Bien situé pour visiter. Propre
Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Ne pas se fier à la photo. App.

I think the breakfast was very Roman :-) it was really nice that we could take it to go. It was so nice to come back to the room after a long day of walking to find the bed made and the room tidied - and to have fresh towels!
The location was great! We had all our evening meals in the local area and it was fantastic to be able to be back home after a short walk.
The host, Fabio, was so very helpful.
I think Imperiale Top lived up to their promises of a good location and a quiet room.
They cannot be held responsible for other guests...some were quite loud late at night. Also we could hear what was going in the other rooms, but again - As far as Imperiale Top was concerned, we had a quiet room, and it didn´t disturb us. We blocked it out 😊

The location was fine.
It was not inviting. The bathroom was in the corridor, separate from room. The view was basically down to the street.

Posizione strategica!

It’s a good location, close to everywhere. The room is ok, comfortable and clean.
The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and we had to fix it to work a bit better as it is a portable air conditioner(the pipe wasn’t attached properly to it).

Room was well cleaned, and pleasant staff
Door keys, breakfast, shared fridge

Very central!
Portable AC was very effective and much appreciated seeing as we were there during heatwave.
Mattress in the room with orange wall was extremely comfortable.
Italian style breakfast - coffee and croissant ( not my usual breakfast) but very good, pastries are superb.
Staff in the cafe were very nice 🙂
Water pressure in the shower very strong and welcoming after having been out in the heat.
You can either walk or catch the bus to all attractions.
Nightlife is very nice, street lights lit up, plenty of restaurants and café. Great evening atmosphere.
Room is very basic and a tight squeeze. Jacuzzi takes up alot of room.

The location is great. Trastevere is filled with great restaurants and has a great vibe.
We were given the address but no further details. He was trying to contact me via What’s App but I didn’t have internet. Luckily a lovely person in the building provided me with her Hot Spot so we were able to contact him.

The room was clean and room service came daily to make the bed and change the towels. The location in trastevere was pretty good, with access to public transport around the corner and good restaurants and nice shops in walking distance.
The walls and doors are paper thin. The "breakfast" consists of a warm beverage and a stale pastry. Fabio is not that much of a legend.

Very good location. 30 min by walk to Vatican , Colliseum and centrum . Jacuzzi after day trip is awesome. Apartment is clean , bed linen and towels are changed daily.

Towels, linen and bathroom was clean
On booking.com it has the features that are not there example slippers, coffee and tea maker . You can hear sounds from outside and there is no view at all ! Breakfast (was a coffee and brioche )is outside in a coffee bar, dining table a small table , bathroom is not in the room you have to go outside the corridor, refrigerator is in the corridor for nothing, electricity keeps going off all the time and wifi take long after to reset and when we have called the owner he instructed my husband what to do instead of coming himself. If we go to have a shower after each other only two of us the last one will end with cold water. It is not a 3 star hotel !!! It is a 1 star hotel not worth it .Definitely will not see us again !

Nice, clean and big room, in a great location. Fabio the host was very available. Having a hot Jacuzzi after long days of walking in Rome is the best way to close the day!

The location was good for local restaurants
My partner and I arrived and were made to wait an hour on the street until the host arrived to let us in. We were then showed to a bedroom which shocked us - the jacuzzi in the room (the main selling point) was both dirty and didn’t actually work. When we alerted the host to this, we were told the water only worked in the room if no other rooms were using the water (something which certainly doesn’t sound appropriate for a stay of this price where the jacuzzi is the main selling point!). We were then told to leave the room for 2 hours so the room could be further cleaned as it was clear it had not been thoroughly. At this point we had wasted over 3 hours of an extremely short trip to Rome whilst this all occurred.
We were then told we could move rooms, but this new room would be in an entirely different building. We then had to drag our luggage 10 minutes down the road without assistance (after waiting for 15 minutes in the hallway whilst the host checked in another guest) to eventually get to the new room.
At the point we’d reached the new room, we’d lost almost an entire day of site seeing. This room was not adequate, but after all the moving around we were pleased to simply sit down.
After unloading our bags we went to the bathroom and found a rusty, very badly kept bathroom which was again very disappointing.
We then realized what we were staying in was actually a shared apartment with strangers who made a tremendous amount of noise during the night and one of whom proceeded to ring the doorbell of the flat during the middle of the night, waking both my partner and I.
Our breakfast the following morning was again very disappointing as we only got a single pastry and drink.

It was a last minute choice but It came out to be a great choice. Fabio helped us from the moment we booked and Ariana… What a lovely woman! She helped us for checkin and also left an amazing surprise in our room for new year. Hoping to visit here in the near future.

Coffee & choice of fresh pastry for breakfast was excellent.
Location is easy to find, with access to public transport and supermarkets
No access to the kitchen area as in the description. So only water to drink from a paper cup.
The wifi connection is weak and not secure
The cleaning of bathroom and spa bath below par. Pubic hair found on the shampoo sachet.
Hairdryer didn't work.
Towels were small and not white or soft
Sleeping on a rubber backed mattress protector was weird

The room was purple, questionable colour scheme but other than that it was comfortable & Fabio was a legend.

The room was exactly the same as the picture and it was very big. The hotel is in a really good area with a lot of restaurants around. (affordable compared to other points of the city). Fabio was also so nice and kind. In addition, the cleaning of the rooms were good before the check in and even during our stay.
Everything was good but if there is something that may need improvement I think is breakfast. We booked a room with breakfast. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop just down the hotel but the options are too poor. You can choose between some coffees and different types of croissant. It seems like is the typical breakfast in Rome and some people may like it but i think at least a some more options could be included.

The location is situated in the heart of Trastevere, on a relatively quiet street, very close to transport facilities. Fabio, our host contacted us in advance to see if we need help and waited for us patiently, even if we were late more than 1h. He is a very nice and friendly person. We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire apartment, furniture is new, simple and functional and the bed very comfortable. I asked for some extra hangers for towels in the bathroom and Fabio provided them the next day. Much appreciated! The cleaning lady was very polite, nice and friendly. She asked us what else we need and gave us an extra blanket at our request. All these small things made us feel welcomed and brought comfort to our stay.
The breakfast was included and we had it at the coffee shop downstairs, typical Italian - pastry and cappuccino. Friendly personnel that gave us a good start to our days.
Staying in Trastevere has many plusses but it comes with a price. The streets are noisy until late at night, especially during weekends. In the morning, special cars come to collect the garbage and the collection of glass is a moment that none can miss because of the noise. But this has nothing to do with Imperiale Top, it is part of the experience of living in Trastevere, in general.

Great location in the Trastevere region of Rome. Feels authentic and Italian with lots of great restaurants & cafes around. You can walk all over the city of Rome from here. Fabio the host ensures everything runs smoothly, He is in constant contact and any issues he will resolve immediately. Room serviced daily and spotless clean. Cleaning lady very friendly. Note this is not a hotel but an apartment with bedroom and separate bathroom. Breakfast is from the cafe next door. Great coffee & pastries. The bedroom window opened on to the street below which is busy at times but earphones at night sorted that out.
It's an apartment with bathroom separate to the bedroom, not a problem for us but there are 3 keys needed and only one set available! A key for the bedroom door, a key for the apartment door and one for the front door. So if one guest wanted to stay in the room while the other went out you would have to agree to be locked in, or else the room left open with a bag pushed up against it. Similarly to use the bathroom at night, if one guest is asleep you have to open the bedroom door.
