Wonderful layout; well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds - really appreciated that both bedrooms had king size beds. The balcony was awesome to sit and watch the whales! Comparable to our favorite 5-star property in Panama City Beach FL in Tidewater (2714). Can't say enough good about the wonderful condo!

Condo right on the beach with a beautiful view, very clean, the fireplace was a plus. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the promenade was so fun to walk on, we walked to the shopping and restaurants. The office staff was excellent and helped with any issue we had.

The location, view and cleanliness were great! The issues we had that kept it from 5 Stars were the bed and blinds in the master bedroom. The left side of the bed was so far sunked in, it was impossible to sleep on it. The right side was fine, but was very loud if you moved at all. I ended up sleeping on the couch the last night so my wife could get some sleep. The bedroom window faces the outside hallway, and the blinds did little to give any kind of privacy. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again with the noted improvements.

We are a group of 3 friends who plan an annual getaway. This was a perfect place for our trip! The ocean view was beautiful and we loved being in the first floor. Being so close to downtown seaside was a big bonus too! The apartments one. had everything we needed for a fun stay. We cooked some and ate out

We booked 6mo in advance and requested early arrival; however, after 10hrs travel time. Early arrival was not available?
I would think you should address this and make early arrival times available as an option.

Close to Seaside entertainment district, shops, hiking, Astoria. Spacious rental with great covered deck. Would have liked blackout curtains in bedrooms as they are right by an outdoor light source. Was also a little uneasy about the door to outside in the master bedroom

The heat went out on the second day and there was no remediation from the property manager and no communication from Vacasa at all. We had to leave early and requested a refund but have not gotten any response.

Home was clean when we arrived and it is so close to the Prom and everything there is to do in Seaside! Check in was fast, easy and convenient. Pool is bigger than we expected.

Overall the place was perfect location and view is unbeatable. Couple of things I would change and I thought someone commented on previous reviews. The bed without bathroom needs to be thrown out. I sank so far in the bed it wasn't funny. Very uncomfortable sleep on that bed. It rattle and makes noise with the slightest movement where I thought it might break. Shower in main bedroom there are no instructions on how to get the shower to work because there wasn't a pull plug to invoke shower. By the second day I was determine to figure it out which I did. Its too complex to explain here but that information should be in home folder with picture showing how it operates. Also no instructions on how to operate fireplace. It came on by itself and went off by itself when we turned on heater. Lastly a little paint would go a long way to take place to next level because there are a lot of chip paint marks throughout hallway that is very noticeable that has a not so appealing look.

Unit was clean, view was spectacular and it's quiet at night. The tub shower in the master bedroom isn't usable as a shower. One of the blinds in the living room is broken and inoperable. Since the unit is on the ground floor there's no privacy at night. Anyone on the boardwalk can see right in. The electrical outlet in the floor isn't flush with the floor. It appears to need replacing.

Beautiful view, with a nice patio. I just wish we could have gotten onto the grass from there. Comfortable beds. I didn't like getting so many emails asking me to "finish my reservation" once I had made the reservation and now multiple emails about rating. It gets annoying, get all the info you need with the reservation and then a reminder is plenty

Shade is fixed.
It is several feet from the prom/boardwalk. Several people noted that they felt they were in a fish bowl and too close to people on the prom. We did not feel that way at all. We loved greeting others and people watching.
The mar in the mirror could be fixed but I would not let that determine whether I stayed here or not.
The rooms were clean and large. I find it funny that people comment on what’s under the bed. Especially since it is dog friendly and kid friendly. Note: it was spotless under the bed… I looked which I have never done before.
It was a wonderful, peaceful beautiful stay. The sunsets are spectacular! Walking on the prom and beach daily was a gift. Walking distance to downtown.

Great views quiet some construction going on but not actively just blocked areas broken window blind in dining room and mattresses are uncomfortable with the springs. Elevator is a real plus even on the first floor and use of the luggage carts. Location is really good.

The only drawbacks would be the following, but compared to other units for rent these are pretty minimal. There is a large shade which has not operated for last year or this year and the unit topped over 78 degrees inside during late afternoon. I am in the shade business and could get that replaced in 6 weeks, so I don't know why it has been a whole year even with a supply chain issue. Second, the bar stools are actually crooked and sit sideways. Third, there is a lack of electrical outlets on the north side of the unit, so charging phones and devices became competitive. The furniture and suite look beautiful and are very comfortable, and the view just can't be beat.

We stayed here in early June for a family getaway. It was sunny the day we arrived. Walking into the condo I my eyes immediately captured the stunning view of the sunlight pouring through the windows, the green grass, blue sky and beautiful rolling waves. This was it. The perfect place to relax!
The condo was clean. The carpet looked new. My ocd couldn’t help to see streaks in the mirror above the fireplace but I got over it. 😊 Some have mentioned the imperfection in the top corner of the mirrored wall. Didn’t bother me at all. The only complaint I do have is the shade you couldn’t close because it’s rolled up and duct taped.
Our Great Dane and Great Pyrenees had a blast and had plenty of stretching room. I appreciated the owners being doggy friendly. They’re family too! It was no big deal at all to take them out. There was even a dog bowl for them!
The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, cookware, tea and coffee pot, everything you need. Just bring any and all food items with you including condiments. Salt, pepper and I think some spices were there.
There were plenty of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfy! The kids brought their Xbox for rainy days and had no problem setting that up.
The little bit of construction during the day didn’t bother us at all.
Sitting on the patio, sipping cocktails, and watching the sunset was great. The people walking in the promenade didn’t bother us at all. In fact our 2 giant dogs took the focus off us!
Thank you for being so thoughtful and making our stay as comfortable as it could be. The other folks that complained about every little flaw obviously have never stayed in a beachfront property on the East Coast! There’s no comparison!

The view and location are great, the condo it’s self is poorly maintained and neglected. It’s obvious that the owner strictly sees this as an income property and is trying to squeeze every penny out of it. Dilapidated furnishings, very cheap and mismatched items in the kitchen, the worst mattress we’ve ever slept on (VERY noisy and uncomfortable) and blinds that are duck taped open. There were reviews that were several months old that noted these issues, we had thought they would have been addressed since the busy season was starting but they were all still not addressed. In addition there is no AC. That is livable if the blinds worked for the full sun exposure with the wall to wall windows.
I’d be ashamed if I owned this unit given the obvious neglect.
