Votre club comprend également des terrains de pickleball et de basket-ball et un bain à remous. Votre suite se trouve juste en face du sentier de VTT et de VTT de l'Utah State. Montez à vélo et partez sur le sentier historique de Green Valley, également connu sous le nom de Bearclaw Poppy. Emmenez votre famille au parc Thunder Abunction All Abilities Park pour vous amuser dans le parc sur le thème des dinosaures qui convient à tous les enfants. We loved our trip and the location of the property was nice. The pool was nice and easy to access. Plenty of parking.
Check in was a breeze and so was check out.
We were disappointed to show up and see that although the description of the property boasts that it is right across the street from the Utah State ATV Trailhead, there were signs everywhere stating that ATVs were not allowed. Big misrepresentation there. We actually chose this location specifically because we were bringing our ATV and dirt bikes. Huge disappointment.
Also be aware!! The WIFI is non-existent most times. Even streaming a movie was very hard and we experienced buffering. Our cell phones did not work the moment we walked inside either, so it felt like we were in a cave without the conveniences were were expecting to have. T-Mobile and Verizon do not work in this unit.
Another huge let down was the amenities inside. The knives in the kitchen were extremely dull. The provided paper towel in the kitchen was the lowest possible quality and there was only one kitchen towel provided. We had to use a lot of the paper towel to dry dishes and clean up after kids, so we had to buy our own!
The shampoo and conditioner provided was hardly enough for one night considering it boasts to comfortably sleep 10 people. I mean, Costco is right down the highway, their paper towels are great and they sell huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner that could have been used in the bathrooms. We were left feeling like they were cutting corners on all the little things that would have made the experience so much better. It really is the little things that make the biggest difference.
Overall, the property was clean, appealing, and did sleep 10 comfortably. But if you plan to stay here, know that you cannot ride ATV's right across the street, you'll need to bring not only pool towels, but kitchen towels and better paper towels as well, and do not forget your own shampoo and conditioner because there is definitely not enough if you are staying a few nights.

Great place!
Location was great for our needs! We had events at the convention center. Great restaurants close. Home was clean and pretty! Had a pack n play. Would definitely stay again!
Oh and the pool was heated!! Big plus when it’s still cool outside

This is our third time staying at Estancia in St George. We love this property! This time wasn't our best experience. We booked through booking.com. That was our first mistake. We paid a lot more because if it. The room we got this time was not as well stocked with things like the others. There were very little towels, no kitchen towels, nothing for baking in the oven, and bedding was stained. We were disappointed to say the least.

Estancia is great!
This was our second time staying at Estancia. It's a very family friendly, spacious, and clean place to relax. W106 was nice and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the kitchen lacked some cooking equipment (no baking dishes, mixing/serving bowls) and had no dishcloths. We had to go purchase several items to use. That said, there were plenty of eating utensils and dishes. This is a perfect place for a family to stay - plenty of space, in a great out-of-town location, with a fabulous pool.

House was Nice Not happy with management
I have called and left 2 voicemails with Gary and even a message with someone at the office to give to Gary. I have not received a call back from him. This is going on 2 weeks now. We were lied to about what amenities were available at the property. Internet didn't work nor did direct TV at the condo. I have questions about my bill it looks like we were over charged by $100. Not happy that no one can get back to me to fix the issues that we had.

Very nice resort to stay at. Comfortable and roomy. Home away from home. Only issues I had were water pressure seemed low and there were a few maintenance issues that showed lack of attention to detail. Coffeemaker was hit or miss. Still was a great stay for the cost.

Fun in the Sun
We had so much fun.....The accommodations were perfect for 8 of us. Would have preferred an earlier check in.

Stylish and Roomy
This was the perfect place for our family gathering. We had plenty of space and having a pool and playground was icing on the cake! The condo was clean and the furnishings were stylish, but also comfortable. We had a great time there and will definitely come back here again.

Fantastic condo right outside is a playground and a fenced pool. Comfy beds. CLEAN! I'd stay again! A little out of the way from downtown St George, but I'd stay again.

My relaxation
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your place. We had a delightful time and it was wonderful to have accommodation that we could all be together in. The ladies kept "Oooo-ing" and "Ahhh-ing" over it. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen met all our needs. We had a lovely stay. :)

NO BOYS ALLOWED ;)
This facility is amazing! Especially if you need accommodations for a larger family or group. We were traveling as a group of six friends who get together once a month to play games, and we were celebrating 20 years of game playing fun. So we really wanted a place where we could all be together. The space was large and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each of us could have our own bed. The beds were super comfortable. And with six women, having three bathrooms was fabulous. The kitchen met all our needs (we made three meals there.) I grilled steaks for us with the grill and I definitely have grill envy now. :) And the patio outside was a lovely place to sit. The place was stylish and very comfortable. The amenities were lovely. The pool is a nice size and there is a hot tub. We were planning to play some tennis, but never got time to do so. Communication was awesome. I really appreciated the notifications for check-in being sent a little earlier than what I have experienced at other Airbnbs. Very conveniently located but away from the hustle and bustle of St. George proper. Super easy to get to and from Tuacahn. Thank you Gary for sharing your place with us!
