Awesome house, great location!!! Would stay again.!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this very comfortable & nicely appointed home. We were greeted, upon our arrival, by a group of deer in the front yard & enjoyed a visit from a flock of wild turkeys daily. The view from the living room & master bedroom did not disappoint. The kitchen was beautiful & had everything you would need to prepare a meal. We look forward to another stay soon.

A group of seven adults stayed in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. If you like to cook, you'll love this kitchen. It's a great layout and well stocked with cookware, boqls, platters etc (plus a nice selection of spices) Location is great and easy to get to downtown Estes Park.

There was plenty of room for my family. The sleeper sofa was the only downside of the beds. This property was beautifull.

We were visiting Estes Park for a family wedding. The house was a nice location and many places for individuals to congregate and visit. The only recommendation is to upgrade sofa bed.

The layout of this lovely mountain getaway was perfect for our group ranging in ages from 4 to 79. Living areas separated by beautifully appointed kitchen plus bathrooms that included walk-in showers were a real bonus. Our visits to RMNP did not disappoint. Elk were plentiful and the scenery exquisite! We wholeheartedly thank the owners for sharing their beautifully maintained home with us.

This property is well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is better stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. than most VRBO properties we've stayed with. The listing is very accurate as well. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is not a bad walk to town with sidewalk along the river all the way (except for the first bit which isn't a major road). If you get tired, the free Red Trolley stops right at the end of the road so you can hop on out or back. You can also easily walk to Cinnamon's bakery for breakfast. The river makes a lovely noise at night and we were visited by elk, deer, and turkeys during out stay. The one caveat is that this property has a nice deck, but very little land. It is hemmed in on all sides by the road and other properties. So not a great choice if you want a yard for your vacation. Otherwise, it's a very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend up at this property. The house is beautiful and accommodated the six of us very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked, much better stock than I would have anticipated with basics like spices and oils. The property itself is stunning and there was wildlife in the front and backyard every day of our stay. We had a family of wild turkeys and a family of deer that visited every day. You can truly see and hear the river when you open the windows in any room in the house. I slept in the master bedroom with the windows open and the sound of the river lulled me to sleep every night. It was heaven. The property has two separate sitting rooms to watch television if you have people who want to watch different things, although I can't imagine needing to watch television while you're up in this beautiful mountain area. I would absolutely come back to this property with out any hesitation. The host was extraordinarily responsive to the only questions that we had, which were related to the internet that wasn't working. This was not entirely their fault, it was their internet service providers issue. But she was very responsive to all of our questions. The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five, and I really wish I could have given it a 4.75 is that the fourth bedroom is really a den with a pull out couch. One of our guests did sleep there and it was comfortable but there are French doors to this room and it looks directly into the kitchen area. There's no privacy as there are no window coverings on the doors. I would definitely have given this property a five if there had been some type of window covering on that den / bedroom doors. Otherwise this property is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to find the time to go back.

This house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The location is about a mile from downtown Estes Park along a paved walkway, ideal for pushing a stroller. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were all in good condition. The outside deck was great for eating outdoors and taking in a wooded view. Our only issue is that the 4th bedroom is a den with french doors open to the breakfast area and the mattress is very uncomfortable. My son slept better on the couch vs the foldout.

We really enjoyed staying at this location with the river so close you can hear it well, the layout was perfect and very nicely decorated and clean! We will look for this property in the future again!

Back porch table had bats in the umbrella. There was bat poop all over the table. There were only 2 cushions. Your house is beautiful. Loved watching the birds and squirrels come to your water bowl and having them take the seeds to eat. We spent our evenings on the back porch. Walked the neighborhood as well. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Had all the amenities our family needed. Only wish there would have been a fourth full bed instead of hide-a-bed. Very clean and spacious.

This is a very nice house with an awesome kitchen and a great location. You really can walk to downtown Estes Park, and it's a short drive to RMNP. Communication with owner/manager was very good. A pleasant surprise was that the deck was more expansive than it appeared in the photos. Overall, this house is a great value.

Space is larger than advertised. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the deck and listening to the river. Deer, Elk each day.

This property was beautiful, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked and perfectly made for cooking group meals. The beds and lounging furniture were so comfortable. The home was clean and almost exactly as described. (There are 3 proper bedrooms and a fourth room with a pullout couch, not 4 bedrooms as listed.) My friends and I had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great rental with lots of bedrooms and room for many people. We stayed here as a couple and had a LOT of space to spread out. Well-stocked kitchen. Clean property. We saw a bull elk right outside our front door - lovely!

We enjoyed our time in Estes Park. The home was clean, roomy, comfortable and well stocked in a great location within walking distance to the town. However I think we would prefer to come in the summer as there is so much more to do and see. It got a little slow while we were there due to the weather. It is beautiful in any season thiugh.

This property appeared as described . Fully equipped with everything we needed. There was a lot of wild life around and the back deck was very relaxing. There is a stream that you can hear while sitting on the deck. You are not able access the creek as it is not part of the property and the neighbors are strict about property lines. We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely like to stay again!

A wonderful stay! Two large areas to gather and plenty of space for us all. We had a two-minute drive to the wedding we attended views were beautiful. House is well-stocked for all cooking needs. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Estes Park.
