It was a great place to stay, we were 9 family members, 3 married. Couples with 2 kids and grandma and we were able to use both units and we all stayed comfortably and had the patio to share. Uber and taxicabs were easy to access and there are restaurants, grocery and shopping walking distance. Close to the Vatican too.

Wow! This property was amazing for us! We stayed with my parents. It was perfect for them to be in one apartment and for my husband and I to have our own place. It is a quick journey to the bus stop and from there you can go all through Rome. I love this place had a more true local feel than just tourist. Everything was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. Very accomodating with our arrival times and with directions if ever needed. Thank you!!

There we 6 of us .My mom needed a wheelchair, so she stayed in the Cesar apt. The court yard was cool and breezy, Great for family dinner.
Massimo respond quickly if we had a question.I would recommend if you have a large party to use a cab . Recommend to condense your luggage. Overall we had a really great stay.

Excellent place to share with two families. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and we had plenty of space. The garden is lovely and picture perfect. Very easy check-in and check-out. We all would highly recommend this property.

We did a family vacation to Italy for our 20 year anniversary with all our kids. This place was great to accommodate our group with affordability and easy to get to public transport to get around the city. Place was just like description and Massimo was excellent at helping us to make our way around Rome

Because the property is actually two apartments joined by a shared courtyard, it really suited us as two independent couples. The place is quirky with comfortable beds and in a nice local neighbourhood. It is a 15 minute walk from the metro station along a busy road but it was quite at night for sleeping. There is a choice of restaurants for eating at night and it was nice to come back to the local ‘normal’ area after the craziness of central Rome. Massimo was a good host and organised a private taxi to collect us from the airport and take us back again. Recommended 👍

Had a great stay. The apartments filled our needs. Beds were comfortable. There is a/c but didn't use or need it, weather was cool. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the patio because it was raining a lot during our stay. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Learn ahead how to use a bialetti or buy nescafe cups (he has a machine). We enjoyed the upstairs patio one evening. We didn't use the bus, but walked to the metro to get into town. It's about a 15 min walk to get there which we needed for all the good food we ate. Massimo was very helpful arranging for our transportation to and from the airport.

We had an amazing time in Rome! Booking was easy and Massimo was great responding to our questions and help with navigating public transit when we arrived and other questions during our stay.We traveled with our 4 young adult children and my Dad. (7 total). The accommodations were perfect for us. The listing of 1 double bed in each unit for those looking at this property from USA the beds are closer to our king size . All of the beds were very comfortable especially after walking site seeing all day. The bus stop was just across the street and metro about a 10 min walk with a larger grocery store at that corner as well.
The property is as shown in the photos with all amenities. It is in a residential area that was quiet off of a busy street. It is within a 45-50 min walk to Vatican City. Faster with public transit. It was a great place to stay with our large family. We could eat breakfast in and have a larger meal out in the afternoon or evening.
We were very lucky with great weather, sunny in the 50 - 60s F and the city was not overly crowded the week of Christmas.
If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Rome you will be happy here!

The two apartments were spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the Metro as well as buses. Hosts were very supportive and easy to communicate with-their recommendation for local eatery was appreciated and the food was good. Our six adult family members made great use of the porch and patio during our week long stay. Highly recommend this property!

Our family of 9 stayed here comfortably and had easy access to the city as well as the highways. Massimo was a phenomenal host and was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend to any large groups looking to have a quiet place to stay in Rome.

We only ended up using Apartment A, but the apartment was wonderful and very well maintained. The courtyard and rooftop are a beautiful oasis in the city. The metro is about 1km walk and then you can easily be anywhere in Roma. There's also free parking. The only thing that would give me second thoughts next time is if we wanted to be closer into the city because everything required a bus or metro. That said, given the reasonable price for such a nice place, I'd say it's worth it.

This place was perfect! Just outside the city in a very quiet neighborhood, but really easy to get to all the touristy spots. Massimo was super helpful and answered any question or concern we had right away. I would highly recommend this place!

Massimo was very very attentive and answered all of our pre-arrival questions (currency, power considerations, airport transfer & activities). He was there to meet us at the property despite a 5 hour arrival delay and explained everything about the property, location of the market and trains. The property, 2 individual apartments w/ a beautiful shared courtyard, had everything we needed and more. On our first full day there the transit folks (train & bus) decided to strike and we had no way in to the city but Massimo came to our rescue and managed to arrange for a personal ride for all of us. We could not have asked for a better host and location for our trip!! Thank you Massimo :-)

For first timers, this was the best way for our family to emerge ourselves into the culture and all the adventures. Our local restaurant and bar knew us by name and were easy to communicate with.

A Perfect Roman Holiday
I can't say enough positive comments about our stay at this property. Massimo was there to greet us and to go over all the details with us. The apartments were beautiful and clean, and the outside courtyard gave us a true Roman experience!

