Property was clean and well-maintained. We loved the location! Shuffle board was a hit, and a great way to wind down after snowmobiling all day. The fireplace and Bluetooth speaker were such a nice added bonus. Everything was exactly as we expected, which was reassuring. (The only thing that would take this location to the next level would be a hot tub off the dining area balcony!) We are already looking forward to our return trip!

The property was very clean and organized. The owners were very responsive. I read another review that expressed that there are some aesthetic issues - I agree. Some remediation of remodeling efforts would be helpful. Although it doesn’t have those dreamy mountain views from a more elevated property, it was very comfortable, safe, roomy and very clean and so we felt blessed. The owners were very easy to work with and we had a great vacation.

Our trip was perfect, this property is in a wonderful location and also walking distance to town! Kitchen had everything needed to cook any meal. Will definitely book this property again in the future!

Nice place. Spacious living area, bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Good communication from host. Ver close to downtown makes coming and going very easy. Also close to East Inlet trail.

Was a great place to stay in a beautiful setting. So much to do in the area we actually weren't there much so I wish we had more time. Seating arrangement was great plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 adults. The primary bedroom and ensuite is on first floor so easy to have some time together and alone time if desired. Host had great communication. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean, organized, and the host gave us the info we needed. The board games and roku tv gave our young children plenty to do. We will look to make a trip back to Grand Lake soon and will look at staying in this beautiful home again! Josh and family

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The best part about the house is that it’s conveniently located right near town and the lake. It’s close enough to walk back and forth which we did often. The house itself is nice and pretty clean but there were little aesthetic things throughout the house that could be fixed/replaced based—bits of baseboard missing, drywall damage, laundry basket falling apart, some things in the house just seem a bit old. For a cheaper rate I would expect these types of things, but for the price we paid it seems like some of these things could have been better maintained. Again, it didn’t affect our time in Grand Lake, we had a lovely stay.

The pictures of the house were deceiving. The house was very dirty and run down. Very poor workmanship. Grand Lake itself was lovely. We would not rent this property again.

I am so sadden to write this review. Smh.. Seemed like a great place to take the family and babies on a get away trip. Paid almost a thousand dollars for a 2 night stay. In which included a $120 cleaning fee which we thought was fair. We had cleaned all dishes, turned down thermostat, and locked doors when departing. We did not take out the trashes in the bathrooms in so where charged an additional $40. I guess $120 isn't enough for these greedy people. Please everyone be warned do NOT bring infants with. After charging us they said we "should of put diapers in a closed trash can" if this is your policy you should put it down in the house rules along with a CLOSED LID trash can in all bathrooms. Just absolutely pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE. As they do not respect them when they unfortunately have to where diapers. Otherwise it would of been a great stay but they ruined it with this! Such greedy people! Do not support them please!

This was our second stay at this property. This house has everything you need for your getaway in beautiful Grand Lake. The owners are fantastic and you can walk to downtown Grand Lake as well easily from this house.

This was the perfect house for my brothers and our friends to stay over our spring break trip. The short 25-30 minute drive to ski at Granby Ranch was perfect for our crew! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to ski!!

My wife and I are local florists in the Denver metro area and were blessed with a very busy wedding season. We were in need of some "Mountain Therapy". Our host's cabin provided just what we needed. Our time there was to short!

There is an awesome Adams fall hike we did just a mile from the residence. It is part of Rocky Mountain National Park. There is another entrance to the park on 34 which is maybe five miles down the road. Public access to Grand Lake, shops and restaurants are all within 3-4 minutes of a drive from the residence. Last, the hot sulphur springs 30 minutes away.

We loved the location! Two young moose were even in hanging around the street during our stay. The home was close enough to walk to the main street of shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. It’s only a 5 minute drive into the park.
