Cottage de 2 étages, construit en 2014, pouvant accueillir 13 personnes, (hébergements récemment agrandis au niveau inférieur) lits queen-size dans les 4 chambres (lits disponibles), canapés-lits dans la tanière et niveau inférieur Tavern Room, buanderie, grande salle à manger- dans la cuisine, grande chambre confortable avec wifi, grande télévision au premier et au niveau inférieur, centre de divertissement, avec vue sur la fenêtre donnant sur le pittoresque Fishing Creek. Belle véranda avec terrasse arrière enveloppante et véranda grillagée attenante hors de la salle à manger. Foyer extérieur donnant sur le ruisseau. De nombreux sentiers sont à proximité pour la randonnée, le vélo, l'exploration et la randonnée. Une grange et un enclos sont situés à quelques centaines de pieds du chalet, si les clients souhaitent amener leurs chevaux. La grange a 3 stalles et beaucoup d'espace pour la participation.

We love this Creekside Cottage!! It is so peaceful with the creek and has plenty of space for our extended family. Carol is wonderful to coordinate with and we have a fantastic time every time we stay!!

Booked hime for a chrostmas weekend with family. House was very clean and cozy. The parlor room was kids favorite. Nice secluded area with Amish/Lancaster attractions close by. Would definitely consider staying again.

My wife, my sister and her husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Creekside Cottage. The fall foliage was peaking during our stay, and the location of the house was beautiful. Sitting on the back porch in the morning sipping coffee while listening to the creek flowing over the rocks below was a great way to start the day. The house being in Amish and Pennsylvania Dutch country offered opportunity for numerous day trips around the area, which included a visit to Conowingo Dam for eagle photography, attractions around Lancaster and to Valley Forge. I'm an avid landscape and wildlife photographer, and Carol, the property manager, graciously provided me with a list of photography venues to visit, and I took over a thousand images that I'm now reviewing for post processing. This property is a great place for friends and family to get together and enjoy some food, fun and fellowship.

This house was perfect for our sibling reunion. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, s’mores in the fit pit, dinner with an Amish family and touring Lancaster. Carol, the manager of this property, is a delight and so easy to work with.

Our family including grandkids, thoroughly enjoyed this quiet countryside house. The accommodations were perfect for our party of 10. The grandchildren loved the outdoors, feeding the horses, and the spaciousness of the house. Carol, the property manager saw to our every need. The house was beautiful with fall decorations. We enjoyed the new fire pit and look forward to our next trip to the Lancaster area.

Our family stayed here during my brothers wedding weekend at Drumore Mill and it could not have been more perfect - lots of space, everything in the kitchen that you could need, comfortable beds, and TVs and speakers in nearly every room. Loved the seclusion and the space - would highly recommend a stay here for a large family or a group getting away.

Creekside Cottage and Carol (property manager) are very welcoming! This was the perfect choice for our family for a wedding weekend. Safe place to enjoy an early morning walk and an outdoor read as well as plenty of space for us to prep for the wedding. We would like to return in the future 😁

My family has stayed at this cottage several times and plan to return again. The house is very comfortable and has something for everyone, from the little ones wanting to feed the horses and explore the woods, to the older ones wanting to sit and relax on the deck or porch or by the fire pit. Carol is great to work with!

This location was just what we were looking for. It was quiet, secluded yet, convenient to many things to do or need. The amenities were above and beyond at the property. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for fun and rest!!

We stayed at this cottage with our friends. We were total of 12 people including kids. Cottage has enough space to accommodate 12-14 people. Carol met us when we got there and gave us tour of the cottage. She took time to go over every detail and made sure all questions were answered. She even provided apple to feed the horses down the road. It was a great experience for our kids. We enjoyed spending our time in this beautiful house and also the town was great to explore. We visited the Amish village which was so insightful. We also visited sight and sound show which is not too far from this cottage. We spent one night at the firepit to make smores and enjoyed time together with our friends. Carol was very flexible with check-in/out times which made our stay even better. Thank you so much for wonderful memories.

We had 3 generations celebrating a 50th anniversary. The kids were delighted to feed the horses and explore the creek. The adults enjoyed the quiet and beautiful setting. We did some hiking, visited a nearby winery and Pinnacle overlook and got to return to a cozy and comfortable home that had everything we could ask for. We definitely plan to return.

Our family of 6 adults, 2 teens and 1 infant..were all completely comfortable and enjoyed a long weekend for a nearby family wedding. We enjoyed the front porch, ladder ball, the gas fire place w coffee in the morning, the enclosed porch was a great gathering area, the fire pit made our night! Laughter, s’mores and fun! All was as in the pics, decorated quaintly and well equipped. Carol met us upon arrival at explained everything, making for an easy stay! Would recommend for relaxing beautiful stay.

We stayed at the cottage a few years ago. It was so nice then, we decided we would go there again. It again lived up to our expectations!
The house is spacious, clean and well stocked!
Feeding the horses with the apples left by Carol is always a fun way to start the day. There’s plenty to do around the area. The location is perfect!! Listening to the creek in the backyard In the morning is so relaxing!
Carol is always attentive should you have any needs or concerns. She’s the perfect host!!
We really have no complaints and highly recommend staying there!

