Close to west entrance Yellowstone. Unit was clean. Unit suited our needs. Cofffee pot needs to be replaced. Had a good stay.

Great! We grilled out most days, so we saved $ by not eating out everyday so had more $ for souvenirs:). On the 3rd day there, I took a day off to explore town while the rest of my group kept exploring the park, which for me, it was a 15-20 min walk to the Main Street in town.
With so many restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, museum …etc so much to see. Overall is was a great experience.

It was a nice little home away from home while we enjoyed the wonders of our nation’s first national park.

Great property and location for numerous day trips to the many YNP trails.

Nice spot- perfect place to stay to explore Yellowstone NP. Sunsets were great over the mountains at night.

Perfect place to stay to visit Yellowstone National Park. Short drive and you ready to explore. The teenagers liked hanging out away from their parents on the lower level.

I'm writing this review as one of four women (ages 59 and up) who stayed there for 3 nights. The best thing about this townhouse was the location, because it was only about 1 mile from the West Yellowstone entrance. However, the house needs a deep cleaning. A piece of the molding on the front door was missing, giving a not so good first impression. Here are other issues we had: 1) Coffee pot was awful. It was close to impossible to clean and once the coffee was made it sat in a non-insulated reservoir and got cold right away. It was also very difficult to empty. 2) Some of the dishes were cracked 3) Lighting around the stove was poor and noted grime there as well. 4) No toiletries: e.g.: little soaps/shampoos, etc. 5) The dryer filter was totally full (fire hazard) & other tenants' items had fallen in between dryer and the wall. We easily cleaned this by using a broom. 6) There was poor outside lighting, making it very dark when returning at night. 7) Lastly, the owner will not take calls directly from clients, as one of us tried and was told this. However, their number was provided with the contact information in the reservation. Another phone number was provided on the information sheet in the townhouse, but had been disconnected!
Good things were that we found the beds comfortable; bathrooms and linens clean.

First moment we arrived, we found the property looked run down. It's a good thing my disabled family member could not come, because there was no rail on the staircase at the front door. There was very very little in the way of standard condo or motel supplies: Example (no soaps in the bathrooms). The kitchen supplies were severely limited and the coffee maker was just weird.
When I couldn't find the directions to connect to the Wifi the owner did answer my message rather quickly, but with a very terse and insulting response -- "you'll find it on the kitchen table or kitchen shelf". Not being a moron, I had already looked there and so I had to send another message that was replied to with a guess at the password and no apology. By the way the Wifii never worked properly and when after 4 days I messaged again to help, I was messaged back with a very disrespectful response. She basically told me I should be appreciating nature and not depending on the internet. Unbelievable -- I am out in Yellowstone to appreciate nature, but unfortunately my business still has to take place and it's ridiculous that if you promise Internet -- you need to supply it.
I have been staying in these townhomes since the late 80's and will definitely choose another service or maybe be able to deal directly with a good owner in the future!

Nice quiet townhouse with nice view of the mountains. Twin size beds were comfortable but queen size ones were just ok. The home was in a quiet area with good shopping and close to restaurants. Owners responded quickly when contacted. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overall the property was good. It’s a bit dated with numerous minor repairs needed (towel rack falling off wall in the bathroom, electricity out for the unit for unknown number of hours, water intermittently stopped coming out of kitchen sink, screen door handle would jam and become difficult to open). Otherwise, neat, clean, kitchen pretty well appointed, beds comfortable, all furniture was clean and comfortable. Convenient location.

The water pressure of the shower was really good. The kitchen and kitchen table was very nice. The TV WiFi wasn’t great. The set up was nice though. Very convenient to get to Yellowstone.

This condo definitely met our family's needs.
It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. There was enough space to play games, watch movies, or spread out and chill alone. There was plenty of dishes for cooking and eating. The proximity to the Yellowstone gate, shops and restaurants was very convenient. Because the condo is right next to the main highway and busy street into West Yellowstone it was loud at night. We did try to sleep with the windows open due to the unusually warm weather, which added to the noise level. Otherwise, the condo itself is a great place to stay.

