated the coffee machine (I think it was near the conference rooms) - surprisingly good coffee for just a couple of euros. Great location, just a short walk to the old town.
