Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue au Ledges Resort & Marina! Nous sommes situés sur la rue Fleuve Laurent en face du château de Boldt. Nous avons une vue sur le château, le phare de Sunken Rock et le principal canal de navigation. Nous avons des ponts, des quais, des hamacs et des gazebos. Ils sont parfaits pour observer les navires ou pêcher. Nous avons une piscine creusée récemment rénovée. Il y a des foyers extérieurs où vous pouvez vous réchauffer sous les étoiles. Nous fournissons même le bois de chauffage! Il y a beaucoup de pelouses ouvertes pour jouer à la pêche, jouer à la pelouse ou tout simplement faire une promenade.
The Ledges offre une escapade paisible avec 6 acres de terrain paysager au bord de l'eau. Bien que le terrain offre une intimité et beaucoup d'espace, nous ne sommes pas dans un endroit éloigné. C’est une promenade rapide et facile au centre-ville. Nous sommes proches de toutes les attractions. Aux Ledges, vous avez le meilleur des deux mondes; détente et confort!
Le Island Cottage est un studio avec terrasse privée. Il a un lit king size. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Il dispose d'un réfrigérateur / congélateur de taille moyenne, d'une cafetière, d'une bouilloire et d'un four micro-ondes à l'intérieur. Il y a un téléviseur HD 42 "avec télévision par satellite Directv.
Sur le pont couvert, il y a une cuisine extérieure. Il dispose d'un gril à gaz, d'une cuisinière à gaz, d'un réfrigérateur / congélateur et d'un évier de cuisine en acier inoxydable.
Le shampooing de luxe, le revitalisant et le savon pour les mains sont fournis par Beekman 1802. Les lits sont faits avec des draps frais. Des serviettes de bain, des essuie-mains et des gants de toilette sont également fournis.

Nice place to stay. It's a couple of blocks from the center of town and quite a walk but you can drive into town quite easily. Just hard to find parking in town during the busy season

This beautiful location on the river is a beautiful perfect spot for intimate getaways or a family vacation! I booked 4 locations as the Ledges Resort which housed 24 of my friends and family for a long weekend. We were all quite impressed with the staff, amenities, and overall experience. We walked to Main Street for dinner almost every night during our stay.

This was our first time to A Bay and the Ledges and we loved it. We stayed in the Island cottage and we used the outdoor kitchen almost the entire time we were there because it was so incredible. The grounds are impeccably kept and the owners are super nice. We used the kayaks and hammocks but didn’t have enough time to use the unground pool this time! It was a cute, simple, affordable getaway that left us with not much else to do but have a good time and we soooooo look forward to going back!

Island Cottage is basically an efficiency apartment for two best suited for the warmer months, if you plan to do your own cooking. There us heat and it works well so when eating out the property would work for all seasons. The kitchen area (stove, grill, small fridge, supplies) is on a covered but not screen in porch. There is a small kitchenette inside with a microwave, coffee pot and another small fridge. Management was responsive to reported problems and were on top of them quickly. When we arrived, we discovered that the small fridge on the porch was running but not cooling. It was replaced with a functioning unit mid-week. Given the odd size of the fridge this is impressive. They also offered the use of a Yetti cooler and ice until they could install the new unit. Friendly and fery customer service minded. The property is well groomed with lots of yard area. There are fire pits behind each cottage/cabin. There is a small area with a couple of chairs where guests can sit at the water front between two neighboring private properties. The view of the shipping channel from this cottage is over the top of the boats in the marina. Not impossible/not perfect. The gazebo on the ledge or the area by the shore mentioned above provide a better view. The addition of some play ground equipment might make the area a bit more child friendly. There are some cottages away from the water for those who find that a concern.

We had a rough year and we’re in much need of some quiet relaxation. This cottage was perfect for us. The owners and staff were exceptional! I think it will be an annual event for us.

Comfortable bed, clean room and great view.
Overall the stay was very nice, a well stocked kitchen area, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great views. My only concern is the listing was for a King bed & I'm pretty sure there was a Queen is the room. My husband is very tall so we always try to book King rooms.

