The check-in process was smooth. The staffs were very supportive and helpful. They check in regularly to ensure you are comfortable. Rooms are spacious and equipped with hot water and wifi and are close to Assi Ghat and lots of eateries.

- Except from one guy, the rest of the staff was a bit unconscious
- The room, bathroom and bedding were dirty
- Very noisy (compared to other hotels in India)
- Very basic breakfast (first day: paratha with yogurt; second day: toast and butter (sic!))

Very big room, with all appliances working, all the staff were excellent with good polite behaviour. My daughter was ill during the stay, they were very helpful and arranged food in short notice.
The toilet kept blocking. But they mended it very quickly

We liked the price which was very reasonable. It wasn't the most luxurious place by any means but it was clean and had what we needed. I wouldn't say it had any more than we needed. The location in Assi Ghat was great for us. It was a little noisy but that is because we were close to a busy area.
It was a little too close to the road beside it with its constant honking but this is expected when we wanted to be right in Assi Ghatt. The breakfast was cold when it arrived in the morning but we didn't really complain because we felt grateful for the low price we were paying. And the important things were all good.
