Sugar Reef est un duplex et les deux unités peuvent être louées pour un groupe plus important. Voir liste # 684978 pour le RÉCIF SUCRÉ "B". Chaque unité peut accueillir 4 personnes. Avec des plafonds voûtés, un plan d'étage ouvert et une décoration fraîche, cette maison a une ambiance relaxante et "plage". Vous apprécierez la commodité de marcher à seulement deux pâtés de maisons pour accéder directement au golfe du Mexique! Vous aurez également un accès rapide à la baie, au parc riverain, au lancement de kayak et à l'aire de jeux pour enfants. Cette maison est super propre, dispose d'un porche grillagé, d'un barbecue, de chaises de plage et d'un parking couvert ombragé! EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT!

The condo was just perfect for us! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and easy access with a nice array of beach amenities. Would definitely rent again!!

My Wife and I Spent 5 Nights In This Wonderful Rental. 1st Off This Is The Cleanest Place That I've Stayed In. Everything From The Bathroom,Bedrooms,even down to the Coffee Pot Was Spotless. The Water Pressure Was Amazin... My Wife Is Always Complaining How Most Places We Go The Shower Usual Doesn't Have The Pressure To Get Her Hair Clean But Not This Place...It Has Everything You Need For A Day At The Beach And Its Only A Short 2-3 Min Walk.I Would Definitely Stay In This Unit Again And Would Recommend It To Anyone Going To This Part Of Florida. I Personally Want To Thank The Owners And Host For A Great Stay.. I'm Already Planning Another Trip....

This property has everything you could possibly need for your stay including to take to the beach. Everything is very clean and welcoming. Location is literally steps away from beach and trolley stop. Communication with Laura was always helpful and quick to respond. Overall a 5 star stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on this vacation! The house itself is quality built and nicely updated. The living room furniture was very comfortable, as well as the bedroom and outdoor furniture. The layout of the house was great for vacationing with a young child. With the kitchen open to the living room you can easily keep an eye on kids while cooking. Also, the bathroom is close to the bedroom, so nighttime trips to potty for kids are easy.
No need to rent anything other than a cooler (or buy a cheap one) for the beach too!! Plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, inflatables, toys, towels…everything!
The owner, Laura, was so friendly and quick to respond when communicating prior to the trip and while we were there! Such a great experience! My daughter said to tell her that we would be back soon!

Love love love this property! Everything you need for a day at the beach or a rainy day in the house or outside porch! I love the fact that there are "extras" for everything; from spices and red solo cups / coffee filters (we brought our own coffee and filters so contributed). The shed under the house has beach chairs for 8, along with noodles, floating tubes and a hard cooler. The shower pressure was incredible! Short drive or 15 minute walk to Bridge Street for entertainment and meals / drinks. We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved this property! It was cute, clean, and well-equipped! We had everything we needed including beach chairs, a floatie, and a beach umbrella! The beach was just steps away and that particular beach almost seemed private! It was crystal blue water and even had dolphins playing just off-shore!
The kitchen had everything we needed! We loved using the grill located downstairs. The water pressure was spectacular! They even had after-sun lotion in the bathroom! The beds were also VERY comfortable!
The owner was super responsive by email before the trip when we had questions about the recent hurricane in the area. We got a super welcoming and very informative email before our visit making check-in seamless! The property was very easy to find. And we loved being on this part of Anna Maria Island! There is even a park for kids just around the corner!
Everything about this trip was relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you for a fabulous stay and we cannot wait to come back soon!

Excellent property without a doubt. Owner and property manager was very kind and had excellent communication. Property was as described and very clean. If I had to give any recommendations it would be to reduce the water pressure in the shower. It was a little on the high side. No negatives at all.

We stayed in both units and we loved it. It is in a quiet street just a block from the most beautiful beach. The unit is very clean and has all you need.

Had a wonderful stay. Laura was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean, well stocked with essentials and just 2 min from the beach or the local playground on the bay. We would definitely stay there again! For anyone who likes to hear the cons, I would say they are no pool, and small mosquitos around the driveway area. That's it. I recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean, outdoor screened sitting area, cover garage, chairs and beach stuff. We really enjoyed our week here. Easy walk to beach or bayside. Beach was never crowded in this location.

Good Location
My family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The place is clean with lovely furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. The beach is a 3-4 minute walk. On the other side is the bay which is also a short walk, great for seeing the beautiful sunrises. The unit has a large storage room at the end of the driveway full of beach accessories and was great for us to store our bikes. A wonderful place and we hope to return!
