Steve was a great host who was very communicative and accommodating. Their space is AMAZING with plenty of room to sleep, close proximity to downtown Breck and a great fire place and hot tub. We are so grateful for Steve and his space and will be back for sure!

Steve is very friendly , fast on answering all questions, great guy, cabin is awesome, very clean, we even had complementare goodies. Me , my family and friends we definitely be back for more fun. Don't listen to any negative comments about parking, we fit one big Ram truck and a Ford Excursion Long body, of course you need to be creative. Thank you Steve for an amazing stay !!

Everything was fantastic! Definitely recommend for any type of trip to Breck!

We did enjoy our stay at this cabin, but we did have some issues that had previously been mentioned by another review in March of last year. The views are great from the cabin and it has lots of room!! However, the driveway is a shared driveway and is very steep and has lots of holes, we had 4WD on both vehicles and still had issues with the drive. You don't have much space to maneuver as the neighbors have their cars parked at the top as well and the driveway doesn't get cleaned of snow. The rug and couch on the middle level had dog hair all over them. The breakers in the downstairs area kept tripping every time you plugged something in. The light switches were hard to figure out what turned-on what and the temp control took some time figuring out how to get everything heated and not to hot or cold. Overall the place was very clean except for that rug and couch.

Myself and 9 guests stayed here for four days over new years and we could not have been happier with our stay! The check-in process was super easy and the space was very clean and welcoming. There are two great areas for socializing as a group and many sleeping options which kept everybody comfortable and well rested. There are two tv areas with cable and the WiFi was super fast and easy to connect to. The kitchen has all of the supply's and appliances you'd ever need and there is also a grill outside available to use. Best of all the private hot tub was amazing to utilize after a long day on the slopes. I would highly recommend this property for any stay in the Breckenridge area.

We were very impressed with the home. It was spacious and easily met the needs of our whole family. The hot tub was great and the close vicinity to the shuttle was also great.

Absolutely unbelievable view, Nice layout, clean with comfortable beds. Elevation took a little time to get used to, especially at night when sleeping… house sits at around 10.6K feet elevation. Nice distance from Main Street, with a shuttle running every 30. Didn’t utilize the bus service, but there were plenty who did. Easy to get to the north and south sides of town using the back roads. Took a little time to get the heat set property, ran a little warm in the beginning, got that figured out. I’d like to say everything went perfect, and I wouldn’t expect that it would, stuff happens, but there were a few noteworthy issues I should mention. First was the initial booking… was told I would get a 10% discount from the owner. He tried to make the changes on the web site, didn’t happen, ended up making the reservation, tried to work it out with Home Away, even provided the email/text conversation between myself and the owner regarding the discount, never resolved. I rented an SUV for the trip, needed every bit of it to get up the driveway. Snow packed… was told that the next door neighbor took care of clearing. If I didn’t have an SUV I would have had to park down the road. If the other houses in the area were dealing with the same conditions, I would have been a little more understanding of the conditions, but all of their driveways were cleared. So I’m thinking there could have been a little better effort in clearing it. Second issue was the gas oven… stopped working on the 3rd day. Breaker kept tripping. Was told it was a known issue and just to keep resetting the breaker. Not the right answer… fire hazard. Relayed to the owner that it seemed, it was just a worn breaker that needed to be replaced. Used the grill and toaster oven. Improvise Adapt overcome… 3Rd issue was the next door neighbor… had some guys start clearing his back deck one evening… went on for some time, and then they hit the hot tub… music was blasting, they were having a great time… about 1145 PM, I asked them if they could turn down the music, it was late, were had a long day on the slopes and wanted to get some sleep. Sound went down for one song, then back up again till around 1:30 AM. After they departed the music was still on till around 3AM. Mystery it was turned off then. Called the owner, he addressed it with our neighbor. Had a few more issues... ran out of room here. can send entire write up if interested.

This place was perfect for a ski weekend away with friends. We had 9 adults who all fit comfortably. Thanks for the great stay, Steve!
