Small and cute and very clean. Perfect location. Lights at night not conducive to reading but small matter. Plan on seeking this place out in the future for sure.

Perfectly located! Beds were super comfortable, it was quiet, tons of storage spaces, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. We found this to be an incredible value and will definitely seek this rental out for future stays.

We stayed here overnight for Sugarloaf Marathon accomodations and it worked perfectly for the two of us! Within walking distance to the shuttle to the start line. Cozy space with just what we needed. Would be very convenient if using for skiing as there is a chair lift directly outside the complex. Overall a great place! Thank you!

Great location for skiers. Right next to the Snubber lift mid station. Room was a bit small and lacked a few things like a little table for beverages and such when sitting in the swivel chairs. Even though the “mini” fridge had a very small freezer, it was so small and frosted over that nothing fit in it. Had to make multiple runs to the store to get ice. The bed was comfortable and there were many towels available.

Older property. Small fridge, no dishwasher. Adequate supplies but had to clean dishes before using them. Old cheap blankets with stains. Ok for short stay.

Great ski in ski out location steps from the Snubber Lift mid station. The view of the mountain from the slider is phenomenal.

As long as you realize what you are getting, this was an affordable and practical condo for a short stay. The location is perfect and it was clean and functional. But it was clearly dated and lacked some amenities that I believe are pretty standard, including soap/shampoo. There are also no USB outlets, so be sure to bring your own chargers. But the price was appropriate and we overall enjoyed the stay.

Property as described and excellent communication from owner. Can’t beat the location at timberwind right next to snubber lift. Nice view of the mountain from the deck, can watch the groomers at night. Walkable to anything at the loaf or just hop on the shuttle.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. Although this season i could not ski due to a knee injury we still went. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub while he was skiing!

Every year my son and I plan a weekend at Sugarloaf. This year we were not expecting to be facing windchill of -60F but we did. The location of the condo was perfect and kept us warm. We played games, watched TV, cooked meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed the view of the mountain. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating and I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend this rental and owner.

When I walked into the place to look around, I walked through cobwebs. In all the rooms there were small cobwebs. The place was very musty smelling. I opened the window and patio door immediately. The floors even had some dirty spots around the edges. The bathroom had a light not working. I found it silly there was so hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen and dish soap was almost empty. The kitchen was beautiful. I turned the TV on to watch the RedSox game, no cable and you had to have already downloaded the app. I got frustrated and gave up. The WiFi was great. Cute place. Needs a deep cleaning and to be aired out.

The owner was very personable and check-in was made easy by very clear instructions. The ski locker was in a well thought location and everything was easy being right next to Snubbber lift mid-load. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

My family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys stayed for 5 nights. We thought it was going to be two small for us, but it worked out great! There was plenty of storage for our clothes and although we didn't cook anything besides breakfasts, the kitchen was big enough. The best part is the convenience of the ski locker to the Snubber mid station. It is literally right there. This place is the best deal at Sugarloaf!

Good location, easy to get into the unit from parking, easy access to the lift. Unit was comfortable and stocked well enough to cook our own meals. Two things to fix: stove elements don’t always work and coffee cups are sized for munchkins. Overall, very good stay. Will probably be back.

The Snubber lift is right next to the ski locker in the condo. It has to be the closest ski to the lift in the country. The tv has multiple stations. We liked the condo so much this was our second year in a row there!

Could not ask for a better location! Steps from the chair that brings you right to the trails and can ski down whenever you’re done for the day! It was perfect for me and my boyfriend for a long weekend. The hot tub was closed due to COVID which was a bummer but we still had a great weekend. My one suggestion is to bring your own coffee mugs because the ones there are pretty small!

The lodging is very convenient to Sugarloaf Mtn, whether you're walking out & riding the "Snubber" lift to the base lodge, or moving your vehicle to the base lodge parking lot, it makes life so much easier starting the day so close to the base.
The beds - 2 singles and a double - are comfy, including the pillows :)
The Roku TV is easy to use, just log into your streaming service(s) and *remember to log out before you leave*
(if the TV doesn't work, unplug it for 10sec then plug it back in)
There's a nice looking coffee maker, but I didn't bring coffee to make any. Next time I'll know!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
The only change I would like to see is to be able to leave our vehicle in the parking lot for the day after we check out & leave the parking permit in the condo so we can take the Snubber lift up to the base. But that's not a major inconvenience, we just moved our car to the base lodge parking.

I knew this place looked great from the photos but it completely went above and beyond. The view was perfection and the room was great. The room has everything you could need and it was a comfortable abode to come back to after skiing! I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location just a 2 minute walk to the mid station on Snubber. The condo was clean and cozy. Great view of the mountain and the snow groomers at night.

Host was super responsive! We had one issue with check-in that was resolved as soon as I reached the host. This place is small but was perfect for a quick ski getaway (even with 2 teenagers). Has everything you will need and ample storage. We really enjoyed the deck with views of the mountain! My only recommendation would be a broom or updated vacuum, the sand from the parking lot can't help but be tracked in. Quiet complex right at ski lift. I would definitely recommend if you don't mind the studio set-up you can't beat it for the price!

Although small the studio lives much bigger than its size. Everything you need for a weekend away. Plus the location is fantastic. Access to the lift just steps from the door, the fitness center across the way and the village a short walk up the hill.

Older condo in fair condition,could be cleaner. Dirt parking no broom in unit to sweep floor. Excellent access to ski lift and great view of mountains. I would stay there again. Get a broom.

This condo was clean and in a perfect location right next to the snubber lift mid Station. We had a little snafu with getting the door codes but that was my fault, my profile had the wrong cell number, but I was able to contact Linda through VRBO and she got me the codes before we arrived. We will definitely stay at this condo again. Thanks Linda!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend at Sugarloaf! The location could not be better – right at the Snubber lift. Skied home for lunch each day. Little kitchen had all the amenities we needed and loved having the deck with views of the mountain so we could watch the groomers at night! Overall very comfortable for two people; would be a little tight for four adults. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
