The apartment was poorly furnished. Everything was falling apart - window shutters, toilet fittings, switches that don't work and TV doesn't work. The apartment was filthy and I have never seen a toaster and coffee maker in such disgusting state. The plates, cups, cutleries were not washed properly. And did I mention that the Wifi does not work? It uses a repeater from somewhere in the building and the signal was very poor and even if you get a signal, the speed was so slow. And at night, its done completely. We had to use our own roaming data for work. There is only one bedroom with 3 Ikea single beds, the other 2 Ikea beds were in the living room! The bathroom was terrible. Thank goodness the water heater works. Shower head broken, shower screen broken. OMG! But I think people will suffer in the winter as the heater is insufficient and time regulated. This property only provide towel and no toiletries. They DO NOT clean the apartment during your stay. Please be carefully if you decide to book this property as they do not mention this in their description. We ended up in this property only after another listing on Booking.com cancelled on us twice (after making full payment twice) and then they doubled their rates. Totally unprofessional and we got stuck with this option. But what's more concerning is that Booking.com still keeps these 2 listing. They should be removed.

When I entered the apartment, I saw that the water heater in the bathroom was not working, so I called the agency through which I booked the accommodation (homerent.de), but they did not answer my phone calls. She replied that she would forward the messages to the owner of the apartment and that I should call him He didn't answer the phone either I also contacted Booking.com and they replied that the owner would fix the water heater tomorrow, but that didn't happen either. It is not clear to me that phone calls and messages are not answered and that they can charge for accommodation and services in advance, and that we as clients are completely unprotected on booking.com

There was a smell in one bedroom. The shower was in poor condition.

Rooms and kitchen were clean, beds with new sheets.

Dirty bathroom, bugs everywhere, bathroom with 2 doors, 2 beds in the living room, no AC, bars down the apartment and very noisy late night, owner doesn't care about my complain, tight stairs, bad smell in the building.
