Cette propriété de plain-pied avec un sous-sol complet est parfaite pour tous les types de familles grandes et petites. Cette propriété a tout! 6 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain complètes, salle de jeux, deux salons, cuisine extérieure, machine à glaçons surdimensionnée, deux beaux lits détachés de la maison principale, lit de bébé et accessoires pour bébé tels que chaise haute, pack and play, balançoire, cheminée, fosse en fer à cheval, 2 quais de bateau, rampe de mise à l'eau personnelle et bien plus encore. La salle de jeux a une table de billard, une table de hockey sur air, une table de jeu de palets, un jeu de fléchettes, un système de son, un jeu de tee doré, une machine ms pac man / galaga avec plus de 60 jeux programmés dans la machine et une table de jeu pour les dames et les échecs. Il y a deux laveuses et sécheuses, une à l'étage et une en bas. 3 grands réfrigérateurs / congélateurs et un grand congélateur. Une cuisine extérieure avec deux grils à gaz, cuiseur à poisson et fumeur. Grand foyer extérieur avec beaucoup de bois pour les smores et un coin salon couvert pour 12+. La maison et le bâtiment peuvent accueillir de 22 à 24 adultes et enfants. Il y a un grand coin salon surdimensionné à l'étage dans la salle de soleil donnant sur le lac pour accueillir plus de 20 personnes. beaucoup de stationnement dans l'allée et de l'autre côté de la rue. Le propriétaire est propriétaire du terrain de l'autre côté de la rue pour le stationnement supplémentaire de bateaux et de remorques de jet-ski. il y a aussi une propriété soeur à côté à louer qui peut accueillir 14+. Beaucoup de jeux de société et de cartes à jouer pour s'amuser en famille.

We only stayed for a weekend but this house would be great for a longer stay! All of us loved the slide. I read other reviews and Yes the water looked a little sketchy at first but its only stuff fallen from the trees on the top of the water. The water itself was clear. We fished, slid down the slide, took our boat out and enjoyed the views of the river, utilized the game room, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! This place had everything we needed! Allison was a great tour guide upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, temps were too hot to enjoy all of the outdoor activities. The game room was place to be.

Our family has stayed at several vrbo properties and sometimes the pictures can look better than the real thing. Not this time. This home was fantastic. The pictures online did not do it justice. Clean as a pin, totally unique and accommodating. The owners have thought of everything. Our entire family had a blast. We will definitely be back and we give this our highest recommendation for a family or friend get together.
My 6 yr old granddaughter caught 12 fish off the dock in 20 min.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had all 4 generations of our family here during our stay, 21 people total. Ages ranging from 10 months to 80 years old. The game room was nice and there were plenty of sleeping areas, with comfortable beds for our large group. We cooked mostly in the outdoor kitchen and the downstairs kitchen. Unfortunately the dishwasher is located in the upstairs kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful. Everything was very clean and organized in the house and outside meeting areas. Our only complaint is the lake/channel water conditions. The water was filthy and stagnant. Therefore we couldn't utilize the slide and swimming area as we had planned to. (We had to go purchase small pools so the toddlers could play in some water.) The morning we checked out the water looked much cleaner. I don't know what caused the water quality to be so poor during our stay.

There are a lot of trip hazards at this property. The entire house feels like add on after add on. Had I realized how many steps and trip hazards there were at this location, I definitely would not have spent my money on this for our weekend family get together. The kids were terrified to get into the murky water that the slide lands in. The few that braved it, had trouble getting out on the steps under the deck. We had to get a chair and put it next to the steps so they could get out. There are lots of pots and pans, towels, ice, etc. But absolutely no empty cabinets to store food. The pac man game (?) that the kids were excited about was broken. There was no lock on the communal bathroom upstairs. Lights flickering in one of the bedrooms. We were offered a late checkout on Sunday, but we were so ready to get out of this house, we were loaded up and gone hours before checkout. Definitely not baby or old people or people with knee problem friendly. I'm sure this would make a great rental for some people, just not our family. Again, lots of trip hazards!

We had 19 people and stayed 4 nights. We had plenty of room. This place had everything but food! Allison came and made sure we knew everything about the property. She also was available if we had questions.
Hopefully our family will be blessed to gather in 2024..

We had a great stay. Had all 12 of our golf group stay with plenty of room for everyone to find a happy place. We did 90% of our cooking outside with the fantastic set-up. Already planning a repeat for our next golf trip.

We celebrated my husbands 50th bday with a weekend of family. It was a great relaxing weekend. The backyard fishing was definitely a hit. Only thing that I was not fond of was the two different kitchens. Going back and forth when I forgot something sucked. But we had an amazing weekend. The grilling options with the patio and fire place was also a very big hit.

12 of our family members gathered here for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of seating, beds, TV's, and games. It was nice to have 2 kitchens stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking space. The property manager was especially nice and helpful. We all enjoyed it!

AWESOME!
The pics of the property do not do it justice! We had 20 folks and their was more than enough room when we all dined hung out together inside or outside. Ability to cook 2 different places inside plus all the outside cooking possibilities. Great spot on an inlet not too far from the lake opening!

Fantastic Family Getaway
Wonderful place for a large family getaway. Lots of room and sleeping space. Great outdoor kitchen, game room and deck with large slide into the lake. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor kitchen with fireplace and seating area. The hot tub was a great addition. All enjoyed the game room as well! Our family enjoyed a great Christmas celebration together and everyone had plenty of room. Host was great!

This house was wonderful for our group. We had 10 adults (5 couples). There was ample room for all of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen/living area is awesome. We really liked the location of the house as well. It’s off the main channel in a small secluded cove so it was very peaceful and quiet. Would certainly stay here again!

Our family from Louisiana, North Carolina and Florida come together for a week every July. This time we chose Hot Springs as our venue and we managed to find this incredible property with plenty of room. This location allowed us to enjoy all of the amenities of Hot Springs as it is very conveniently located. I loved the long marble dining room table. Where we ate our meals and enjoyed card games. This property had a great game room where we enjoyed air hocky, shuffle board, etc. An outdoor fireplace where we had smores. Plenty of kitchen space to create family favorites from Cajun Itallian to tamales and scrumptious pies. The in-law suite was allowed us to spread out so each family had a private bedroom area. There are so many extra amenities that all ages entertained. The property manager was so very helpful. A special thanks to her for all of her assistance and advice.
This was a positive experience for us and we highly recommend.

Great place to stay, it's definitely tucked away in the countryside but the mountain views were beautiful and being right on the water is a plus if you want to fish or have a boat. Even saw an otter or two swimming around.

This property was wonderful for our family of nine adults and nine children. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, the living space with the multiple tables was perfect, two sets of washer and dryer were very useful, the outdoor living space was comfortable and the many fans helped keep it cool and the mosquitos and flies away. The kids loved the dock and spent a good part of their time fishing off it. There were many things to do in the area, canoeing, boating, fishing, hiking and many more things to do. The week we spent was well worth the money and the accommodations were wonderful!
