Everything was fabulous!

Location, location, location! Steps away from the beach and it was perfect. No more packing a wagon and cooler for the day - we were back at the beach house within minutes. Owner is great and we will definitely be back.

The walk to the beach is very short down the private or public access. beaches are nice. house was great for the kids and manager and owner both very fast to fix concerns we had. We had a great time

This house is in a great location, just steps from a public beach access. We were there unknowingly during spring break and it was very busy, but that's ok! House was clean but very basic (this was stated in the listed that we would need our own shampoo, laundry etc. but I just didn't pay attention). Great top deck off the master suite. Only thing I could complain about were the beds and linens could definitely use some updating as well as some spotty wifi issues. All in all it is a great beach house for a casual trip if you are planning on spending most of your time at the beach!

Location is fantastic and just steps to the beach. Easy bike rides to Alys and Rosemary, and the beach services are all very prompt and easy to deal with.We only had 4 of us, but can sleep 6 comfortably. Great wifi, which is a big plus in the area especially during Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great, stumbled to the beach and could easily enjoy town in Rosemary or The Hub (and beyond) on bikes. The condo had everything we needed (laundry, beach towels, etc) and the view from the upstairs balcony is great.

1st, OMG! The beach is absolutely gorgeous! This property is right on the beach. This particular unit has gulf view from the upper master balcony. 2nd, this unit is a townhouse that had room for 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were very comfortable - We all slept like babies! 3rd, there is a screened in back patio that was an awesome place to store floats, wagons, and all of your beach equipment. All just steps from the boardwalk that take right out to beautiful beach. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Mark, for sharing your condo with us!

The location is amazing! Good value for the price and great gulf views from the master and balcony. Loved that they provided us with dishwasher pods, washing machine tide pods, paper towels, trash bags and beach towels.

Awesome location. It was so awesome to be able to walk out of the screened in porch and be at the steps to the beach in under 50ft. The beach was perfect, not too busy. The public access was not an issue at all during our stay. I wish the other guests in the complex knew how to park to maximize the area.

Very close to the beach. There was a grill which was nice to have since the kitchen is a bit small. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful.

Great location easy beach access small drive to local entertainment and food. Nicely decorated, enough room for 5 teenage girls and our selves. Loved our stay.

Clean, well-kept, and updated. Not super fancy but we really don’t want fancy when we’re at the beach. And you are AT THE BEACH...literally. Fantastic location! I have zero complaints and only good things to say about the owner and his communication with me. We will be back!

This property has all the essentials! The location right next to the public beach access was awesome! Multiple hoses for rinsing off before going inside and a screened back patio help the sand stay where you want it. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking (bring your own spices). Plenty of towels and even tide pods for laundering. Kureg and regular coffee maker available. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen is a little tight so one chef at a time works best. Would stay again :)

This was our first visit to the Seacrest Beach area, and it did not disappoint. We have gone from Destin which I feel is overcrowded, to Panama City Beach which is also a bit crowded. Seacrest definitely reminds me of the smaller beach town and even though we went during 4th of July which will always be more crowded than usual. The place is so close to the beach and everything that was described and pictured was exactly what we go in the Dolphin Watch. It's a very simple place but everything we wanted for a family of 5. The kitchen is a little small but we made it work, since we cooked in almost every night. The balcony from the master bedroom is nice and you can partially see the water. We sat outside every morning drinking our coffee which was so relaxing. The location was centrally located and so easy to get anywhere whether we decided to go to Panama City for the fireworks or Destin to go parasailing. Make sure you bring beach towels and chairs, something we thought we packed. We definitely would stay here again!

This rental was in a nice private location with a short drive to both Panama and Seaside. There wasn’t much to do near the rental but that wasn’t a problem! When we first got there, the internet and cable wasn’t working. The owner was very helpful and not only got the internet and cable fixed while we were there but had a brand new TV delivered for the living room. I was very impressed at his friendliness and willingness to fix it! The couch did have a smell, but I feel like I can’t even complain about that after how he helped us with the internet/cable. I would definitely recommend this rental to everyone. Thank you so much Mack for letting us rent and your kindness!
