Location is nice, walking distance to most restaurants and things around Ostia. Owner was very prompt in fixing the slight water heater issue we had.
Location may be hard to find if ur unfamiliar with the area. It’s just behind Ping Pong Hotel.
Apt located on the 5th floor, 70 steps to be precise. Not easy if ur lugging heavy bags.

The room was extremely modern and clean. With all the household equipment you would need. The outside terrace was lovely and the heating / air conditioning worked great. Security and location was excellent. Very central yet quiet. The view of the beach from the apartment was lovely. The owners of the property were amazing and helped us with any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

Very nice apartment, spotless clean and view to the sea. Restaurants and services nearby, everything reached by walking. 5 min walk to train station to reach easily Rome centre. Very good communication with host Luigi, very pleasant stay.
No negatives at all.
