Property and location exceeded my expectations. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony view was a dream. Loved the pool and had fun at the small beach. My son commented on how soft the sheets were. We look forward to returning someday.

Beautifully decorated condo. Great beach, ocean views from the living room and Lanai. Great Kapaa location. This condo is far better than our Princeville timeshare.

My family of four enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condo so much. It is located in Kapaa, which is central to both the north and south shores and close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out the Lava Lava Beach club which is in walking distance and the Passion Bakery just up the road. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Every possible kitchen amenity is provided. You could seriously host a banquet with all the dishes provided. We took full advantage of the provided chairs, beach umbrella and cooler as well as numerous snorkel gear. The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and beach access was convenient. The pool more than satisfied our needs and the beach was wonderful. My kids enjoyed exploring tide pools at low tide and playing in the waves during the day. The property manager was in touch with us during our visit and the check in/out process was so easy. We are planning to rebook this property already.

Originally my husband and I made the reservations. Soon after my husband died from a horrible accident. My teen boys and I decided to go to Kauai anyways. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also great because we had direct access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The only need for a car was for excursions. The location was perfect because we were very centrally located to entire island.

Loved the location of this property. Hearing the ocean every day was wonderful. The air conditioning wasn't working, though. They tried to make it okay with portable air conditioners but one room never cooled off enough. Also, they were strangely stingy on soap. They told us to look under the sinks but nope, no soap. So, bring or buy your own! We enjoyed the rooms we could use but check to make sure the air conditioning is working before you come!

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bd condo. Great lanai with comfortable couch, table and wonderful view, right on the water. Location is great for exploring the rest of the island. Plus you can walk to restaurants (Lava Lava Beach Club! was one of our favorites), shops and even a small market from the condo. Beach chairs , snorkeling gear and beach towels provided. We even did not mind going up three flights of stairs to get to the unit. The grounds of the complex are beautiful. Would highly recommend this rental .

The stay was fantastic. We have stayed in multiple VRBO and this one was the best stocked, everything from beach towels to beach chairs to laundry detergent and salt and pepper!

This was a perfect location between all the various places in Kauai. Cindy was great to work with and the condo was very large and spacious. Pictures are exact. Will definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST time. The property was clean, just as advertised, LOVED the heated pool and pretty private beach! We would love to stay here again!

This place is centrally located and has a beautiful beach just steps away. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and fully stocked as well (laundry soap, dish detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper). The beds are super comfortable. There’s a great donut place within walking distance and is amazing! We loved everything about this unit and would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay. Very walkable location. The view from condo was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on patio with a glass of wine and watching the ocean. Online pictures were true representation of unit. Would highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed. The only negative is the climb up three floors to unit but we considered this a great workout for all our eating!

Beautifully situated, nice views. Good snorkeling etc equipment. Spacious. Loved it! Not everyone would like the stairs (no elevator) but fine w us. Manger very accommodating and professional

Great condo with one of the best views in Kauai. There was more than enough space (even though we spent the majority of it on our balcony overlooking the water). The communication with the rental property was top-notch, and they even went above and beyond when I had a birthday present delivered for my wife. If you're looking for a central spot in Kauai with great views of the ocean, look no further.

Beautifully maintained and practical!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Never wanted to leave the balcony. Check in was super easy. Cindy, the property manager, was great and quickly responded to our needs. The ocean view is definitely worth climbing four flights of stairs!

This condo is very nice but I rented this unit through VRBO and no where in the description does it mention that this unit is on the third third and no elevator. So you can imagine when we arrived and found out we have to carry 3 heavy suitcases up 3 floors. We have 2 people in our party in their late 70’s and it was a challenge to make it up the stairs! The website should mentioned that. When I mentioned that to the property manager Cindy, she said it was disclosed on her website Premier Vacation Rental. But I never saw that description since I booked the condo through VRBO. So this issue made our stay less desirable. I think VRBO should disclose this properly!

The view is gorgeous, you can hear the waves from the balcony. We loved the comfy furniture and the condo had everything we needed from plenty of towels to kitchen needs. Nice beds and great water pressure in the showers was a nice bonus. The location offers walkable access to shopping and food and we could easily get to sights in the south and north. What a gem!

This trip was amazing. The property did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived everything was beyond our expectations. The grounds were beautifully manicured and there was shopping within walking distance. Our condo provided chairs and snorkeling equipment to use on their private beach. We were able to snorkel and swim in the ocean right out front. We saw sea turtles from our balcony. The pool was great for lounging and playing. It was relaxing and not crowded. About a mile walk there was a monk seal who liked to lounge on the beach. It was pure paradise.

This condo is amazing! The decor, the view, the ambiance, the extremely comfortable bed are all outstanding! There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved listening to the waves from the lanai. This condo has everything!!!