We decided to rent these apartments as we were two families of four and we wanted to spend time in Rome at Christmas and thought these would be ideal for all of us. The booking and communication with the owner was easy.He helped us by arranging transport from the airport , about 1/2 hour , then met us as we arrived. There was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit , a Pandoro cake ,a box of chocolates plus a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us , which was a nice surprise. Massimo ( owner ) gave us all the local information we needed and advised how to get to central Rome via the metropolitana , which is easy to find and takes about 15 minutes to walk to ,then another 15 minutes to central Rome.We hired both of the apartments ,which were both very clean and comfortable. Close-by there are restaurants and supermarkets , if required. There is a lovely exterior courtyard with tables and chairs and the area is very peaceful. Whilst we were there we did not need to contact Massimo with any problems and he helped us to hire taxis to return to the airport at the end of our stay. As we were flying late we were allowed to remain in the apartment until 2pm , which was very handy and not what you would get in a hotel. After we arrived in the UK we realised that our daughter had left her new gold ring in the apartment and Massimo promptly got hold of a courier and within 5 days it arrived safely back in our hands , which was greatly appreciated. Absolutely marvellous
A beautiful place to stay. Felt at home and it was a pleasure to stay in. Everything was clean and lovely. The owner went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay very pleasurable. Would highly recommend staying here 🙂 and would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our four couples. Location was excellent and easy to get around by the train. Massimo was so helpful in arranging transportation from the airport and then on to the cruise ship. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Wonderful stay in Rome
Our stay was great! There were 10 of us in our group and we all had our own space. Renting the two apartments was wonderful,as we had the rooftop patio and court yard. The kids had room to play.
Massimo was so helpful. He had all the information we needed, was great in directions and where to eat. He made our stay easy. That’s what you want. We had maps and directories and he even arranged for our pick up at the airport.
We all had a lovely stay. If I am ever in Rome again, I would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely property hidden within an urban area
Arrived early and was accommodated quickly. The 2 properties shared have great facilities of patio and roof terrace with bbq. The apartments have everything you need and a dishwasher. Some of the utensils and crockery could do with updating but this is a high use property.
The location is good, 10mins from supermarkets and metro. This means you can get the essentials or bbq along with the metro in to Rome.
You need to make sure you have dishcloths and tea towel.
My tip would be to think about the check out day and whether paying for an extra night might be better value.

Really nice apartments
We stayed here with another family, one in each apartment, 8 of us total. The space is very nicely finished and modern, and the patio between the two was a great, quiet, and relatively private place to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a large second story patio with sheltered cover and more outside seating, which was really great in the evenings with a glass of wine. The owner was very warm and welcoming. He also provided information that really helped us as newcomers to the area.
The neighborhood itself is very quiet, though the main road is nearby and quite busy with traffic, but we really couldn't hear it from the apartment.
It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the metro, for a short ride to the center of Rome for sightseeing. Be sure to bring cash/coins, as you can't use a card to purchase tickets. Also, Uber is now available in Rome, and relatively inexpensive for a ride into the city center (about 15 euro) if you're wanting to avoid the walk to the Metro. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Amazing!
We rented both units. There wre 6 adult women in our group. We stayed at this property for only 2 glorious nights. The spaces were immaculate. The decor was lovely and it immediately felt like home. Mossimo, the owner was there to greet us with all sorts of useful information and a great big smile! He helped us arrange transportation from the airport to the property and from the property to the train station. I wish our stay was longer because the ambiance beckoned lounging in the courtyard for hours. We were even allowed late checkout! I would most definitely recommend this property without hesitation for anyone with a large group. Amazing experience all around.

Place was lovely, and so was Massimo, to work with. He was extremely helpful in us getting our bearings and very contactable when needed. He also helped to arrange taxi transfer to/from airport which took a worry off of our large party. The villas are a good 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro. While it was very easy to use and navigate, don't forget to add a good hour to your day for transporting around, especially if you have little ones. The only notes about the property I would mention is not to use more than one utility item at a time. (We ran a bath and were toasting bread in the oven which caused an electric fault). There is an adorable restaurant at the end of the road which we are at a couple times, so very authentic and amazing food.

Our weekend in Rome
We had a terrific and most enjoyable long weekend at this property. Our accommodation was comfortable and the apartments - we booked both of them - were clean, spacious, cosy and tastefully decorated. The Metro is only about a fifteen minute walk and we were able to see so much! It is worth noting that on the first Sunday of every month, museums are free. We were lucky, being there on Sunday, February 1st, but arrive early as queues build up fast! We were enormously grateful to our host for welcoming us so warmly at the apartments and looking after us so well on arrival. Rome is undoubtedly a most beautiful city and we had a very memorable weekend.

Roman Holiday
We had a wonderful vacation at the property. The accommodations were everything we expected from the information provided in the Internet. Accessed all the sights from the Metro which is a short walk from the property. Christmas in Rome is magic, but be prepared for everything to be closed.
