The pictures really don’t do it justice! Great place! Very clean, updated and great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

We have never booked a stay through VRBO and usually go with a large group and rent a large house to share. We were a little apprehensive about taking our two teenage sons and staying in a condo. This rental surpassed our expectations. All three rooms were comfortable and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The view of the sound offered a serene backdrop to every day as well as stunning sunsets. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and all traffic was mindful at the pedestrian crossing. There is parking if you choose to drive, but our walks were only eight minutes in beautiful weather. The property owner was easy to work with and communicated promptly and clearly. Overall it was an outstanding experience and one of our most relaxing vacations ever.

The Indian Beach property was great for my husband, daughter, and 2 grandchildren. The location was great and the view of the sound was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and the grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool. Wonderful neighbors in the area that were very nice to vacation renters.

The community was quiet and peaceful. The accommodations were perfect including comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, quick shuttle service to beach, and convenient parking. This community is just minutes from Emerald Isle where we enjoyed dinner and shopping. I highly recommend this rental!

I used to live at the Crystal Coast and Indian Beach was my favorite. It was awesome staying at a clean, convenient condo close to our favorite beach. Beds and furniture were very comfy. Beautiful balcony with great view of the sound. Only complaint was not having toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived.

This is a beautiful property, awesome setting and ideal location. We attended a family wedding but took some extra time to checkout the NC beaches and ocean scenery. Everything in this unit was neat, clean and exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit our family who lives in this region. We have no complaints - it was perfect!

The owner, Robert, was very prompt to reply to all our questions. Checking in was no problem with the lockbox. We arrived after 10pm, so had to meet with security the next day to get parking pass. No problems there. The condo was very nicely decorated, felt like the beach. The only issue we had was that the showers seem to have been overlooked by the cleaning crew. Their were hairs in the shower, several in the master bath. Took a moment to clean it ourselves with cleaner we found under the sink. Other than that we were very pleased with our accommodations. We hope to come back someday.

We wanted a relaxing get away for our family, all while safely distancing. This soundside condo offered us exactly what we were looking for. The unit itself was absolutely lovely and very clean, with a great balcony and an exceptional view. They have a well appointed kitchen with everything you need, and the beds are all very comfortable. We've been been coming to the island for decades, but have never stayed on the sound! It offers cool activities you can't get oceanfront. The pier at Ocean Club is fantastic. We crabbed, floated off the pier in calm water, went shell hunting in the shallows, played with hundreds of tiny multicolored crabs on the shore, bird watched (snowy egrets, pelicans, terns, gulls), and even caught enough fish from the pier for our family for dinner. They have a large fish cleaning station too. Lots of folks were kayaking. Oh... and the sunsets were breathtaking. Bruce is an exceptional host, and incredibly responsive. Getting to the beach on the days we went across the street to spend the day wasn't awful, but it takes planning. They offer a golf cart "shuttle", but as with most families of five, we had too much to load all of us and our trappings to take advantage of the shuttle (tent, chairs, coolers, etc). We ended up packing up our van and driving everything to the other side, unloading, and then parking in the public beach access parking lot across the street. Parking is an issue for this complex. You are only allowed 2 parking spaces, and folks renting on the soundside are not allowed to park on the oceanside, ever. This is true even if there's not a single car parked in the parking lot on the oceanside. We understand the policy; we imagine during peak season (non-COVID time) there may not be enough spaces for guests of oceanside owners. But, still something to consider. No guest passes. We had our 2 vehicles already claiming the 2 passes, and when our local friends stopped by for a few minutes to show us their new grandbaby, security slapped a "2nd notice of violation" on their car (they'd literally just pulled up) walked 30 feet to the other side of the building where we were standing, and rudely demanded they move their car immediately. It was embarrassing. Mind you, our friend walks with a cane (handicapped), they were there for 8 minutes total (outside the whole time), and there was not a single car parked in any of the non-covered spaces. Still, parking/security aside, a TRULY wonderful place! Thank you Bruce!!

The property was wonderful. It was accurately described in the ad but it is impossible to describe what the time with family did for our souls. After being isolated at home with the Covid-19 pandemic for so long it was nice to be able to reconnect with our grandchildren and children for a while. We were able to see each other, cook in, and still social distance. The accommodations were great and the salt air and beach were exactly what we needed.

This offer the best of both-Start and end the day with the sound side view and It's a short across the street walk to the beacch

Great View!! Nice Quite Place

We stayed at Bruce's condo in August 2018 and it was amazing - exactly as stated! The location, views, facilities, and amenities of his unit as well as the Ocean Club could not be beat! It was wonderful to have both the sound side and ocean side so close with the ability to use the pools and amenities at both locations. Bruce was extremely professional, timely, and courteous to deal with. My family and I will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, Bruce!

The overall property was very nice and family friendly. It was a great place to rest and relax.

We loved staying here, the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was stunning. There were a few technical glitches due to a storm before we got there that were a bit inconvenient the first few days, but were taken care of as soon as they could be, Mother Nature in all her glory. We enjoyed both pools, the beach and the area in general. Definitely coming back!!!
