Enjoyed our stay at this renovated property. So nice to sit on the balcony and just look at the ocean. Great location and easy to walk to restaurants. Also easy to drive or get an Uber to restaurants a little further away. Highly recommend this place for a beach escape.

We come to Indian Rocks every year and have yet to find a condo we love until now! The hosts were amazing in their communication with me before and during our stay. The property itself was exactly as shown and the location was perfect! Close to everything we love as well as the little water park and grocery store! Just steps to the beach and pool and amazing views from the master and living room! I highly recommend picking this condo for your stay. You won’t be disappointed! We will continue to book this unit yearly!

Great view and access to the beach. Kitchen well equipped. The building was quiet and other renters were friendly. The small pool out front was good. Owner was responsive to a problem we had with the stove. However, the unit was dated and damp, as evidenced by a portable dehumidifier in the living area that needed to be emptied 3 times a day. The back bedroom especially had a strong mildew/mold/musty smell. Our guests who used that bedroom were not able to stay in the unit after 2 days of trying to sleep there, because of the odor. Very disappointed and not worth the price.

The view from the unit/balcony is gorgeous. We liked that this was a smaller complex which made it very easy to get to the beach/pool. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great location with loads of things within walking distance. Easy walk down to the beach and all chairs/towels/umbrellas included. Made it easy to just show up and enjoy the beach. We enjoyed to calm neighborhood but made the quick drive to Clearwater for a bit more excitement. Would come back to this place again.

Perfect location and proximity to the beach. Great views from the balcony, and the palm trees gave some welcome shade in the evenings but didn’t spoil the view.
The beach is fantastic, and having restrooms there by the pool is quite handy.
Lots of eateries a short walk away. Parking is below the unit so it’s always in the shade.
The unit itself is fine, but showing its age in places. Neighbors above are easy to hear walking or moving things around. Beach equipment (chairs) could use some freshening up.
Still a great location and nothing to keep us from having a great week on IRB.

Had a beautiful stay in IRB! Par and Uricka were wonderful hosts! A very comfortable condo with all that we needed plus sunsets and weather that were perfect!

We loved being right on the beach, watching the sunsets and listening to the surf at night. Walks on the beach, meals on the deck watching the waves and the people walk by. We even saw dolphins one morning. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Great location and perfect beach access. The only complaint is the need to update furniture, towels, bedding and bathrooms. Other than that we had a great time.

We loved this unit, it was very comfortable and located close to the action. Great restaurants across the street and the beach right outside the unit was fantastic. Awesome gulf view, too.

Par (our host) was very communicative and responsive. This unit is directly on the water. Unlike many other properties on the beach, there was an elevator which made moving in and out super easy with a lot of luggage.
We stayed for seven days and we had every amenity and accessory we could possibly need. would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable and felt like home away from home! Large patio with comfortable seating to enjoy the space overlooking the ocean and listen to the waves. So close to beach and pool .. it was easy to lug all the toys for the little human. Appliances and fixtures are nearing their end. We had to hand wash a lot from the dishwasher after it was ran. And other appliances look like they have been loved a lot. Overall we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Views of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful from the condo. It is centrally located between Clearwater and St Pete's with a number of nearby restaurants. The condo was equipped with ample beach chairs, umbrellas etc. It was a great place to relax for a week!

The condo and location were great. Plenty of room for our family. The beach was super clean and the water was amazing. The area around the condo was amazing. So many yummy restaurants in walking distance and the park was perfect for our two year old. It’s a quiet area but perfect for families.
The only complaints were that the floor was super dirty when we got there. My infants hands and legs turned black within just a few minutes of crawling around so i had to use the swifter mop right away. The next was that we couldn’t set the thermostat to the temperature we wanted. It was locked to not go below a certain temp. When contact the owner said if set below a certain number the unit would freeze up in Florida, but that has never been the case in any other condo we have stayed in in Florida so not sure what that was about.

We love the area and the location of this place. Walking distance to a bar, pizza place and fine dining. LOVE the view from the balcony. We love the fact that we were able to watch sunsets from our balcony. The place looks new on pictures but the place is probably more than 10 years old. Some of the AC vents did not feel open. We could only feel it in the dining room area. Did not like the fact that the AC is remotely controlled and it turned off at certain time of the day. It was very hot outside this time of the year and to come in to a place with 78 degree temp and wake up in the middle of the night with the AC off were not pleasing. Other than this, the hosts were very receptive to our needs. They even bought new blow dryers because the one in the unit broke. The place has everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. The beds were fine. We'd still give it a 4 star!

Nice Vacation Spot
This listing was exactly as described. The elevator made our stay much easier with my handicapped mother-in-law. It is close to restaurants, jet ski/boat rental, and all kinds of vacation things to do. There was plenty of room for my family and the baby bed and high chair were a great bonus. We had a fabulous time and didn't want to leave. The condo included all items plates, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, towels, hair dryer, and an iron. The only complaint I have is the floors need to be cleaned better as my 1 year old crawled across the floor and was filthy 2 minutes after arriving. We do plan on renting this unit again in the future though and definitely recommend to others.

Old but decent
This was our first time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Owners have done a good job of trying to work on the condo but the building itself is very old. Some light switches don’t seem to work and we had some issues with flickering lights and the dryer lint trap needs to be replaced. Other than that, the condo was decently clean. Kitchen was cosmetically updated though cabinets were old. Main bathroom shower was nice. It wasn’t the worst condo I’ve stayed in but it’s also not the nicest.

Great Week
Indian Rock is a great place if you want to stay out of the real hustle and bustle. Much more relaxed vs. Clearwater Beach. The narrative of this location is accurate. Beaches are great, many restaurant locations very close, including several in walking distance. This is a nice condo and is a solid value for the weekly rate.

This was our first time staying on the gulf side of Florida and this condo and location were great! The palm trees in front of the master bedroom look like they were staged perfectly to provide the most amazing tropical view (and some great shade in the afternoon!) The water was clear and calm and the beach uncrowded. We really enjoyed the condo pool and all of the restaurants within walking distance. The only slight "problem" was the lack of light in the bathrooms and second bedroom. They were very dark (had to do hair and makeup at the mirror in the dining area). But I highly recommend this condo!

Our family had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated condo. The housekeeping woman was running a touch behind when we arrived but completely understand that this happens at spring break time. The housekeeping woman was super kind and let our little kiddos use the potty when we arrived. We went shopping and by the time we got back the place was ready but not too much beyond 4. The beach chairs and umbrellas are in excellent shape and more than adequate for the beach. One bonus was the extra tide pods, dish soap and trash bags. The bath towels were good and there were a few beach towels too. The only items that could use some TLC were minor such as we couldn't figure out how to make the TV/cable work in the living area and the dryer vent could be changed. The elevator was also inoperable during a portion of the stay and a new luggage cart would be helpful. But, those are minor things. We had hoped to book next year but the condo was already booked. Maybe the following year.
