Well equipped apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. Parking in the garage is nice. The pools were good and clean, though probably not heated, so a bit on the colder side. The whole neighborhood is very quiet. Several restaurants and supermarkets in a walking distance.
The location is in the middle of several large blocks of similar new apartment buildings so the place lacks a bit of character and the apartments are all packed closely together, so the view from the terrace is into another apartment's terraces few meters away.

Everything was great. Apartment was spacious, clean and had all equipment for longer holiday. We felt like at home. On big terrace we enjoyed morning coffee with view at palms and parrots. Pools was great for refreshing times between excursions and beaches. Near by there are two supermarkets and one of the best pizzeria.
We don't have negative impressions.

The property is very welcoming. We enjoyed our evenings on the terrace. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very nice and comfortable for us. The apartment is fully equiped with everything needed.
We really loved our stay at the apartment and if we’d come back to Tenerife this would definetly be our first choice.

Very nice and spacious apartment. It's super clean and well equipped. The big terrace is a huge plus.
Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and we were not able to use any other common facilities of the compound.

The apartment - clean, clearly recently updated, well furnished, well stocked kitchen to allow us to cook when we wished, air con in the front room was great for the hot summer days. Perfect location for the company we were diving with and close enough to the town to walk with regular bus links across the road.
Good communication from the owner, in a quiet area which is just what we wanted. We would use this again without hesitation should we visit again.

Note that you may need to use a little google translate to correspond with the person who provides the keys. Not really a problem for either of us as we muddled through!