The property is close to West Yellowstone entrance and also close to stores. However, the following can be improved: (1) Make sure that lights in all the rooms are working before a group comes in. All 4 light bulbs in one of the bedrooms was flickering and needed to be changed and there was no electrician available to change it. (2) the remote controls for the TVs were not placed correctly in each room. The TV remote for one of the lower bedroom doesn't turn on the TV until we found out it was interchanged with the remote of the TV on the adjacent bedroom with 2 twin beds. The same thing was observed on the remote for one of the bedrooms upstairs. (3) There was no can opener in the kitchen. (4) Since the lower floor bedroom with queen bed didn't have any window at all, air circulation/ventilation can be improved with providing an electric fan there. We had to bring down one of the fans in the upper level. We kept the condo windows and curtains closed up during the day as recommended by the host the temperature in the basement bedrooms was not cool enough for us.

Minutes away from the west entrance, this rental provides you with easy access to the park. Small town of West Yellowstone provides you with food and supplies. House was clean and able to sleep 8 people easily.

Great location!
Only feedback is the cleanliness opportunity in the kitchen with the stove and dishes. We did miss the part with no air conditioning, so take note as it was hot in July. Opening the windows and using the fans made it comfortable. The basement is much cooler than the rest of the house. The location is amazing, minutes from West Yellowstone entrance, with all the shopping and food you can imagine. Would stay here again in the cooler months.

Great space, poorly furnished
This was a perfect space for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) but it reminded me of a college apartment. The furniture was very cheap and none of it matched. No doors on the closets. The barrier between the rooms in the basement was a closet door though. The decor looked like it was bought at an estate sale and just thrown in there to cover walls and spaces. A new toilet was put in and the wall wasn’t touched up with paint. The description said it had Queen beds, after measuring them they were full size which was disappointing. I realize property in the area is expensive and it could be a fantastic place but it needs some work and updating. It is on the corner of two busy roads and without air conditioning the windows needed to be open which was loud at night.

This was the perfect base camp for exploring Yellowstone Park.

This was a nice rustic rental at the outer edge of West Yellowstone. Our only gripe is that it was listed as 4 bedrooms, but there are only 2 proper bedrooms (upstairs) and a basement with 3 beds (queen & 2 twins). The downstairs has an open floorplan with the washer & dryer with a ridiculous accordion door between the queen and twins sleeping space. For a family this is probably no big deal, but for 4 adult friends it left 2 of us with little privacy. VRBO could not rebook us in a 4 BR alternative, and both VRBO and the owners were unresponsive when I asked for a discount from the 4 BR price.

I called marilyn on Friday to see if there was Wi Fi No return call!!!Because we didn't know if there was Wi Fi in the unit, and my daughter in law had an unscheduled urgent zoom meeting that could have been done in West. As a result, she had to stay in Helena. The Wi Fi worked perfectly. So sad to ruin the family reunion because of poor communication with us

We had a great week here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The location was great for getting to Yellowstone and for getting to town. There was a fan for every bedroom which was great. The house is well insulated so it stayed cool in the day with the windows closed. It was on a busy street but with the windows closed we couldn't hear the traffic at all. The reasons I did not give it 5 stars are: The carpet and kitchen flooring are very old and need replacing. Communication with the property manager was not great. I sent 2 messages that went unanswered during our stay. Thankfully it was nothing urgent to us...just letting them know about some maintenance issues with the refrigerator leaking water and the sprinklers in the yard missing heads and shooting off like a geyser but an acknowledgement that they received them would have been nice. It was a fine place to stay and met our needs, just couldn't give it 5 stars when compared to some of the other places I have been. For the location it is a great choice, though.

This property was in a great spot. Quiet, on the edge of town, but still close to everything. It was unseasonably hot, but there was a portable AC unit to help keep the days cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils needed, and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

This property was close to everything in West Yellowstone yet on the edge of town away from the busy tourist areas. The property was great! There are two rooms in the basement and two on the second floor. We saw a a deer and bison walking by our property one day which was a big treat! I would definitely stay here again!