My immediate and extended family stayed at Creekside Cottage over a long January weekend and loved it. Our group included four able-bodied adults, two older adults, two active kids under 10, and one crawling baby; the house accommodated all of us with ease — there is a master bedroom with attached bath on the first floor, for those who are avoiding stairs; three other private bedrooms; and there is even a Pack n Play available to use (just ask!). The kitchen is well-equipped and there were multiple indoor common spaces (especially helpful for the kids to play in during rainy days). Outdoors, the house is secluded from other properties, and very quiet. One family member from the west coast loved the occasional sight of Amish buggies driving past the house.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creekside Cottage. Thank you to Carol for being a wonderful host. We hope to stay again!

We have rented many houses over the years, and I believe this is the first time I can say it was even better than it appeared on the listing. An absolutely beautiful location, impeccably clean & spacious home, while still being homey & cozy. We were so thrilled to see all the beautiful, whimsical Christmas decorations; it was the perfect setting for our family to meet up and celebrate. Carol, the property manager, answered all questions very quickly, was wonderfully accommodating, and generously took the time to introduce us to the house. We look forward to visiting again! It was like going back home…there is such a warm and comforting feel when I walked into the entry way.

The property was selected on the accommodations and location for 3 generations to celebrate a Thanksgiving gathering together from 3 different states.
The home and property far surpassed my expectations. My children and grown grandchildren loved everything about the house, creek and fire pit.
The property owner and the property manager take extreme care of the details. The electric décor had something for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was well throughout, the bedrooms were spacious and accesses to the outdoors were perfect.
I was thankful for finding this fabulous property. I have already told all my friends about the home, but I hope I haven’t told too many and I would not be able to find a date to rebook, lol.

We enjoyed Creekside's beautiful setting and spacious accommodations. The surrounding countryside was lush with beauty and precisely suited for our strolls, long walks and fall hikes. We immensely enjoyed the dinner at the Amish home that the host had suggested to us as an option. The food and hospitality of the Amish couple were an outstanding treat for us and our son's family of eight that we brought with us. Carol the manager was amazing, and was so helpful when we had car issues, going above and beyond to find solutions. The property was so peaceful and house easily accommodated our group. Feeding the horses apples was a highlight. Be aware there is no cell service, although there is a land line. We would love to stay there again

We all had a great time staying at the Cottage! There were 8 adults and three toddlers ages 3 and younger. The home is exactly as pictured, we had more than enough room for everyone, especially due to rain that we had. We did manage to get a fire pit in one night as well as go to a fall festival in Maryland. Yes Maryland is only 26 minutes away. The covered porches saved us, we were able to sit outside since they are covered so the men could enjoy a cigar or 2. Carol was excellant, met us there gave us a quick tour of house and told us if there was anything we needed to give her a shout. Wifi was spotty but you are there to unplug, which is what we did. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the best houses we've stayed in through VRBO! The property could not be more charming and cozy and clean. We were there in September so the crisp, sunny weather we had enhanced the cozy experience! The country decor of the house fits perfectly with the beautiful farmlands and rolling hills surrounding the property. And Carol, the property manager, was amazing in her responsiveness and friendliness during the booking process and weeks leading up to our stay, where we had a bunch of questions. She would respond to every question I had in mere minutes. She met us at the property when we arrived late and took us on a tour, giving us a ton of helpful tips about things to do in the area. And we booked the dinner at the Amish family's house through her, which was unique and highly recommended. Overall, a wonderful weekend away!

Everything was perfect from the check-in with Carol. Everything we could possibly need was there. Such a spacious house and cozy yard. We opted for this rather than our annual actual camping trip and I must say we might change camping to cottaging! Such an amazing experience, highly recommend and Carol was a pleasure to work with, loved every minute!

Great stay! This house was so nice and welcoming. The large kitchen with oversized eat in table was perfect for our family tot gather and enjoy one another company. Off of a gravel road and along side a creek, this PA hide-a-way was perfect for our family to stay at! Thanks again!

This was our second time staying at the cottage, and I must say it was even more perfect than our first trip. The time and initiative that Don and Carol took with us as their guests was above and beyond. Our daughter enjoyed horseback riding with Carol- which was the highlight of our trip this summer. The cottage was clean, organized, and contained everything we needed during our stay. We cannot wait to return next year- we have spread the word about how wonderful this property is to everyone in our extended family!!!

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our week at this rustic house with modern conveniences. There was plenty of room for everyone.
We liked all the nooks and crannies this house offers. The screened in porch was almost always in use, as was the air hockey. The living room gave us room for many family activities. We enjoyed the books, games, and puzzles available to us and room for reading and singing together. The convenience of grocery shopping nearby, and the spacious kitchen enabled us to produce great meals together. The number of bedrooms and baths were appreciated when private space was needed.
Great location for exploration of the area. We especially enjoyed the Muddy Run boating lake, splash park, and visitors center, a trip to the Science Center in Lancaster, a trip to the Railroad Museum in Strasburg, and just driving through the area. We recommend a meal at Melissa's Cafe.
Thanks to the owner and manager for graciously sharing this house with us! We would love a return visit!

Our stay at Creekside was wonderful. Carol our host was right on with information. She even came by on her horse for the grandkids to see and pet. I would highly recommend this location. I hope to return soon. There is plenty of room and to sit out on the porch and listen to the creek was so relaxing..

Beautiful home in a quiet location. The home is very comfortable and well stocked-they thought of everything -even a cover for dishes in the microwave and a rock for the screen door! The manager was very pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it!
