Все понравилось, нареканий никаких нет. Номер чистый, светлый, теплый. В номере есть все необходимое: фен, стаканы, тапочки, гигиенические принадлежности, включая зубную щётку и зубную пасту. Номер точно соответствует описанию и фотографиям на букинг.
Заселение прошло быстро. Хозяин Баграт даже уже собирался звонить, так как беспокоился, сможем ли мы добраться - это очень приятно! Вообще персонал очень сердечный и приветливый, чувствуешь, будто приехал к друзьям и тебе действительно рады.
Расчёт наличными.
Завтраки обильные и вкусные. Могут быть несколько необычными для тех, кто привык к континентальным завтракам. Всегда на завтрак творог, вкуснейший хлеб, джем / варенье, сыр, масло + горячее. За время нашего пребывания на горячее были спагетти, котлеты, фаршированные блинчики, пельмени, омлет, вареные яйца.
Расположение гостиницы очень удачное. Это не самый центр, но до площади республики не более 10 мин.пешком. Рядом рынок ГУМ и Вернисаж. Через дорогу круглосуточный супермаркет САС с круглосуточным обменником. Чуть подальше - супермаркет Carrefour. Район хорошо освещен.
Единственный минус, который тонет в океане плюсов, - отсутствие кофемашины, кофе за завтраком только растворимый.

Near to the city center-10 mins walk, the hotel is just 1 min away to saint gregory cathedral. The staffs of the hotel-they are unconditional kind.. highly recommended.

The service in Tatev Hotel and Tours was outstanding. Owner of the place did much to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Good location easy walking distance to City centre. Great home made breakfast. Internet good enough. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Hotel Tatev is a perfect place to stay in Yerevan. The room was good, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied (I stayed for five days). Mr. Bagrat has always been very nice, friendly, and helpful. On my next stay, I will definitely stay in this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

The location was not far from center
This night was like nightmare as the hotel just canceled our reservation by setting “no show” status before we could reach to the hotel in a few minutes. Even worst: It was raining and in this cold night we reserved the hotel for one day but just a few minutes after reservation when we were at hotel, the entrance door was closed, nobody answered the phone call and we were unable to enter inside, and we had to find another hotel nearby which was more expensive and we walked long on this raining midnight.
Then, in the morning I wrote about this issue hotel but received unbelievable rude reply from the owner.
So, I just suggest guests to think longer before reserving this hotel as they also can face to our terrible experience.

Hotel manager Bagrat was a great host always there to check if everything is ok or am I in need of something. Everything else was excellent: home made breakfast, wi-fi, cleanness, room ...

It was really very clean, Wi-Fi speed was good, and it had a good location. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and hardworking and gave us a good breakfast.

Breakfast is fabulous and very hygienic, we hope everything prepared & served from owner's house which is next to the hotel. So we all feel like we came as guest to some Armenian's house. Moreover as a single person the owner does many things alone at his age from reception to cooking to cleaning to room attender & etc, it really surprising and motivating to all of us !
Everything well organized but he could keep proper signage outside entrance to identify the facility easily.

The manager was the jewel of this Hotel. He really worries about how you are. Breakfast includes some Armenian delights, which was amazing to discover. The Hotel is quite central and since I arrived very early they let me do an early check in which was amazing taking into account how tired I was. Rooms have TV and a good Wifi connection.
Only thing was that since I arrived at 7am and by walk with no wifi it was a little difficult to find it. The Hotel has a neon sign above the door, so if you look for it you already know (:

Very quiet hotel with big, clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is close to the Zoravar Andranik metro station, so the city center is easily accessible in short time by local transport.

Room is clean，WiFi is Good , we could go to public square by walking around 20 to 25 minutes. There is super market beside it. There is a big church nearby.
The swimming pool is small for child . Breakfast is very simple, we live there 3 nights,they didn't clean until our last night, and just take the rubbish out… The owner of this homestay are around 55-60 years old, they couldn't speak English at all, we have hard time there to communicate with the house owner by mobile translator. they don't provide comb, while I asked comb and asked favor if he could help us print our e-ticket by his print machine at 6: 33am, the owner was extremely in bad attitude, he was shouting why I message him at 6: 33 so early time…even in the end I got comb and e ticket, I feel very upset about his behavior, even if you asked other information, such as where could we rent car,he will just tell you "no, I don't know where ",never try to help, …I don't recommend the people who can't speak Armenian language to live here, And if next time I will visit here, 100% I will book luxury hotel,not homestay. Cause at least hotel staff speak English well and they will never be in bad attitude to guests and provide 24 hours service.

Tatev Hotel was my third hotel during my kinda long stay in Yerevan. I had issues in the first two accommodations and I am glad I found this place. I stayed there until I finally flew back home. I highly recommend Tatev hotel. The location, rooms, facilities, staff and food are simply excellent. In just a few minutes walk are restaurants/ cafes, a big supermarket, currency exchange, fruit and vegetable shops, home store, a park, mall, church, kids play area - all that you need. The rooms are very clean. I had the small room at first, then the bigger one and both are comfortable. The staff is accomodating, friendly and really cares for their guests. Breakfast is delicious, home-cooked food and always served with good mood. What is there to complain about? Nothing. It is not just a hotel, for me it is like a home in Yerevan.

Nice staff. Big room. Good air con. Good breakfast. The outside noise was blocked good, so you can have a good night of sleep. Would recommend. I arrived at 3 in the morning and it was no problem with the check-in, very nice!!
Rice for breakfast. Could use some more decor , but that´s my personal preference.

The breakfast was fantastic! Full of local delicious ffods and drinks! The hotel keepers were fantastic and very polite! A frinedship atmosphere.
There is no elevator in the hotel, and sometimes we needed it. But it is not possible to built it, since the architecture of the house prevent such interventions.

There are four beds, bedside tables, a refrigerator, a table, chairs and private bathroom. Kitchen is a shared facility! Staff was very nice! Location is very good - city center and park area nearby.
