The location was nearby attractions, bus stops and local restaurants.
The kitchen was equipped with what you need.
Although it is mentioned in the information, you have to a pay a hefty deposit for your stay which is different from any other bookings I had made. The wait to get the refund also took a while. The communication was not very prompt and at times a little rude. The neighbours smoke so the room smelt like smoke (obviously this is unavoidable but with noting if you're sensitive to this smell)
The amenities said a/c but all we had was a tiny fan which barely gave us any much needed coolness from the scorching summer heat.

You cannot beat the location of this apartment: close to both the train station and the city center, with parking in front. The apartment was very clean and easy to find. Although it is on a busy road, closed windows help to keep out the noise

Good location near rail station and town. Studio has a pleasant feel. Good bathroom and bed.
Access up steep steps could be tricky with a big suitcase. Although the property is no smoking there is a smell of old cigarettes in the building. The room was quite hot and we did need the fan.

Perfect location, not far from the train station and the beginning point of the Owl road. Besides rich info inside the room to give guide in the city. Clean & looks nice inside with a wide space.
not improve suggestion but avoid suggestion for elder people reason list as below (I travel with my Mom here who’s 68 years old and had operation with her leg 9 month ago due to an accident)
1. Room on 1 floor with a narrow stairs (no elevator).
2. Self-leveling cement floor looks nice but very slippery when there is any water on it.
3. Near the road and have noise from traffic pass by during whole night. My mom didn’t sleep well and it destroyed the rest journey in France due to she’s lack of energy and recover slow.

Studio promised an entry code by email by 4pm for checkin. There was no email. We were lucky that a neighbour helped us to contact the owner and we did get in later

great location and a decent space for the price (think cheap IKEA, but not bad)
It stank horribly of cigarettes, including the bedding. We let the manager know right away - I hate the smell of cigarettes and it was giving me a headache - but they wouldn’t return our money. I got a migraine that night and we left the next morning even though we paid for two nights. Also be advised that the room shakes in the morning when trains go by.

Great location and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
The check in process was not customer friendly as not being able to access the property until 5 pm is not ideal, especially when you are travelling by train and have to pay to store luggage and walk the streets in the rain for 2 1/2 hours.
I understand that this was a private apartment but this is never an issue with standard hotels where check in is usually 2 pm or earlier and where you can at least leave your luggage until your room is ready.
The TV controls were difficult to navigate and following the instructions only kept sending us to the Netflix log in page which of course required a password. This wasn’t a major concern as we were only there for one night and may have been user error on our behalf but it was frustrating.

Comfy bed and nice bathroom
The bedsheets were dirty behind some sliding doors on top of a washing machine. Not sure if they were there ready to be wasched or already clean but they were full of stains. It was a bit chilly so we just put them on top of the bedlinen.

They send me a wrong pin code, I asked them an explanation about keys on arrival, before arriving at the ville, but I received nothing! A very kind romenian girl (neighbour) that called people and helped us to enter te property.
To arrive without the correct code to enter the property, of course!

The location was perfect for sightseeing. The studio was clean, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped.
The check-in procedure was a bit difficult. Not having received the instructions by e-mail about how to get in, I was at first baffled that there was no one at the reception. Then I was given the instructions by Whatsapp, but it was less than intuitive to understand how to get the keys. After that, it was all smooth. I would have appreciated a separate recycle bin. Maybe also some basic seasonings in the kitchenette (oil, vinegar).

Very clean, well priced and convenient apartment near the train station. Town centre is just a little walk. Easy access with entrance codes. Nice little welcome present from the hosts.
Check-in is quite late, bed is a little small. Outdoors could be noisy in the morning if you leave the window open (which you want to do in summer as there is no AC).

How clean, modern & new everything in the apartment was - the instruction / Welcome to Dijon manual was a lovely touch and very helpful. How close to the central train station the apt was. Double glazed windows to cut out the street level noise. The washer/dryer was very helpful for me being a long holiday traveller. The bathroom was well thought out and new. Overall the apt was one of my best stays in Europe!
The apartment came with instructions to everything except the induction stove top (which type of stove top i had never used before). No air-con either (fine anytime other than high summer), and too loud on street to sleep with windows open.

Location very close to the centre xx
No Air Con!!!!! Under floor heating was on and could not find out how to turn it off! In 36.5 degrees we had zero sleep. It was so ridiculously hot we ended up standing in the French windows praying for a breeze. Ended up going for breakfast at 5.30am! It was a lovely apartment but was the worst night ever xx
