The location

- water heater in the master bedroom not functioning - the common bathroom has a small shower area without a door or shower curtain so water splash wet the whole bathroom floor after each shower. Also a leaking wash basin with water dripping to the floor. Making matters worse was that no floor mat was provided.

in facing apartment so was noisy had to pay cash for stay room wasn’t ready on time pool was closed (not owner fault)

the property seems like quite old, dinding/di sudut2 tidak berapa kemas/ada retak and dirty spoon,

The apartment facilities are great. Pool access is available the whole day. The tv channel is vary. Wifi is also available tho the connection is not that strong.

The aircond needs service. The one outside the elevator is way cooler than ones in the apartment especially in both rooms. 🥵 The check in and check out process was a total let down. No complete instructions given thus become a huge burden to customers. Need to go back and forth to receive and return the key. And I only find out there's 2 set of keys only when I do the check out. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The property owner put it in mailbox without informing me. Not mentioning I need to wait for few minutes late because the key was put into wrong mailbox when I wanted to check in. What a bad communication. It's spoiled the staycation mood. 🙎🏻‍♀️
