Minimal, perfetto in tutto!

Alloggetto molto ben curato ed ospitale, accoglienza ottima. Posizione perfetta per non utilizzare automobile e punto strategico per visitare anche luoghi in Francia: Monte Carlo, Nizza, etc.... Tutto perfetto!!! Anche parcheggi non a pagamento.

Location. Door has good locks which is needed.

No electric kettle. No toaster. This is a room not a flat. No room to swing a cat. Got woken up by workmen at 8am really distressed us. Someone knocked on our door at midnight while we were playing cards shouting at us we were so frightened we were not that loud. No washing machine. Was there for 5 nights with 4 big towels couldn't wash them had to buy our own. No bin bags. No big bin to put rubbish in. No kitchen roll.View from balcony was looking into other people's back doors.

Room only but snacks, tea and coffee provided.

We loved the location -- easy to go everywhere in Ventimiglia, close to shops, the beach, and the train station without the hike of the old city. The street was a one-way with mostly residential buildings, so it was peaceful. We LOVED the air conditioning.

The kitchenette is functional for simple things with two hot plates, coffee machine, water boiler and a microwave. The bed was also a little small for us personally, but it was comfortable.
