La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la chambre avant a deux lits jumeaux et la chambre arrière a un jumeau avec un lit gigogne. Tous les lits ont des oreillers, des couettes et des couvertures supplémentaires, mais les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Salon cheminée. Cuisine ouverte de l'avant vers l'arrière - salle familiale, avec curseur ouvrant sur une terrasse avec table, chaises et barbecue à gaz. Une salle de bain complète. Real nice property, centrally located on the cape.

A step back in time - and a good one!! Brought back fond memories as soon as we walked thru the door! Perfect location for a wedding at the Lighthouse Inn. Very quiet neighborhood and the house had enough room for a small post wedding gathering of family. Added some more great Cape memories! Marc was very gracious with an offer for early check-in and late checkout. A great visit!

We had a great week in this home. The convenience of the property is excellent. We walked to west Dennis beach almost every day. The property was very clean and the open kitchen/living room was a great space for my young kids to hang out.

The house is very comfortable and well appointed for a Cape vacation. Great location, so close the beach and town. Would definitely stay at the house again. Thank you for making my stay very nice.

This cottage was just what we were looking for - something that reminded me of my great-Aunt's when I was growing up. Including an outdoor shower! I enjoyed taking the kids (14, 12, 9) there to experience the cape. It is an older property, but that was apparent from the pictures. Everything was as stated in the description.
We didn't walk to the beach, but could have. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Loved staying here and hopefully we'll be back someday.

We had a wedding to attend in Brewster, this was very close and near other family members that have a home there. Marc was very responsive to everything we asked.

Marc is an incredibly welcoming host- quick response to questions and sharing of local information. The house was perfect and very clean! Well stocked with utensils, dishes, all cooking needs. Perfect amount of space and nice outdoor space as well. Quiet street with very easy access to a beautiful beach. Numerous streets to easily bike about to explore area.
We were able to bike easily to access CC Railtrail, explore mid-Cape area and take in a CC Baseball game!
I would definitely recommend staying here! Wonderful holiday!

We thank Marc for sharing his Home on Loring Avenue. The house had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We enjoyed gathering in the kitchen / living room space. We spent our days on West Dennis Beach, a place we love. It was a quick walk from the house to the beach , which we appreciated.

My family and I spend 5 nights at Marc's house in mid-June, and it was a wonderful experience. The house and yard were clean when we got there, and Marc had everything we needed to start cooking some great meals on the stove and the grill. There are two living room areas to hang out in and talk or just watch some TV, a good-sized kitchen, and plenty of room in the bedrooms. The yard was big enough to throw the ball around or play some games. The local area around the property is quiet and so close to the beach, it only took us 10 minutes to walk there. If you have a lot to carry and don’t want to pay for parking at the beach (we didn’t pay once), you can drive down and drop off your belongings in the drop off area, drive back to the house and park your car, and then walk back to the beach. It was so easy and such a great walk (15 minutes total including the driving and walking). The beach is beautiful and is about a 30 second walk from the parking lot to the water’s edge. We definitely enjoyed our visit!

Great location, house is a quick walk away from the beach. Also a perfect size for our party of 6. A little outdated but has all of the things you need. Marc was an excellent host and communicated well.

We enjoyed our visit. Bedroom with trundle bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult. Other than bed everything was as listed.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Marc’s cottage. The cottage is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. It is in a perfect location 10 minutes walk from West Dennis beach which is one of the best beaches in Cape Cod.
It also have all the great amenities: internet, cable, 3 tv, grill, outdoor huge shower.
We felt like home and we will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

We had a great time hot water was alittle to hot but other then that everything was very nice. There are board games to play and a very well stocked kitchen with plates and utensls
