Celui-ci niveau 3 BR / 3. 5 BA luxueux condo de 2900 pieds carrés est une retraite étonnante de Park City. Idéal pour 1 famille ou 3, ou un couple voulant un espace spécial! Le condo est situé dans le charmant Silver Star Village; avec une remontée mécanique Park City Mountain Resort à quelques pas, et le restaurant Silver Star le mieux noté avec de la musique live et un magasin de ski à quelques minutes en ascenseur. Deer Valley Resort est accessible en bus ou en voiture. Selon la saison, le golf ou le ski de fond est situé juste en face de la rue.

Chambre 1: grande suite parentale avec lit king size, TV directe, salle de bain en marbre avec douche et baignoire séparée. Le placard principal de cette pièce est verrouillé mais il y a une belle armoire pour les invités et un autre placard directement à l'extérieur de la chambre.
Chambre 2: grande suite parentale avec lit king size, TV directe, salle de bain en marbre avec douche, terrasse privée avec bain à remous.
Chambre 3: grande suite avec lits superposés et lit gigogne, parfaite pour un couple ou 3-4 enfants, TV directe, avec salle de bain en marbre avec douche dans la baignoire.

Cuisine: cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec cuisinière à gaz, four, micro-ondes et quatre sièges de bar au comptoir.
Salle à manger: table 6 places.
Séjour: deux canapés en cuir dont un avec lit gigogne, foyer au gaz, plusieurs grandes chaises, TV directe.

The location and accommodations were great for our family of 5. The convenience of the ski shop and shuttle service made renting equipment and getting to the slopes a breeze! And the shuttle service was perfect for trips into town for dinner, too. We rented a car at the airport, and the garage parking was a bonus, but the car rental was unnecessary! We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at this condo! We were there over the 4th of July and the 5K race was right off the deck. It was fun to sit on the deck and watch the golfers daily. The condo itself was very comfortable - the beds, furniture, layout. We were familiar with Silver Star but appreciated this condo as a single floor unit. The kitchen was so well stocked!! As one who loves to cook, I could tell this owner does as well. We loved our stay and loved making memories in Park City!

This was a family trip with our daughter, son in law and grandkids. This was a wonderful property and was centrally located to all the activities. We enjoyed the great views from the back porch and had everything we needed. The grandkids said they hope we get to come back and I am sure we will. Thanks for the great property we truly enjoyed it!!

My family and I came for a ski vacation and we could not be happier! This place is truly a hidden gem. With the easy access to lift, cafe and rental place right there it could not have been more convenient. We will definitely be back!

First time visitors to Park City area. I’ll start w the apartment. The complex is very cute w a ski shop and restaurant on site. We rented all our gear there and the shop staff were accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. The restaurant is a gem and we ate there on several occasions. Parking for the condo was covered and very easy. The apartment itself is clean, very well stocked, super comfy and I really can’t think of one thing to improve upon. Plenty of space for my family of 6. We had a few minor issues with the hot tub and the fireplace not working on arrival. However, the response to those issues was timely and resolved pretty quickly. The location of the village and apartment was ideal - it’s a bit away from the PCMB which means it wasn’t crowded to rent gear and grab food. Unfortunately the lift that makes this village so convenient was not running while we were there. So, the lack of ski in ski out was a major bummer. We are average to above average skiers and I was told the run to the village is a blue so should’ve been pretty manageable for experienced skiers- but that’s by word of mouth only. The complex did go to great lengths to provide a shuttle service for a very large portion of the day. The waits for that were minimal and all in all it was the best we could’ve hoped for considering the circumstances. The owner also provided a fair reimbursement/compensation for the lack of that essential component of our stay. The owners, village shops, and guests alike were all at the mercy of PCResort lifts- covid - staffing - whatever the reason being. There was plenty of storage in a heated indoor ski locker room on the top level near the lifts. The Check in process and all the needed information was provided. Had the lift been working we would’ve had only good things to say about our first visit.
