Nette große Wohnung in guter Lage. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so täglich benötigt. Gutes Internet.
Nicht wirklich für 4 Personen geeignet. Es könnten Max. 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder unterkommen, was aber auch schon schwierig ist, da es kein gesondertes Zimmer gibt.

I liked the location near metro station Michaelibad. The house is on a calm street near Edeka supermarket. The kitchen is well equiped.
The towels need to be changed and an absorber for the kitchen is necessary:)

The location was easy to find & had free street parking. It was close enough to public transit.
The hosts were very friendly & quick to respond.
The kitchen had previously good options to cook for ourselves.
The layout was awkward for 5 people. The wifi was very slow & did not work in all of the apartment.
The water pressure was terrible & the hot water never really got hot.
The space was unique, but quite cluttered.

The owners are very friendly and they do the cleaning for free, good spaces, nice facilities, Lots of books.

It’s our best home stay ever. We felt like we back to our own home, cozy, clean, comfortable with everything that we need. The owners are very nice friendly peoples and very helpful. We had a problem with our car rental collection, Ms Johanna help me to contact many peoples and finally settled. Thank you so much!

Johana was kind, communicative, helpful, thoughtful. Her place was comfortable and cozy and conveniently situated. 9 min from Michaelibad and from there 10 mins to city center. Ideal for some quiet, relaxed vacation.

Great host, nice apartment, VFM not bad (especially given we were in town during Oktoberfest)
A lot of stairs to get to the apartment - needs to be taken into account if you have a lot of heavy stuff.
Other than that - everything was perfect.

The position of the apartment is excellent since it is located in a residential area but near the subway. You can reach the citycenter in 20 min. Inside the aprtment you can find all the tools and accessories you need. the atmosphere of the apartment is warm ann cozy.
The shades at the windows where only partially able to darken the apartment for sleeping. As a southern european, I'm used to full dark for sleeping. In any case, something you can get used to.

We enjoyed the stay in Munich. We were 4 adults with an infant. But its still was well accommodating.
Kitchen is filled with all needed utensils and location was nice.
Edeka super market in 400 mts.
Bustop in 100 mts.
Bhan stop in 10 mins walk.
Silent and clean neighborhood.

Location is very quiet and near to the city center at the same time.

Nice upscale neighborhood, friendly people and likewise reception, modern comfortable and spacious appartment, nicely furnished, easy free street parking. Good location, easy travel to metro or supermarkt. Modernly equipped kitchen. Well filled bookcase for reading or inspiration.
Cleanliness less than optimal except for bathroom which was very clean. Unfortunately just a bath and no shower. Warm water was at the end of the day more luke warm. Strange cutlery ie missing coffee/tea mugs, no scissors, no serving spoons. No real beds when sleeping more than 2, the extra beds were hard matrasses on the floor or the older couch. Would not be really suitable for more than 2 adults and maybe small children, would certainly not accomodate more than 4. There were nowhere darkening curtains so it was very bright in the early morning. Overall too much dusty bottles, stuff, cleaning bottles etc. which makes it cluttered and dusty.
