I am coming from out of F9 Rohini Sector 24 I like here stay and rooms and here food is awesome and here staff is to positive and room and lobby interior is so good and ms shehar and Mr Hardik and Mr Alpesh has good smiler I have like this hotel

Ugly wash room, bad footmat, absence of minimum amenities like chair, table, tea cups, dining plates etc.

Nothing the rooms are good only in pictures.. please don't advertise fake photos. Booking.com need to also assure that if we book thru u it needs to be hygenic and clean... Very disappointed it was medical visit hence we had to stay.

Everything. Everything starting from the staff to the room and services, every damn thing was pathetic and horrible. The staff was not at all cooperative and was very rude. The bedsheets were completely stained and dirty, when asked to change, they told all the bedsheets are like this and we will have to adjust with this. The bed and the mattress was horrible, not at all comfortable. Even the electricity went out for 2 hours and they did not have any generator. Neither the AC nor the fans were running for 2 hours. After complaining they told that this is a power cut routine and we will have to bear the same. They can't do anything as the do not have a generator or inverter installed. There were no water bottles available in the room. No tissue papers, no towels, nothing. Completely waste of money in all the aspects.
