Une nouvelle table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes, de nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat 48 pouces avec lecteur DVD (que vous pouvez regarder depuis votre canapé ou vous détendre dans votre lit), une chaîne stéréo, un câble, tous les nouveaux appareils de plomberie, y compris robinets et chauffe-eau, carrelage de 18 po x 18 po et nouvelle salle de bains spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne avec siège de douche. La propriété a également de nouvelles fenêtres teintées qui vous permettent de profiter de plus d'intimité et de vues à couper le souffle. La véranda extérieure a des meubles confortables pour prendre votre café du matin et profiter des couchers de soleil. L'unité a le wifi gratuit, pas besoin d'aller dans le hall. Love this location and I love seeing the progress since the hurricane! Super clean and comfortable condo. The balcony was amazing!

Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!

We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!

Great Escape
We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!

Over all great vacation
Need to get king size pillows. Plastic cups for beach would be nice and a fan for the bedroom. Those are just tiny thing that would be helpful for the next guests.

Overall, good. I never received the pin code for the door by pool to enter. I had to go to pool and ask patrons and it was awkward. The kitchen can use more lighting, the utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, etc not washed properly by last tenants. We had to re-wash before use. The sheet in bed had yellow stains. The bed was very comfortable! Neighbor was smoking, not cigarettes, the other stuff. We did enjoy our stay.

Good trip good accommodations good weather
Was ok. Have a condo we usually stay at but was booked. Was surface clean but needs a deep clean. Sand all over the floor before we even went to the beach. Vents and plugs behind tables dirty. Need new bed pillows. They were yellow. Thought this would be a good lower cost alternative but with vrbo add ons it was not.

The place is very small but we knew that and that was ok it was only 2 of us. My complaint is mainly the old couch and cushions outside. They really need updated. The new appliances were great. I cooked breakfast every morning and had everything I needed. The other thing is the bed pillows were below average. Flat and just not good. For a place that you pay good money for they need to go out and invest in some nice fluffy pillows for the guests. Overall it’s a cute little place with potential to be 5 stars. Views are a 5 for sure

The staff at the rental agency was helpful. When the hair dryer didn't work they delivered another one. However, there was construction going on in the condo above us, drilling and jack hammering and the condo trustees said it was allowed between 8 and 5. It went on for a day and 1/2 and for one of those days it was raining so we were in the condo.

Well... The cold set in here in Nashville and we packed up for ten days to head for a warmer locale. Initially it seemed like we had to beg for the agency to get back in touch with us, but after 3 messages and no return calls we finally cornered someone and booked our stay. Already being packed, we left the next day! When we arrived the condo was everything the ad stTed and more. Great view! Clean! A 52 inch flat screen we only turned on one of ten nights to watch a few Christmas movies. My girlfriend was slightly annoyed because she had to study for finals while there and the construction going on downstairs was a little annoying, but nonetheless she maintained her 3.9 GPA and we enjoyed 10 perfect sunsets from out balcony.

I am sure Tripower’s would have remedied the situation if I went to their office. We loved the short walk to the beach and heated pool. Also, it is nice to have restaurants, shops, and drugstore right across the street. Grocery store near by. We were here during the very busy February month and traffic can be a nightmare if you travel north. However, everything is within walking distance or make sure you head south. I will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.

Paradise by the Beach
This condo is updated and just as pictured - clean, comfortable (including the king size bed), and the views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony were nothing short of paradise! We loved the quick beach access - just down the elevator and you are on the beach in 60 seconds. We loved our morning and evening beach strolls, and the fact that this is the quieter, less crowded end of Ft. Myers Beach. Santini Plaza is across the street with many restaurants and shopping to enjoy (even a medical clinic if you need it), and CVS, 7-Eleven, and our favorite restaurant, Pincher's on the beach are just a few minute walk from the condo. You can also catch the LeeTran Trolly in front of Santini Plaza to explore the rest of the island. Lover's Key State Park is one of our favorite uncrowded beach parks to visit and is only a few minutes south by car or trolly. Fishtail Marina is across the street as well, offering boating excursions such as dolphin cruises.
The location of this condo is ideal. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience. Highly recommended.

The condo has a great view of the beautiful sunsets. The interior of the condo did leave a little to be desired. The condo was very small and could really use some updated decor. It was clean and had most of the basic items. The bed was quite hard, but overall it is sufficient.

the studio was fine - this was our 5th year in the same unit. it is clean and modern with nice features. it looks directly onto the gulf which is quite nice. the tennis signup is a mess. in 3 weeks we only got to play once and that was thanks to someone who let us use the court for which they had signed up. the same people signup every morning and there is no way for a newcomer to break in. this needs to be fixed. ebtc is close to shopping and restaurants, church, etc. it is very nicely situated away from the very crowded north end of the island.

Best vacation ever!
We have been returning to this condo for 3 years now and have noticed the upgrades from year to year. Internet in the condo is fast and convenient since we do not have to go to the lobby anymore. The bathroom now has a walk-in shower, so easy to get in and out. The sunsets are breathtaking every evening, couldn't ask for more with this Gulf view condo. Access to restaurants and CVS is right across the street, Publix is a few minutes away by car. The property manager is always helpful with requests. Clean and well-equipped, we will keep coming back.

Overall, the unit and location were excellent. We enjoyed the privacy and beauty of the beach. Minor concerns were the lack of toilet paper upon arrival and no beach towels in the unit. We had to purchase beach towels and leave them there due to lack of luggage space. The plastic mattress and pillow covers made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. A more comfortable waterproof mattress pad would have greatly improved the experience for me. Aside from those few issues, the unit is very clean and nicely appointed, the sofa was extremely comfortable, the location was wonderful, and the views were fantastic! We will definitely be back!!
