Upon entering, the home looked and smelled very clean! The location is very convenient to a lot of the things we did while we were in Florida. Upon setting up the sleeper sofa upstairs we realized the springs were broken off of the bottom and immediately notified the owner. He responded in a flash! Communication was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again! Just make sure if you use the upstairs shower you you turn the knob to the right for hot water LOL

Normans property was quite simply amazing. Close to all of the parks, the kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

This unit far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the cost. All furniture, the kitchen, and the main level bath had been recently updated, so the pics do not do it justice. It's lovely, and the owner was so gracious and accommodating. The only complaint we had is that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (big issue with all 5 guests being females).

Was a little nervous with first time driving in Orlando but with convenience of parks and shopping stores to this condo couldn't have been any smoother. Norman White was an excellent host and was able to accommodate an unexpected extra day before we arrived. Thank you Norman!

Perfect for our family of 5. Home was clean, comfortable and area was very quiet! Perfect location-close to Disney and lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery and drug stores. Owner gave all instructions and information promptly via email. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Just check on availability of towels and bath cloths also bring bathroom tissue and paper towels. Other than that you are good to go! Very nice place!!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and the big theme parks. My kids loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The owner was great to deal with....very responsive. The condo was comfortable and had everything that was needed. A very nice place to say and a great value.

The property was exactly as advertised!! It was a great place to stay while I took the college guys to Disney -- a trip that was supposed to happen in May (but then COVID happened, and the guys went back to college so couldn't go when I took the girls) -- this was me keeping my promise to the guys. When we walked in, the guys were like this is AWESOME!! They loved having the room upstairs with the loft so they could have their own sitting area -- if they didn't want to just be in the room, they had somewhere to go beside the main living room!! It was a great stay and so close and convenient to everything!!

The property is great, clean, confortable and conveniently localed. The only little issue that the walls and upstairs floor are really thin, so you can hear the steps above.

The property was ideally situated to restaurants, shopping and all major theme parks. The only issues we had was the upstairs shower didn’t have hot water(we had it all the way to left for hot water for 10 minutes and it never heated up) and the master bathtub tile needs a good scrubbing. Other than those minor issues, the townhouse was clean and everything that we needed was provided. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our honeymoon. Close to the parks and lots of restaurants and stores. Lots of room and had everything we needed. So fun!

Was right off Main Street and very easy to get to all WDW parks. Lots of restaurants ands stores close by.

We are still currently here. Norman has been very accommodating to our needs. My husband is working long hours and we live 2 hours awayso this has been our home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here!

What you see is what you get as the saying goes. Look at the photos - look at the property - they match (as they should). Thank you Norman for loaning your house. As you know, would have booked again but somebody else!! beat us too it. Missing the lanai in the sun already. Apart from your 3 neighbours you have more sun on your lanai than any other property on the complex. Property report: Sunshine 10/10. Proximity to Pool 10/10. Comfort 10/10. Management/Owner contact 10/10. Fellow property owners /renters 10/10. I think the scores say it all. Need a rest - it's the best.

Really was the perfect property for a family to stay at

This townhouse is close to Disney theme parks.192 is around the corner with plenty of restaurants, Walmart, Target, Walgreen and outlet stores. We didn't use community pool or porch for weather was cloudy, cold and wet. House itself is comfortable enough after a long day out in the theme parks. It has a full kitchen but little condiment. Pots seemed unwashed with burnt marks sticky, we bought scrubbing sponges to clean them. Toiletry is bare that we bought our own. We didn't use the dishwasher for we didn't cook big meals. Washroom floor mats need cleaning and/or replacement. The toilet on 1st floor had problem with flushing mechanism and my husband fixed it. I would have washed the towels before departing if there laundry detergent is provided. This is a very safe gated neignborhood but a little thin in soundproofing. All in all, a nice stay.

This modest condo was perfect in many ways for an Orlando holiday...clean, quiet, comfortable and great value. Owners exceptionally considerate and responsive. Highly recommend you stay here.
