The property was a great vacation condo. It had everything you could need and a great location. If you’re bringing a car, make sure it is small. The garage spaces are tight but manageable.

Moriah was a great hostess, prompt to address anything. The location for us couldn't be better, just a block from the ocean. Home is modern, spacious, hot water always, kitchen setup to entertain, garage underneath building so you don't have to struggle with a rainy day. A great refuge to slow down from your hustle and bustle. We miss it already.

The place was fantastic. Just a couple blocks from the beach with beautiful sunsets and close to restaurants and stores. Lots of space split over 3 levers with both bedrooms hainvg full bathrooms. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. Plus a garage for my car and elevator access right outside of the place. I will definitely stay here again.

Our group of four adults was very happy here. It was easy to quickly get in touch with Moriah when we had questions. La Jolla cove is beautiful and there are lots of places to eat in the area (be sure to try El Pescador and Girard Gourmet). The apartment is only a block from the beach and the sunsets are amazing. The Museum of Contemporary Art is just down the street. It's in a freshly renovated building and has a nice outdoor restaurant with ocean views. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible place to stay! It was supposed to be a family reunion but turned into a nightmare.
Place is filthy, needs a deep cleaning terribly, plumbing issues, uncomfortable beds, dark rooms, the place was misrepresented on Vrbo, property manager was rude, because of all the issues we had to leave only after 2 nights instead of originally booked 10 nights.

The condo is well appointed and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay, including more than enough kitchen necessities. At a half a block from the beach the location is perfect and having a secure parking garage was icing on the cake. We would definitely stay again.

This is our third year to this property and second stay at this particular unit (we have previously stayed in another unit also managed by Brant). Excellent, quick communication by property manager. We also always have everything we need and more to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, including parking, quick walk to the beach/tidepools and walking to farmer's market, grocery store, dining, and shopping. We will definitely stay again! The condo has plenty of bedding, towels, toilet paper/paper towels, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, cookware, dishes etc. There is also an extra fan, an air mattress, pull out sofa, 3 bathrooms and a TV in every bedroom, the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed using the bbq and cooked many meals in the home including delicious meat and produce from the sunday farmer's market. I also highly recommend booking a 2 hour raptor experience at the Torrey Pines gliderport. We had an amazing experience flying hawks and falcons with our 10 year old son that was unforgettable, and a 15 minute drive from the condo. Parking is a little tight depending on the size of the vehicle, however there is usually residential street parking available as well if needed. We also enjoy that there are puzzles and board games to play. Every year has been a highly enjoyable and comfortable stay for our family in San Diego making memories. Also, the area of La Jolla is very safe. We also occasionally door dash/amazon prime to the unit as well. Thanks again!!!

It is a very nice condo - nicely furnished, the kitchen and bathrooms were abundantly stocked with essentials, and its within walking distance to many great shops and places to eat (along with the gorgeous cliffs and sea lions!) The one suggestion I have is it could use a thorough dusting otherwise we were VERY pleased with this property and the owner's customer service. Thank you!

This property has a great location in La Jolla. Walking distance to a few beaches and easy to get in and out of. We had a great time for our first visit to San Diego. I definitely recommend this property for families. The garage is tight so don’t plan on getting a large SUV in the parking spots but everything else is perfect with this property.

This is our second time staying at this property. The space and proximity to the beach and restaurants is perfect. Last year when we stayed, the master bed was very comfortable. This year it was super uncomfortable….I think there must have been a mattress top on it before and now it’s not there. My husband and I both woke up with sore backs. I think the unit could also use a deep cleaning and a little TLC. We noticed a big difference in the space being worn in comparison to last year. We would love to stay here again next year so hoping the owner will replace the bed and give the home a little extra love!

Rental was VERY nice and welcoming. It really felt like home away from home. The location was great, a block from the beach, close to food, shopping and the beautiful scenery of La Jolla. Convenient garage parking was a pus. HIGHLY recommend!

All around nice place, would stay there again in a heartbeat.
You can walk to the water in less than 5 mins., walk to all the restaurants and the grocery store in the Village in less than 15 mins.
2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, kitchen/family room/eating area/ bathroom on the 2nd floor.
4 TV's with cable, one in the kitchen, one in the family room, one in each bedroom.
Parking is in the basement of the building, well secured but tight parking if you have a large vehicle such as a Suburban etc.
Elevator from the garage to the ground floor, 15 feet from the front door.

Good points - good location. Away from the crowds but still walking distance to everything. Spacious living room and kitchen area.
Bad points - The apartment is darker than the pictures show, especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Every cupboard is packed full of the owners things. The place should be decluttered before being rented out. Sliding doors on every door need some maintenance.
Glasses had lipstick stains on them and cutlery was dirty. There were only 2 mismatched wine glasses and one of them had red wine stains all over it.

Great condo and location! The condo did not disappoint. It was everything we could hope for and the area was incredible. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. We hope to return next year and would definitely try to rebook her again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had four kids with us for a week long visit. There’s plenty of space, and we were very comfortable. We drive a suburban, and it was an extremely tight fit in the garage. We had to take our rocket box off.

We had a nice stay. The condo is in a great location and walking distance to everything in the village of La Jolla that we needed. Also very close to the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Great Location !!
We had a great time at this location. The space was perfect for our family …. Walk around the block to the beach and about a half mile walk from our favorite restaurants! My only complaint would be the tight garage parking …. A plus there is designated secured parking but not friendly for large SUVs. After a couple outings, we decided parking on the street was less stressful and we never had an issue finding street parking. We will be back!

Very well stocked kitchen/essentials (cooking utensils, spices, oils, coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, etc) . Only need to bring your own shower stuff.
Very clean, description accurate, host responsive, great neighborhood with a 2 block walk to the water. Most of La Jolla beaches are rocky but the view is spectacular. 5-10 min walk to seals/sea lions and shops . 2 parking spaces . Tons of beach gear even for kids if you want to drive to any of the beaches in San Diego. Every part of town is max 25 min drive but closer to 10-15 min for most areas. Can’t say enough great things !!

Wish it was more positive
You can't beat the location but unfortunately that was one of the few positives. This place needs a deep cleaning. My son touched the bedside lamp and was instantly covered in dust. We were welcomed by a cockroach when we first arrived which was a big disappointment. The unit does have everything you need, although it may be dirty and old. The sheet for the baby crib was unusable with the stains and should really be thrown out. Wish I had better things to say.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in San Diego. The condo is unique, in a beautiful location near the water, restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is in the condo. Beautiful sun and warm breezes, nice vibes and everyone we came in contact with was nice and pleasant.
