I was as expected, met very friendly staff in the morning. Nice family run place. Good place to get away from it all but take supplies with you as there is little available locally. This is a small quiet place.

We couldn't stay longer!

Location was good.

Sofa bed was not very clean, carpet was dusty and kitchen needs some basics like oil, foil etc

Good for location

I had booked 3 apartments but received key code only for 2 apartments. When I called the manager she rudely told me that I had booked only 2 apartments. Although she checked it and finally was able to confirm that I had booked 3 apartments and gave me key code at the end. I felt furious when she told me that I should not book from another platform instead directly book from the apartment and she kept going on and on. I do understand that she must have been pissed off as I called at 7 pm to get key code but I did email to request early in the morning which I did not get any reply. However, it was her phone mannerism that was shocking. If she does not like customers then it’s best not to open it! She could have assisted us at least kindly and explained what has happened instead she blamed me for booking from another apartment which irritated me even more.

it’s a neat property but a bit dated.

the bathroom is attached to the bedroom which makes it difficult for a 3rd person to share especially in the night.
