Tout près se trouvent les lacs peuplés de Prior et Spring, mais Arctic Lake est un lac non motorisé, ce qui le rend très paisible et calme.
Un beau grand 6 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, salle de jeux, véranda 3 saisons, terrasse, patio avec foyer, lac privé et ruisseau attend votre arrivée. Les sentiers pédestres et cyclables sont également proches. Hiver, printemps, été et automne, il y a quelque chose à faire. Vous n'avez jamais à quitter votre retraite une fois arrivé. Je me suis retrouvé à apprécier la variété de la faune que cette propriété a à offrir. Quelques-unes seulement sont les espèces d'oiseaux, les castors, les cerfs, les lapins, les rats musqués, les hiboux et bien d'autres trop nombreux pour être mentionnés.
Bien sûr, si vous vous aventurez, cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour d'innombrables activités. Situé à seulement 30 minutes au sud-ouest des villes jumelles, il fait du basket-ball (Target Center), du baseball (Target Field et CHS Field), du football (US Bank Stadium), du hockey (Xcel Energy Center), du Science Museum (à côté de Xcel) et d'ELKO Speedway (saisonnier) un trajet facile.
Si vous choisissez de rester plus près de chez vous, il y a de nombreux restaurants, terrains de golf (The Wilds, Stone Brook et The Meadows), casinos (Mystic Lake et Treasure Island à Red Wing) et vie nocturne (Canterbury Park) en quelques minutes.

The house is large with more room than you need. We didn't use all the rooms or take advantage of all that was offered. The game room is huge and I believe only two people used it. Everything we needed. House is not new, but it is well maintained. Every spice you need is available.

For our wedding we booked this property as a base for our crew. We had tons of space for hair and make up and the game room was perfect for hanging out.

After being left on the front lawn with an owner cancellation at the time of check-in and VRBO sending our group to a hotel; Judy was able to accommodate our family of 18 at her house. I am so grateful to her for saving us from a bad situation! She was very easy to work with and her house was great to stay in!
Even with all of us in the house it never felt crowded and we had plenty of room to spread out. Ages ranged from 3-67 years. There are more than enough beds for everyone to sleep in and plenty of blankets and pillows. The pool table and Foosball were a great addition in the basement to help keep everyone occupied. The dining room had a table large enough to seat 10 for eating or a couple of strategy games at other times of the day. The kitchen had plenty of storage and could accommodate more than one person cooking
There is a bathroom on each floor - never had to wait for a bathroom and the water was always hot for showers/baths. Water pressure was good.
There was also plenty of parking for vehicles. The secluded area this house is in was a great surprise and perfect for our gathering. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation.
Once again could not have asked for a better outcome from the way our reunion started.

Great experience with this home, we had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The outdoor space was a bit disappointing but the basement game room made up for it.

We had 12 people stay and we still had plenty of space. Comfortable, spacious, and was well equipped for so many people. The canoe was a hit, for paddling and fishing.

Our stay was very comfortable for all of the family. Great location that feels like a real vacation getaway. Beds, sheets, bathrooms, towels and rooms were all very clean. When we come back to the area we would love to stay here again.

The home accommodated our family of 12 with ease. There are enough, beds, futons, couches and mattresses to sleep over 20 people if it were allowed. There is plenty of seating for meal times and the AC unit kept the home ice cold (it was 95 when we were there so, this IS a big deal)
Complaints center around the overall cleanliness of the home. It appeared that it had been unoccupied for some time before our stay? Regardless, when being charged resort prices I would expect things to have been in better shape. It didn't ruin the overall experience but I felt it should be noted.
The good outweighed the bad by far and I would rent there again if we ever have time to get away in the summer again.
