First day was great, then discovered the washer didn’t work. The rental property did our laundry for us which was greatly appreciated. 2nd day discovered dish washer latch was broken. So disappointed, the rental property offered us to move to another unit which we were very happy and grateful to do.

Overall experience was really good.We enjoyed staying there very much.

This was a nice property for my little family, excellently located across the street from the Coligny Shops. The bed is slightly uncomfortable and springy, but my twins slept great on the little couch bed each night no problem. It is well stocked with all the things you might need in the kitchen as well, and the view form the balcony is great as well. Overall, a good vacation spot for a family on a budget.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We didn't have to drive to go anywhere. Restaurants,shops and the beach was steps away. We come to hilton head once a year and this area was by far the best time ever. Will be booking again.

Great location and property management was very helpful. Sofa, stool and chair cushions were stained and dirty. Deck is in bad shape, boards are coming loose. I recommend leaving TV instructions in unit because they are very difficult to manage. But mgt. Came out and helped quickly.

The Coligny area is our favorite and has so much within walking distance that a car is hardly needed. All of my issues are related to the unit itself. We have stayed in the Breakers a few times before and it is our go to for no kids weekends. This unit is one unit away from being the last unit on the Ocean side of the building very close to the main HHI public beach access and only separated by a fence. Unfortunately there was a "free concert" (live music band) playing all day Saturday and fairly loud recorded music playing all day Sunday. The constant Bass could be heard (almost felt) INSIDE the unit, with the doors closed, and any hopes of sitting on the balcony reading and relaxing were quickly gone. The inside of the condo had the fit and finish of DIY craftsmanship and the bathroom tile looked like it had been laid by a first timer. All of the air returns had mold surrounding them and the tile floor had a layer of greasy sand on it that prohibited even thinking about going barefoot. We tried to sweep but it didn't help at all. Also, be very careful when going out on the back deck as there are more rotten boards than there are safe ones. I also tried the pull out sofa bed one night and it was in the top ten of the worst mattresses I have ever paid to sleep on. I am not trying to be mean or vengeful about anything here I am just telling you what I, as a seasoned HHI (and The Breakers) traveler, took away from the experience.

I wanted to address some other concerns that pertains to the owners. The couch needs to be updated. It is very uncomfortable, has divots, and somewhat stained. Also, when laying on the bed, your body gravitates toward the middle of the bed. The sheets were very clean, countertops and refrigerator was clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All was as described. Cannot get a better location. Stayed for a long weekend and never had to drive anywhere!

THe property was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. We loved the unit and everything about it was perfect for what we wanted. We also needed an ocean front location this year as my husband had hurt his knee and could not walk far. We have been to Hilton Head many times and love the more secluded locations but this time, this location was perfect for what we needed. We are extremely grateful that it was available! The staff was just lovely and I could have hugged them they were all so sweet to work with, but with darn Covid now you just do not know what you can and cannot do with people.

The Breakers has probably one of the best locations on Hilton Head with great access to the beach and Coligny to where you only have to get back into your car if you need to. The new elevators at The Breakers are not up and running yet so this first floor condo was perfect with a great view of the ocean. The unit itself was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the newly remodeled kitchen was very well supplied. The only things I thought could help improve an already great place would be to have bar top table and chair on the deck and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This unit will definitely be put on our preferred list!

If you want sleep in, sleep on pull out couch. EVERY outside sound can be heard from bedroom. Good location to work to restaurants and shops!

There is dust on everything...the ceiling fan, the chair rail molding, the top of the bed headboard. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, but it wasn’t unbearable. Another note- the dishwasher door wouldn’t latch closed and power on, so we ended up having to hand wash all of our dishes last minute as we were checking out. Overall, it was a nice stay.