A Nice Suprise!
This resort is right on the water with a close view of Boldt Castle. The grounds and cottages are immaculate. Don't be weary staying so close to a marina, we were never disrupted by the boats or noise. A very quiet, relaxing resort. The property owners thought of everything, dishes, utensils, fire pits with wood, hammocks, gazebo to watch the sunset, kayaks, an area for fishing, off street parking. It was just what we were looking for and will definitely go back again!

This cottage was absolutely perfect. It is right on the water, there’s a pool, fire pit, and the room was beautiful and clean. The room was equipped with everything we needed, and was exactly what we were looking for! It is so close to James St. and has a beautiful view of the castle. We will absolutely be back!

This was the perfect little getaway in a perfect spot. The outdoor kitchen was awesome and being on water was unbeatable. Close to town and in walking distance from pretty much everything. Dave, the groundskeeper, was a cool dude, very helpful and friendly.

We loved this property! Waking up on the water, fresh air through the screen sliders, listening to the rain on the roof- so serene and relaxing! A quick walk to downtown A-Bay, easy access to the water, and beautiful view of Boldt Castle. We will definitely stay there again

A perfect little cottage for a couple. The scenery was beautiful - boats coming and going and a nice view of the Castle on the horizon. Our accommodations could have used a deep clean, but were overall well maintained and had plenty of amenities. Bring some food to grill - they have all the plates, utensils, etc! Fire pit access, hammocks, and a kayak/canoe (all community shared) were great activities.

Accommodations are comfortable...nice sheets...GREAT towels and coffee! Best thing about The Ledges are the owners (Amy and Nic) and the staff (Chris in particular)...and the location....lovely!

Boathouse 3
Boathouse 3 has a beautiful view of Boldt Castle. Nice bedroom and nice size living room with small frig and microwave. Has a full size bathroom. Pet friendly. Needs a new bed and couch. Nick was great!! Recommend The Clipper restaurant for dinner. Food was great. O'Brien's has great food also.

boathouse rental
Nick and Amy (owners) were VERY nice. We had Boathouses 2 & 3 (connected). They basically open a door between the 2 places. We decided to go with the water view (Boathouse 3) instead of the kitchen (Boathouse 1). Not having a kitchen was fine, there were microwaves and a fridge/freezer in both places. Boathouse 2 was basically 1 room, with 2 beds & a counter, so kinda small. Both places had a full bath. So for the 5 of us it was enough room. We would definitely do this again, hopefully the weather will be more cooperative next year!

Mid October get away stay for 4 nights ~ very clean, plenty of space nice to have the kitchen area and table plus an area to sit outside. Nick and Amy the owners very friendly and helpful
They have a beautiful property lots of space to sit outside on the grounds and just walk around,
Alexandria Bay is a very pretty village to visit, first time here and thinking it would be very nice to visit in the summer.
The only down side was this was a girlfriends getaway (so needed two beds) the bedroom great size and the bed (queen) was very comfy but the pull out couch not so much. Pull out couch could either do with a new mattress or some sort of support for the mattress. Pull couches I know are not always the best option for more than one night stay. Would have to try a different room to have two beds next time I visit will definitely want to come to Alex Bay and the Ledges again!

Fall trip :)
We have been coming for years in the summer time, and absolutely love it!! This is our first time coming to Alex Bay in the fall and we love it just as much!! The ledges is a great place to stay--clean facilities, welcoming and helpful staff, and an overall great lodging experience! Can't wait until next year!!

Delightful Accommodations!
We stayed at the Island Cottage for two nights. The cottage was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Nick and Amy were wonderful hosts and made sure we were comfortable. In addition, they gave great recommendations for area restaurants and attractions.

Lovely stay.
My Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our little boathouse. The owners, and our hosts, Amy and Nick, made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. It was so clean, cute and cozy. Lovely property, we especially enjoyed being right on the water and the firepits on the grassy lawn. We will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Awesome, Just Awesome!
This was our first trip to Thousand Island, and we couldn't have selected a more perfect place. We stayed in boat house 3 which is so beautifully decorated and cozy, with an incredible view of the river. It was the perfect, fun, romantic and relaxing getaway we were looking for. We spent one blissful evening watching the sun set while boats drifted by. The grounds are amazing, so much available from fire pits to hammocks...they've put so much thought and attention into every detail. The owner Nick was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. We had such a wonderful time, we can't wait to go back!
