The condo is beautiful! Very clean and very well appointed. Anything you could need is in the condo. The terrace is huge and beautiful! The plunge pool was a great addition to keep us cool in the hot playa sun! The location is right on the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue! Jean communicated with us great and was very helpful! I would not hesitate staying here again!

Absolutely loved the location. It was exactly what we were looking for. Incredible patio & ocean view YET two blocks from Starbucks and Paseo del Carmen shopping mall. Amazing restaurants nearby... didn't need to rent a car... made meals in the kitchen... did laundry! It was amazing!

Very accurate descriptions. Two couples stayed the front bedroom gave the benefit of the beautiful view and the back bedroom gave the king size bed benefit. Senor Frogs is really not an issue - we have stayed in Cancun downtown and know what a loud issue sounds like. The beach access is amazing along with walking to great restaurants, little stores, etc. great communication with manager and very responsive. Thank you for our enjoyable, relaxing stay.

We stayed at this property because of the great reviews of location! Location was amazing!!! This was a family vacation with our adult children. This met our needs in every way!! Safe, quiet, clean out side terrace is huge! Total bonus that you provided umbrella and Tommy Bahama beach chairs! Thank you so much! We will see you again soon!

STAYED FEB 1-FEB 7 2022*** Yes, just a couple of weeks ago we visited from Tampa, Florida! We absolutely LOVED this place. The manager Jean is super nice! You can reach her anytime. We will definitely be returning. PROS: The unit has an amazing outdoor space / balcony with a splash pool that overlooks the entire ocean, resort and volleyball courts next door, and terminal with tons of outdoor tables/seating/lounge chairs etc. It is a great extension to the condo unit. The unit provides 3 full jugs of clean drinking water, ice trays, and all kitchen equip for cooking. Double sinks in all the bathrooms. Tons of closet space. Master is at the front of the unit, not overlooking the ocean. But, I did not mind that at all. It was spacious, dark, quiet and clean. 4 Beach Chairs & a Cooler were a plus! 7 Eleven is literally 1 minute away on the side of the building and a pack of ice fits perfectly in the freezer. Washer and Dryer worked good. Cons: The welcome book was missing when we arrived. We did not know how to operate the gas oven properly or where to take out the garbage. But, Jean sent someone right away to show us the oven instructions. The trash is dropped behind the building on the left hand side going towards the street. And if you have cans! Dont throw them away. There is a little boy and lady walking around on the beach with bags collecting cans. Our last day, we took down 2 massive trash bags full of cans down to them and they were so happy for the cans to recycle. All in all, the condo unit was awesome. You are walking distance to everything Playa Del Carmen! When you exit the building to the left, you are 14 steps to the beach entrance, a Torta Restaurant, Senor Frogs, and the Ultra Mar Terminal Ferry counter to get you over to Cozumel. If you turn to the right, there is another small local restaurant and a few more steps takes you into the middle of the hustle and bustle of shopping and the mall. Blocks and blocks of shopping! If you love to barter, you will have a blast walking the streets here! I hope this review helps some of you folks out! Thank you Jean, we had so much fun!

Small hiccup on the shuttle airport pickup but didn’t impact our trip. My only negative would be Senor Frogs. It’s can get loud and goes all day but this is not enough to deter us from returning

The ferry let’s off by the building, so there is a continuous bustle of people walking through. Senor Frogs had reasonable hours and we could only hear the base of the music. By day two, we didn’t even notice it. The condo is located on the original part of 5th street. So it’s not as fancy as the other end of 5th. However, there are three fantastic locale eateries within the building. Local food at local prices with fabulous taste. My only complaints are the master bedroom is in the back of property with NO view. It is a bigger room. But feels like a cave. I think it would serve better as a bunk room. I’m paying. I want the view in the master. Because the view is STUNNING! Secondly, an investment in higher quality mattresses needs to be made. All beds were hard like plywood and uncomfortable. My college student slept on the couch in the living room! He couldn’t take it past day two. If they swapped the bedrooms and improved the mattresses we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. We had an amazing experience.

It felt cozy. The rooms had lots of space along with closet space. I love the fact that each room had its complete bathroom. The couches were very comfortable, which you don't find often. It just felt like a place to crash after a long day out. The property manager was so awesome and so was the cleaning lady Julia. The only down side, was that it was a bit hard to find.

We had an awesome experience. Everything was clean and we had access to everything we needed just 1 min away in walking distance. We were a little sad that it was raining and there was a lot of sargazo on the beach. Overall our stay was great.

Todo fue muy bueno, la ubicación, el condominio es súper bello y súper equipado tiene todo lo necesario y más, Jean y la señorita de limpieza muy ate tas y agradables, lo cocina suler equipada, camas super cómoda, agua caliente, jacuzzi terraza hermosa, nada ruidoso, la tv buena programacion, lavadora y secadora, todo lo que necesites lo tienes ahi vajas y hay restaurantes, tienditas de conveniencia, comercio local, acceso a playa, el depa tiene sillas, sombrilla, juguetes para playa, todo excelente, muchas gracias

The building entrance was a little hard to figure out but once we got in it really is a great view of the ocean and ferry doc. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and food. We had a rental car and the street parking was very secure, no problems . The owners were so easy to work with and made our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The corner condo’s location is at the beach’s public access point, above Senor Frog’s, overlooking the beach and the Cozumel ferry and backs up to the touristy pedestrian shopping area. So if you like a busy spot, this is for you.

This was the perfect spot with an enormous terrace right on the beach! Steps from 5th Ave and great shopping, this updated home has an ideal layout with a lovely updated kitchen. The home was spotless. Great communication with manager. Would absolutely stay there again.
